Here is a balanced expression of hope and wisdom. Social justice and issues of partnership right/wrong will be themes. Equitable growth and delivery of the truth is possible, but the harmony of this aspect means you’ll have to make an effort. Focus on what you know is right for both parties, and if someone is presenting you with a new perspective, keep an open mind.

This energy is socially enthusiastic and confident, and is part of today’s Full Moon. If you’re aware of this energy, it can help to balance out some of this Moon’s heaviness.

Aries Full Moon: Let It Rip

I found myself, recently, in an uncomfortable and prolonged state of hyper-vigilance. I could feel the way my body wouldn’t allow myself to fully relax. The tension behind my heart, and in my shoulders, as if bolstering myself, readying myself, for the next fresh hell to appear, the next tiger or bear to attack. It was […]

October 12th, 2019: New Relationship Dynamics

  • Mercury in Scorpio trine the Cancer North Node (12°)

  • Venus in Scorpio opposite Uranus RX in Taurus (5°)

  • Mars in Libra inconjunct Uranus RX in Taurus (5°)

Venus/Uranus can trigger a surprise ending/result that disrupts a hidden or taboo issue. Relationships, values or finances will be abruptly clarified as an external shock forcibly detaches you from what you’ve been trying to possess. This could also be a sudden urge for liberation from a heavy situation. In some cases, a radical new attraction can shake your sense of control.

Uranus’ harsh, clear light pierces Scorpio depths and reveals the truth about what you love or want. The shock provides clarity which can only arrive when you step outside of Scorpio’s all-encompassing intensity. If you’ve been trying to possess someone, they may be ripped away.

Mars/Uranus adds unbalanced actions/sexual energy to the above as current relationship efforts are revealed to be incompatible with this revelation. Mars will scramble around in an effort to find a new balance point: doing nothing for fear of rocking the boat and then doing something ill- advised and impulsive.

The old relationship dynamics no longer exist: Uranus has blown them away. The change must be honored but a new balance point must be found. It will be difficult, but make an effort to moderate your actions according to this new normal. Be wary of reacting without thought, even if circumstances are pushing you.

On an easier note, Mercury/North Node says that intimate conversations or deeply honest words will guide you in the right direction. The path forward is pointed towards a place that’s more emotionally honest, empathetic and in tune with your core needs. Today’s nakedly honest observations or deep self-analysis can take you there.

Full Moon in Aries

There’s an Aries Full Moon (20 deg) coming up, taking place on October 13th at 5:07 PM EDT.

It makes a powerful square to Pluto in Capricorn; a square is a crisis aspect, so you can expect this culmination to be driven by a crisis of power. Aries is the assertive warrior sign, and when the Aries Moon is amped up by Pluto, unconscious issues involving dominance and fear of loss will intensify angry or passionate reactions.

Opposing the Libra Sun, watch for a critical imbalance to be addressed. The crisis of transformation will be necessary in order to correct a situation that has swung too far in one direction. If one person has all the power, expect that to change. If one person is powerless, expect there to be explosions of anger. The trigger may surprise you because Pluto unearths what has been buried.

This Moon makes a hopeful trine to Jupiter and Ceres in Sagittarius. No matter what happens, the way forward has been cleared for growth and nurturing. This could be the growth of hope, the birth of something new, the nurturing of greater wisdom and faith.

You’ll be able to expand in a way that was not viable before (if the situation had remained stagnant). The explosive results of this Moon (Pluto always brings a “death”) will make growth possible.
