Mercury/ Saturn is enforced correctness. Rules may restrict your ability to speak openly, forcing you to say the right thing out of fear. This is unbalanced politeness-the strict adherence to what must be said rather than what you want to say. Speaking out of turn will not be tolerated.
Incorporating Mercury’s square to the Nodes, we see that Saturn as ruler of the Capricorn South Node describes authority from the past. But a square to the Nodes means you are at a turning point -somehow you must move forward. This means choosing between the past or future. The Cancer North Node implies energy that is more emotional.
