Since Saturday is governed by Saturn, let’s see what the planets are up to, with an emphasis on the planet of stabilization.
If you look to the chart for today you can see that Saturn and Uranus are each on the outer edges of a celestial bowl pattern currently in effect. Since Saturn is concerned with where to draw the line, and Uranus is more concerned with erasing that line, this seems significant to me. It’s as if the cosmic message being imprinted upon us is that we gain stability by observing appropriate social customs and boundaries (Saturn exalted in Libra), but if we’re looking to find our sense of unbridled freedom it’s through charting the mysterious waters of consciousness (Jupiter and Uranus retrograde in Pisces). Or is that unconsciousness? With Pisces, the two are difficult to distinguish. Perhaps they’re one and the same, but individual perspective fools us into thinking otherwise.
No matter how tight the bond, relationships with others are limited by their very nature. You can’t be inside someone else’s head to understand them fully from the inside out. And your knowledge of another person is filtered through your own intricate maze of bias and experience. But perhaps Uranus at the outer edge of the bowl in the final sign of the zodiac is telling us that Consciousness knows no such limits.
If your exploration takes you further into Mystery than you’re presently comfortable going (after all, there is a bit of the creative mad man in Uranus), then the familiar ties to loved ones (Saturn in Libra) reveal a pathway back to everyday reality. Of course, if you’re trying to foster a spiritual partnership with your mate, you can enjoy exploring the outer edges of reason together, strengthening your bond in turn.
