When I stood at the top of Whitehall yesterday looking down that famous street towards Parliament Square, I saw a mass of blue flecked with yellow. Yet again, the Prime Minister, was defeated in the Commons. Members of Parliament voted down her withdrawal agreement with the EU for the second time by a massive majority last night.
