Weekly Forecast: May 28 – June 1, 2018 – Trippy Full Moon In Sagittarius

Venus loves love, and this week maybe you will too!
Full Moon in Sagittarius I’ve been away from this blog for the past few months. The last post I published was in the middle of March, but I wrote that back in February. It’s been that long since I noticed a New Moon, a Full Moon, a planetary change. I didn’t even have anything to …

May 27th to 29th deals out a Yod to Saturn Rx in Capricorn. As described in my Full Moon post:
“Saturn is part of a Yod to the Sun and the North Node…The Sun and North Node sextile each other, and both make awkward inconjuncts to Saturn, which becomes the focal point but also the challenge. So there’s opportunity to create (Leo North Node) fuelled by fresh ideas (Gemini Sun) but that energy may be blocked by a hard limit or rule. Your choices may be limited. In the end, you want to use the point of the Yod (that’s your task) which means focusing the creative, flexible energy. Get serious about it and take responsibility for what you’re choosing. Take responsibility for the future you want to create. “
Yods can be very challenging, because the focal point is essential yet difficult to master. In the case of Saturn, the block or fear is your goal – you must work with the barrier.
This Yod feeds directly into the May 29th Sagittarius Full Moon. Although you’re still dealing with frustrating Saturn, the Sun trines the South Node and the Moon trines the North Node, so this Moon’s results will integrate past and future. The two should flow together with Sagittarius themes of expansion, faith and exploration as the bridge.
Note that Mercury enters Gemini on May 29th, trining Mars in Aquarius on June 1st. Quick choices and fresh voices are energized, as liberated actions (Mars) chime with new ideas. This will be part of the Full Moon’s results. But Mercury’s inconjunct to Saturn Rx on June 2nd reminds you of the Yod’s task – focus, focus, focus.
May 31st to June 2nd sees a gorgeous Grand Water Trine. Building on the Jupiter/Neptune trine from May 25th, Venus in Cancer joins the party, lighting up all three water signs. What you want/love (Venus) is intensified (Jupiter) and idealized (Neptune).
The energy of a Grand Trine flows easily, which means the path of least resistance can be wonderful or debilitating. Addictions and delusions can grow. So can love, deep healing and rewarding creativity. If you feel yourself pulled in a certain direction (it will feel natural and compelling) ask yourself what’s being enabled.
As of May 15th, Uranus (liberation, surprise) has entered Taurus (security, stability). For the next 7 years this transit will combine contradictory energies of the future and freedom with security-bound habits and resources (money included). Wondering how this might hit you? Check out my eBook.
The Yod to Saturn in your career sector puts the focus on status and authority. A professional responsibility can feel onerous, as you attempt to juggle this with creative expressions and ideas. Find a way to focus that creativity/innovation through your career – take responsibility for what you want to express.
The Full Moon in your sector of opportunities will deliver a result for the above, involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing. Trines to the North and South Nodes can make a social issue personal, or help you gain public recognition for a project or idea. Mercury’s move into your communication, and the trine to Mars, accelerates the exchange of information with others. Great for keeping the conversation going. However, Mercury/Saturn suggest you’ll still have to deal with professional limits/rules which may narrow your choices and enforce certain standards regarding what you communicate.
The Grand Water Trine lights up your sector of shared resources (Jupiter Rx), your hidden sector (Neptune) and domestic sector (Venus). This influence may be private, but you should feel it as a smooth flow of contentment (financial and/or emotional). Domestic issues can unfold with empathy, love and enjoyment. This is healing energy that can be used to nurture yourself if you want to be alone, but it can also increase intimacy in a domestic partnership. Less healthy expressions of this trine would look like enabling past/family behaviour that’s based on secrets.
The Yod to Saturn Rx in your opportunities sector suggests a rule/barrier involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing is difficult to deal with. Financial and domestic issues can be impacted as you experience limits on your security. Know that this limit is meant to focus your attention so you can integrate personal/domestic matters with big-picture goals.
The Full Moon in your sector of shared resource carries this further, with a conclusion involving debts, taxes, your partner’s finances or intimacy. What you share or do not have complete control over will be the issue, and the trines to the Nodes can help you develop this on a personal/domestic level. Consider how far you want to take this issue, and what another is going to contribute. Mercury’s move into your sector of personal resources keeps the conversation flowing when it comes to earned money, personal values or sources of income, and the trine to Mars combines career developments with the money you want to make. Good for discussing what you feel you’re worth, or taking action to make more money. Mercury/Saturn ensures that long-range rules/limits will keep the discussion focused on the essentials.
The Grand Water Trine hits your partnership (Jupiter Rx) social (Neptune) and communication (Venus) sectors. A partnership can flow nicely, thanks to loving words and emotional connections with friends. All relationships (one-on-one and social) can develop beautifully as you reach out and connect with others using compassion and nurturing. As an enabling influence, this trine can also encourage passive social behaviour or unrealistic expectations about what you’ll receive from others.
The Yod to Saturn Rx in sector of shared resources (including the inconjunct to the Sun in your sign) narrows your choices and focuses on you on an essential issue regarding debts, taxes, your partner’s finances or intimacy. A fear, barrier or boundary needs to be acknowledged, and while you will find this frustrating (especially if you’re trying to bring an idea or plan into being) there’s a responsibility to be dealt with. It may be uncomfortable but it’s not going away.
The Full Moon in your partnership sector adds in relationship issues, as the balance between you and another rests on those unpleasant/private limits. However, the trine to the Nodes insists that you can still make your voice heard, or nurture that plan/idea, if you take someone else’s needs into consideration. A relationship ending, turning point or major discussion may be featured, along with the truth about what’s not being fully acknowledged. Mercury’s move into your sign gives you more info and and the ability to speak out, while the trine to Mars adds courage and vision (plus the initiative to actually do something with your ideas). However, Mercury/Saturn reminds you that the background focus of the Yod is still in effect – don’t forget your responsibility for what you owe or share. This applies to money and/or an intimate relationship.
The Grand Water Trine activates your sector of routine (Jupiter Rx) your career sector (Neptune) and your sector of personal resources (Venus). There’s money-making potential here, as your adjusted approach to the growth of work tasks/obligations/improvements supports your future goals and expands your income. This could be about earning more for doing something you love. Possible negative implications include overspending, laziness or not feeing motivated to improve upon an existing situation.
The Yod to Saturn Rx in your partnership sector puts a mutual goal, rule or restriction in your sights. Relationship responsibilities or tensions can be exacerbated by what you’re not openly admitting, and will feel incompatible with financial and emotional security that you’re trying to nurture. The tension is the task – adjust secret and not-so-secret goals to the reality of your partnership.
The Full Moon in your sector of routine continues the above reality check as something hidden is brought out into the open. You’ll see real-world results involving work or health. The trines to the Nodes insist that these results can be part of your quest to enhance your security and independence. Much depends on how you align mundane routines with future desires. Mercury into your hidden sector, and the trine to Mars, can activate more secrets or background potentials, but Mercury/Saturn will remind you that the current partnership reality cannot be avoided. Don’t give up on you dreams, but balance them with reality. Too, you may experience continued pressure from a partner to discuss something you’d rather hold back.
The Grand Water Trine activates your sign (Venus) your sector of self-expression (Jupiter Rx) and your sector of opportunities (Neptune). This can be a treat, as your powers of attraction are increased, along with fortunate gains involving new romance, children or creativity. This can be a happy time with much to celebrate as well as a sense that anything is possible. Horizons can seem limitless, and this is a rare window for you to reach further in any matter that you want to expand. If you’re in a self-indulgent mood, these energies will enhance that – relax and enjoy, but watch that you don’t overdo it (especially if you’re celebrating or thinking of taking a risk). Note that this Grand Trine can encourage passivity, so if you want more of something, you’ll have to use the opportunities that present themselves.
The Yod to Saturn Rx in your sector of routine (including the inconjunct to Ceres in your sign) hi-lights a difficult responsibility involving work, health or service to others. What you must do is not compatible with what you’re trying to create on a personal and social level. And yet, the “must do” is where you can and should focus your creative energy. Social choices may be limited, but you can work within those limits.
The Full Moon in your sector of self-expression brings these issues to a head via a creative project, new romance or issue involving children/pregnancy. The trines to the Nodes (including the North Node in your sign) suggest that you can move ahead with this in a way that increases your pride and draws appreciation from others. Mercury into your social sector (and its trine to Mars) can power up your social image, contacts and public words, while also energizing partnership communication. But Mercury/Saturn reminds you to choose your words carefully.
The Grand Water Trine activates your sector of shared resources (Neptune) your domestic sector (Jupiter Rx) and your hidden sector (Venus). A secret attraction/potential can unfold. Watch for personal healing via positive growth on a domestic level (or positive events involving a family issue). Too, this can be about you finding joy in private time. Negative possibilities include the enabling of hidden addictions, family secrets or an unhealthy attraction.
The Yod to Saturn Rx in your sector of self-expression points to a limit or responsibility in the areas of creative work, new romance or children/pregnancy. Career and private potentials may appear to be blocked by this, but the truth is that there’s extra work for you. If you do that work (whether this means working harder to create/achieve or accept a certain reality) you can channel your energy into something that leads to success.
The Full Moon in your domestic sector connects to the Yod via a domestic or family conclusion. The trines to the Nodes indicate that you can still feed a secret fire or ultimate goal with these results – a routine or health issue can be transcended or taken to a place you didn’t believe was possible. Mercury’s move into your career sector, and the trine to Mars, boosts your ambition and work ethic – you’re ready to connect, speak out and get it done. Mercury/Saturn reminds you that ideas/communication must be professional and carefully targeted.
The Grand Water Trine lights up your partnership sector (Neptune) your social sector (Venus) and your communication sector (Jupiter Rx). Your expansive/optimistic ideas can go far as they impact the public with charm, empathy and magic. Fantastic for appealing to people on all levels – public and one-on-one. Socializing is favoured, as is broadening the scope of a relationship. Negative possibilities include unrealistic expectations about a romance that doesn’t exist, or enabling a partner’s dependency/addiction.
The Yod to Saturn Rx in your domestic sector emphasizes a heavy responsibility at home /with family. Whether the obligation has to do with family members or buying/selling/renovating your house, you may find that it’s restricting your ability to travel, socialize, broaden your horizons or nurture something public. The trick is focusing those external energies of growth and expansion through the limit in your home life – focus your drive in a personal area and you’ll become grounded, able to accomplish more.
The Full Moon in your communication sector adds to the above with a significant answer, decision or wrap-up conversation. The trines to the Nodes will enable your public/social growth – this could be a public launch or social event. Mercury’s move into your sector of opportunities, and the trine to Mars, powers up your ambitions to learn, question, explore or publish (and gain attention for your words) but Mercury/Saturn reminds you what your priorities are. Narrow your focus and you’ll accomplish more.
The Grand Water Trine activates your sector of routine (Neptune) your career sector (Venus) and your sector of personal resources (Jupiter Rx). Your professional image, professional creation or a significant work relationship can unfold nicely – the goal may be helping/healing others (or yourself) but you can still boost your finances and self-esteem with this opportunity. Less positive manifestations include relying on a professional gift but not taking it any further (lack of ambition) or blurring the boundaries between personal and professional.
The Yod to Saturn Rx in your communication sector emphasizes a verbal/written commitment, or what you cannot say. This may appear to be at odds with career and financial (or psychological) issues but the enforced focus is necessary and can actually clarify things. Take what’s behind the scenes/what you’re trying to bring about for your future, and focus it.
The Full Moon in your sector of personal resources adds a financial or self-esteem result to the above. The trines to the Nodes align this with future growth (especially career) and this could be a positive integration of work and money. Mercury into your sector of shared resources, and the trine to Mars, activates deeper (possibly uncomfortable) conversations and observations based on family actions or arguments. Mercury/Saturn reminds you that there is one issue/rule that must be considered. There could be a boundary/choice that must be enforced, or a discussion that must happen.
The Grand Water trine activates your sector of self-expression (Neptune) your opportunities sector (Venus) and Jupiter Rx in your sign. Long-distance romance, travel, legal matters, publishing, exploration or religion are areas where you can experience joy, satisfaction and growth. This is prime energy for a reward or the growth of a project/personal goal. But if you haven’t kept yourself grounded (and done the necessary work) you can get carried away by a false hope or ideal that encourages you to take unwise risks.
The Yod to Saturn Rx in your sector of personal resources hi-lights a financial or emotional restriction. Partnership choices and an area of expansion/hope will be limited by this, but the restriction is actually an area of self-sufficiency or discipline where you need to focus your energies. This can stabilize or clarify areas where you may have too many options. Focus and prioritize.
The Full Moon in your sign carries this forward with a relationship conclusion or result. Where the two of you go from here is hinted at with the trines to the Nodes – future growth (relocation, travel or the expansion of ideals) is favoured. It’s possible that you’ll go on a journey together. Mercury into your partnership sector (and Mercury’s trine to Mars) can fire up relationship conversations in a good way – the exchange of ideas should be rapid and harmonious. But Mercury/Saturn will keep you and your partner focused on a primary financial or emotional concern – your partner may feel that they have limited choices, or that your rules are too strict. Stick to the plan, but consider if certain aspects of that plan can be adjusted.
The Grand Water Trine activates your sector of shared resources (Venus) your hidden sector (Jupiter Rx) and your domestic sector (Neptune). Debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or intimacy can unfold easily as the two of you forge deeper bonds based on the past and shared secrets. Money can flow, but there could also be a danger of sliding into debt or giving more than you should. While these energies encourage hope and healing (plus some pleasant surprises), you could also give too much or ignore your boundaries. Family patterns of addiction, illness and helplessness could also reemerge.
The Yod to Saturn Rx in your sign can increase the pressure regarding your responsibilities or authority. Work, health, shared finances or intimacy are areas where you may be feeling the pressure most acutely, especially if you feel that you’re responsible for everything. The truth is, this key responsibility is where you need to focus your energy – use your discipline and maturity to gain control of those areas where you feel disorganized or overwhelmed.
The Full Moon in your hidden sector suggests a result or illumination of a secret issue. External responsibilities will co-exist with hidden matters that come to light (these could involve a work or health issue). The trines to the Nodes indicate that these results can increase trust and intimacy in your life. What you’ve been trying to nurture with another can benefit from what’s revealed behind the scenes. Maybe you finally open up and let someone in. Mercury’s move into your sector of routine, and the trine to Mars, adds energy, solutions and the ambition to make things better/more profitable, although work load can also increase. Mercury/Saturn ensures that you don’t forget what your primary goal is – this will drive all work ideas and conversations. Recognize that what you can improve or correct will be limited by your current reality. Pick one option and stick with that.
The Grand Water Trine activates your social sector (Jupiter Rx) your communication sector (Neptune) and your partnership sector (Venus). A relationship can develop smoothly as love, empathy and romance grow. Social expansion and compassionate/romantic conversations will help, but the key will be shared feelings of love, or at least, a mutual desire for happiness. Less positive manifestations include projecting your longings/ideals onto someone else or getting caught up in romantic promises with no substance.
The Yod to Saturn Rx in your hidden sector points to a background limit or fear. It may not be publicly visible, but it will be omnipresent, restricting your confidence, creativity and relationships. While you may be feeling less than positive about these developments, know that your focus needs to be on this area. In some way, it’s the key to channeling energy that you’re attempting to create with. Perhaps you need to accept these limits and work within them – maybe there’s a message here about what you need to let go of.
The Full Moon in your social sector adds a result involving your connection to the public, a friendship or group association. Trines to the South Node in your sign and the North Node in your partnership sector suggest this result can actually advance a partnership, or your understanding of how to integrate cooperation and compromise into your life. Mercury into your sector of self expression, and the trine to Mars in your sign, can boost your ability to convince others, promote yourself or speak your mind about what you want (while increasing your desire to say a couple of impulsive/risky things). But Mercury/Saturn reminds you that what’s simmering in the background cannot be ignored – choose your words carefully and consider the rules you need to live by.
The Grand Water Trine activates your sector of health/routine (Venus) career (Jupiter Rx) and personal resources (Neptune). Your desire work/serve/heal meets with some encouraging developments, as career, money and daily routines are in harmony. Adjustments to your career can support a developing health or work issue, or you can be rewarded for your contributions. Negative manifestations include falling into the same old work/health habits that provide you with something that feels good on the surface, thereby distracting you from deeper changes that have to happen. Addictions (including substances, lifestyle and work) can be enabled.
The Yod to Saturn Rx in your social sector hi-lights a restriction or rule around a friendship, your relationship to the public or group. Issues in your personal life may feel blocked by this, but you’ll find if you focus your energy on this social limit you may be able to accomplish something. There may be a friendship that needs to end, or a public responsibility that must be acknowledged. Consider what’s happening with your reputation.
The Full Moon in your career sector adds in a result/culmination involving a job, your professional reputation or future goals. Trines to the Nodes suggest this is part of your path towards making something real (or living in the real word). Your daily life can improve based on what happens with this Full Moon. Mercury into your domestic sector, and the trine to Mars, energizes private family discussions, hidden insights or conversations based on the past. Mercury/Saturn reminds you that the public rules/restrictions you’re dealing with must be part of the conversation and will narrow your options (there may be only one choice). Family versus public reputation may be an issue.
The Grand Water Trine activates your sector of self-expression (Venus) your opportunities sector (Jupiter Rx) and Neptune in your sign. A creative or romantic fantasy could come to life, and it may appear to have limitless potential. Too, you could hook into something that feels like a higher calling or the embodiment of your ideals. Maybe you’re ready for a couple of days of serious relaxation and celebration. Enjoy what’s on offer, but be aware of the less pleasant potentials – a risk of overdoing it, getting lost in an undermining fantasy or passively sliding along the path of least resistance while avoiding unpleasant responsibilities.
