  • Sun in Libra square Pluto in Capricorn: 16 degrees
  • Mercury in Libra square Pluto in Capricorn: 16 degrees

Pluto is the dark undercurrent behind Sun/Mercury’s social facade. The tension of the square suggests compulsive digging for information, or manipulative conversations that are polite on the surface with hidden agendas underneath. Social and relationship truths will surface.

Pluto adds significant power to what’s being said or revealed. The seemingly casual remark will have a strong (possibly hostile) impact, and if you’re not aware of what’s actually driving the discussion, you will be unprepared. This is true whether you’re delivering or receiving the message. Stay alert, read between the lines, and think carefully before you speak up.

  • Mercury in Libra inconjunct Pallas Rx in Taurus: 11 degrees
  • Mercury in Libra inconjunct Neptune Rx in Pisces: 12 degrees

Mercury forms the point of a Yod, a challenging configuration that focuses two, tense aspects (inconjuncts) onto one planet.

Mercury/Pallas Rx suggests a disconnect between relationship communication and strategies, while Mercury/Neptune Rx can trigger sensitivity and misunderstandings in discussions.

Meanwhile, Pallas and Neptune support each other with a sextile (not exact) – practical, measurable plans to establish security can lead to the manifestation of a dream. You can make the financial or security ideal real. But, the tricky part will be translating this into words that someone will understand and agree with. It’s difficult but doable – aim for clarity (check that they’re hearing you and you’re not misreading them) and compromise.

Pallas and Neptune’s Rx status indicates that this is not a new issue. You’re revising the plans, although it may be the first time you’ve talked about them openly.

October 3rd, 2017: A Mixed Day For Relationships

  • Venus in Virgo trine Pluto in Capricorn: 16 degrees
  • Black Moon Lilith in Sagittarius square Chiron Rx in Pisces: 25 degrees
  • Mercury in Libra square Juno in Capricorn: 6 degrees

Pluto strengthens Venus’ standards. Relationships, finances and self-esteem will benefit from attention to detail and a desire for the best. Pluto can intensify Virgo’s perfectionism, even with the harmonious trine. This shouldn’t be a problem unless you’re not prepared to make the healthiest choice for yourself.

BML/Chiron suggests that the taboo sexual/woman’s issue will uncover a raw patch. This square can hi-light the wound of the woman on the fringes, or the pain of sexual exploitation. Lilith in Sag pushes the boundaries of what’s acceptable, while drawing everyone’s attention to those expanding boundaries. The Chiron square doesn’t mean this is wrong, but it won’t be easy to step out of line or do what a woman “shouldn’t” do.

Mercury/Juno can trigger conflict about relationship rules or the mutual understanding of commitment. A partnership agreement could hit a snag, with more discussion needed.

This is a mixed day for relationships. Use the Pluto trine to enable an improvement by embracing honesty, practicality and complete acceptance of your current reality.
