Today we have a Yod, an awkward configuration that puts pressure on a focal point. In this case, the focal point is Jupiter Rx – expansion is the challenging issue but also the goal.
Venus inconjunct Jupiter shows incompatibility between fixed relationship issues versus expansion and Juno inconjunct Jupiter is incompatibility between safe/secure relationship agreements versus expansion. Venus and Juno harmonize with each other by creating a cozy, predictable partnership. But the corresponding pull outwards must be accounted for.
One or both partners may not want change – perhaps it’s difficult to get out of a relationship rut. Change can be threatening, but Jupiter is Rx so this is not a new scenario. It’s time to venture forward while maintaining that secure base. Something will sound really good, but the facts are contrary to hopes/ideals. Any aspect to Jupiter can be positive, and an opposition can sometimes point to an expansive result.
