  • Sun in Scorpio inconjunct Uranus Rx in Aries (29 deg)

  • Mercury Rx in Sagittarius sextile Black Moon Lilith in Aquarius (11 deg)

In the final degree of Scorpio, the Sun makes a jolting inconjunct to Uranus Rx. Change, liberation or a break from the past will shake things up and challenge a deeper sense of control or intimacy. The change may feel unwelcome (a threat to survival) but Uranus’ Rx status says that you’re revisiting this issue. It’s not new, and it’s high time for that final break.

But at the same time, deeper resources or privacy must be respected. The inconjunct means an adjustment to both sides, so as the Sun prepares to leave Scorpio, let go of what you can’t control (or what’s ready to leave) but know that you don’t have to toss everything out.

Mercury/BML connect in the second of three sextiles. Open-minded words or ideals support Lilith’s outcast energy. The dangerous woman has a voice, and her message is delivered in a way that others will be receptive to (the sextile is a harmonious aspect).

Taboo issues about women’s power and sexuality can be spoken of openly, but Mercury’s Rx status means revisiting the subject that was first broached on November 10th. Now, it’s time for questions, a review of the challenging story or a second request. Perhaps this subject matter was initially so unheard of that no one wanted to touch it (BML raises those uncomfortable issues about gender dynamics). Well, what was unheard of is now being repeated.

Altogether, today’s influences suggest going back to shake things up (again).

  • Waxing Inconjunct between the Aries Moon and Scorpio Sun (28 deg)

  • Sun in Scorpio trine Chiron Rx in Pisces (28 deg)

  • Sun in Scorpio trine the Cancer North Node (28 deg)

The Waxing Inconjunct is a point of tension that reminds you there’s something new (Moon in Aries) to consider regarding an issue that’s almost complete. While it may feel more comfortable to keep something hidden or maintain that level of intensity, it’s time to add something more to the mix. Independent, external action or motivation may be needed. Or, you might have to respond to an external challenge.

Fortunately, the Scorpio Sun is part of a Grand Water Trine involving Chiron Rx (wounds, healing) in Pisces and the North Node (path forward) newly into Cancer. There should be a flow of energy that helps you deal with tension, and it will involve a new area of emotional expression or acknowledgement of authentic needs.

Note that the Aries Moon squares the South Node in Capricorn/North Node in Cancer, so that new development (which will demand courage) will be a key sticking point. You’ll have to act in order to progress to the place that feels real and nurturing. Follow the event or instinct that seems to be going there naturally – depth plus the acknowledgement of wounds can open up new emotional territory. It my seem a bit uncomfortable from a distance, but if you allow yourself to roll with it, you’ll see that this is where you’re meant to go.

Heart Connections | Astrology Horoscope

As life continues to change and evolve, we’re put into our own individual position of either hanging on to what we know is stable – or to let go and flow (Pisces in Mars). To try and do both – to control AND and to surrender – would require intense juggling, as we would be challenged to […]

  • Waxing Trine between the Pisces Moon and Scorpio Sun (28 deg)

  • Venus in Libra inconjunct Juno Rx in Taurus (25 deg)

The Waxing Trine is a point of integration between transcendence and depth, transpersonal and intense involvement. With this flowing energy you should feel a natural “click” that allows you to move forward through a dark, consuming or powerful issue with a measure of calm. The Moon in Pisces is about allowing – what will be, will be. Notice the gentle release as events move as they are meant to, and you open yourself up to whatever comes next.

The Venus/Juno inconjunct is the third of three (September 1st and November 3rd being the first two). With this aspect, you have continually confronted a disconnect between set agreements about resources/security (Juno in Taurus) versus one partner’s desire for more equality or flexibility. Maybe one partner wanted more of a partnership while the other was content with things the way they were.

Now with this final confrontation, use the flow of the Waxing Trine to move forward. Intimacy is integrated with acceptance, and control is no longer an issue.

November 17th, 2018: Sun Opposite Juno Rx in Taurus

  • Sun in Scorpio opposite Juno Rx in Taurus (25 deg)

Juno Rx in Taurus is a review of the essentials in a relationship agreement – the security basics, the desire for stability, the money. When the Sun opposes Juno Rx, we see a possible ending or result brought on by that review. The Sun will illuminate a key issue from the depths of Scorpio (the stuff beneath the surface) and since Juno has been Rx in Taurus since October 24th, part of the agreement/contract is ready to be unearthed.

Taurus is the secure foundation and routine. Scorpio is the depths and the death/rebirth of that routine. Today we dig into the heart of a relationship contract and see what’s really there.

November 14th, 2018: Scorpio Sun Sextile Vesta

  • Sun in Scorpio sextile Vesta in Capricorn (22 deg)

Sun in Scorpio’s depth is gently enhanced with a sextile to Vesta. Vesta’s focus is applied to an already intense issue, with just a touch of emphasis. Think if this as a gentle nudge to look a bit deeper or consider one more layer.

Focus on or devotion to a particular subject should come naturally and easily – nothing will be forced on you. Good for all matters of exclusive concentration.

  • Capricorn Moon sextile Neptune Rx in Pisces (13 deg)

  • Capricorn Moon conjunct Pluto (19 deg)

  • Capricorn Moon sextile Scorpio Sun (20 deg)

Today’s Waxing Sexitle is a point of ease – a chance to integrate the events of November 7th’s Scorpio New Moon. Moon/Neptune loosens the boundaries, allowing you to let go or go deeper. Too, issues of belief can be resolved. The conjunction to Pluto (ruler of Scorpio) adds emphasis to the Sun/Moon sextile- Capricorn’s structure (and Pluto’s power) give you something to work with, so you’re not floundering in Scorpio’s intense waters. You can gain traction around profound issues, a loss, death or deep Shadow work – use this to move forward and make the change.

Today’s energy can help you get comfortable with any deep transformations. You’ll find your footing if you tap into your inner authority or power (Capricorn is the key – be the adult, take responsibility, keep moving forward).

November 11th, 2018: Scorpio Loss and Gain

  • Uranus Rx in Aries opposite Ceres in Libra (29 deg)

  • Ceres enters Scorpio

  • Sun in Scorpio sextile Pluto in Capricorn (19 deg)

Ceres

The Uranus/Ceres opposition in the final degrees of Aries/Libra suggests an abrupt culmination or result involving the cycle of nurturing.

Ceres (the crop goddess) made a deal with Pluto (King of the Underworld) – he would allow her daughter (whom he had taken) to spend part of the year above ground with her mother. The rest of the year her daughter would be below ground.

In Libra, Ceres was about the exchange of nurturing and balanced/unbalanced agreements. The opposition to Uranus could be a final jolt that corrects an imbalance, ends an agreement or radically changes the dynamics regarding who gives what.

This jolt will lead to Ceres’ trip to the underworld (Pluto-ruled Scorpio). Here, we explore what goes on beneath the surface of nurturing – the inevitable loss or ending that is part of every cycle. And, the resulting rebirth/new life. Ceres in Scorpio may demand that you accept a loss before you can experience regeneration. You may be confronted with the Shadow side of nurturing (the desire for control, the fear of letting go) while also looking at who has the power in certain agreements (Ceres-type agreements involve primal issues that feel like survival). You can also discover power/resilience that you didn’t know you had – buried resources that allow you to move forward, through the cycle.

Ceres will exit Scorpio for Sagittarius on January 25th, 2019.

Sun/Pluto

Adding emphasis to today’s Scorpio flavour, the Scorpio Sun makes a sextile to Pluto. Here is a soft spotlight on an issue of power or transformation. The sextile is a gentle aspect, so the power/evolution that’s highlighted can be expressed effectively but harmoniously. Perhaps the “death” will arrive quietly, or the change you have to accept will manifest easily. Sun/Pluto does indicate the power to permanently transform a situation.

This is also an aspect of success (in business or finances) but with the Ceres influence it would seem that you need to make a strategic agreement, perhaps where you give up some control (to gain what you want).

Making A Way for Acceptance | Astrology Horoscope

Hello there friends. It’s been an active November with Uranus (awakenings, change, evolution) retrograde shifting from steady Taurus back on November 6, to re-enter pioneering Aries for the rest of the year. Unexpected changes, breakdowns and possible breakthroughs are bound to occur in the areas where we thought we were strong, stable and comfortably settled. After a year […]
