  • Waning Trine between the Taurus Moon and Virgo Sun (26 deg)

  • Mars in Virgo trine Pluto Rx in Capricorn (20 deg)

The Waning Trine integrates comfort with details and stability with small improvements. It’s time to share what you’ve been refining – enjoy the fruits of your labour and preserve what you’ve been perfecting. Take pride in the value of what you’ve done: people will be open to your solutions or assistance. The Waning Trine always involves interaction with others in some way.

Mars/Pluto is a potent enabler of the above, as precise actions are powered up by will or passion. This is the “make it happen” aspect – you can push through a problem, manifest a solution or create physical transformation in a health, service or organizational context. You have power over the details and can tap into the power within the details.

Overall, these aspects encourage you to reach out and just do it. The vibe is careful but effective, grounded but passionate and others will recognize your mastery.

Sept 18, 2019: 226 Years Ago the Capitol Cornerstone Laid

After yesterday’s circus theatrics and stonewalling before the House Judiciary Committee one is tempted to wonder if the United States Capitol Building remains standing on Capitol Hill where George Washington put it. Well, though its foundation may be somewhat shaken, it still stands even as the power of Congress over a rebellious Executive Branch is in question. For after all, the temple-like

  • Saturn stations direct in Capricorn (13 deg)

Saturn direct means it’s time to get back to business. Since Saturn stationed retrograde (April 29th at 20 deg) you may have felt a cessation of responsibilities. The weight of what you had to do (or limits/deadlines) may have eased. Well, get ready to commit yourself to the grind, once again.

Now, if Saturn Rx was actually moving back towards something in your natal chart, you may find his direct motion to be a relief. Finally, he’s moving on: you can get past that block or finger-wagging authority.

But whether you experience Saturn direct as a return to rules or an escape from rules, know that it means forward movement. It’s time to progress with a commitment, ending or construction project in the Capricorn area of your chart. You can move on to the next stage of the build.

Saturn’s Rx went from 20 to 13 deg Capricorn, so these degrees in the Cardinal signs will continue to feel Saturn as he drags himself forward. But 13 deg Cardinal will done with Saturn (for good) around the start of October. 14 deg Cardinal can say goodbye to Saturn around the end of October. And so on. Saturn direct will reach 20 deg Capricorn around the end of December 2019.

Even if you’re bidding Saturn adieu, make sure you do something constructive with this last pass. If you ignore Saturn’s agenda, you will not be happy. This is not one of those transits you want to slough off. Not only is Saturn about obligations, he’s also about karma and results. His message will continue to resonate.

And you know what he wants from you. You do. Saturn is always upfront. You may try to deny the issue, but the obligation/ending/boundary is clear.

What are you trying to construct?
