  • Virgo Moon trine Saturn in Capricorn (3 deg)

  • Virgo Moon trine Vesta in Capricorn (6 deg)

  • Virgo Moon sextile Venus Rx in Scorpio (10 deg)

  • Virgo Moon opposite Neptune Rx in Pisces (14 deg)

  • Virgo Moon conjunct Pallas (16 deg)

A day to tackle the small stuff.

Saturn and Vesta harmonizing with the Virgo Moon can increase your focus on one issue. There may be a detail or flaw that requires your attention, and these energies can help you zero in on it. The sextile to Venus Rx offers some background support in the guise of a supportive relationship or small achievement – you’re able to get to the bottom of the issue and see good results.

Overall, the vibe so far is quite studious; good for fine-tuning or offering assistance.

However, the opposition to Neptune will throw some confusion your way, and you may drift away from your initial focus. Or, Neptune can increase sensitivity to the point where you’re prepared to make a small sacrifice (it may or may not be worth it). Too, Neptune opposing the Virgo Moon can dissolve whatever you were focusing on, and suddenly the detail/problem is simply no longer an issue. Be prepared to question or let go of your solutions.

As the Moon’s conjoins Pallas, watch for a readjustment as new strategies and patterns emerge. It’s possible that Neptune’s dissolution or confusion was necessary in order to free up your perspective.

Astrology of Now: Venus Down To The Bone

Every eight years, Venus, the planet of harmony and beauty takes a prolonged trip into the Underworld of Scorpio, where everything she stands for — from money to social skills to femininity — comes into question. As she goes deeper, she leaves behind her jewels, her silks, her satin slippers, her smile, her silver laughter – until she is down to muscle and bone, gracile and strong. But there’s more to this retrograde than a trip down below – and this is critical. After weeks in Scorpio, she goes back even further into her own sign Libra, where she will […]

Venus Stations Retrograde in Scorpio

  • Venus stations Rx at 10 deg Scorpio

Venus retrograde is submersion regarding money, self-esteem, relationships and personal values. Delays, reviews and intensification (cravings, jealousy, obsession) are all ways that Venus Rx can urge you to take an honest look at what you really want. A compelling reconnection with someone is unfinished business for sure, but the main theme is what this means for your values.

Venus Rx in Scorpio activates the Taurus side of Venus, so the deeper you go (or the closer you get to someone) the more you’ll be looking at your personal values. How does what’s happening line up with what you’re really worth? What value do you place on yourself when things become intense? How do you survive in the depths?

You won’t be able to ignore taboos, secrets or unpleasant truths – these things are Scorpio’s fuel. You may be surprised at how far you’re willing to go and what this tells you about the value you place on yourself.

See this post for a more detailed look at Venus’ transit of Scorpio.

Venus will station direct at 25 deg Libra, so 10 to 0 deg of the Fixed signs and 29 to 25 deg of the Cardinal signs will be directly in the path of this retrograde.

Yes, these days veiling Neptune floating through its own sign of secretive Pisces is having its eroding way with the truth these days but Truth was, is, and will always be the real deal, a Saturnian sort of thing!

For as you know, the world operates within the cycle of Saturn realism and Neptune illusion, the

October 4th, 2018: Waning Sextile

  • Leo Moon opposite Black Moon Lilith in Aquarius (6 deg)

  • Leo Moon opposite Mars in Aquarius (7 deg)

  • Waning Sextile between the Leo Moon and Libra Sun (11 deg)

  • Leo Moon sextile Ceres in Leo (12 deg)

  • Leo Moon inconjunct Neptune Rx in Pisces (14 deg)

The Leo Moon opposing BML and Mars can trigger some dramatic emotional displays. You may be confronted with the challenge to choose between being applauded/appreciated versus making an assertive but unpopular move. The dark side of fame and attention may be activated, with violently radical and controversial actions that reflect sexual rage and women’s rage. The fire will be ignited and may burn out of control,

All in the public eye.

Fortunately, this leads us to the Waning Sextile, which can help you make sense of this drama and add some chill to that flame. The creative drive, drama or spotlight is balanced. It’s easy to understand how others will perceive you, or the impact you’ll have on others (if you’re paying attention). And, someone may have your back, as the sextile to Ceres suggests relationships with a nurturing vibe. Or, you can gracefully nurture what you’re bringing out into the public.

The only tricky part is the inconjunct to Neptune – keep an eye on what’s real, because you can get distracted by fantasies, confusion or wishful thinking.

Did Trump Learn from Joseph Goebbels?

"If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by
