November 1: Can Virgo Moon Derail Mars in Sagittarius’ Hunt for Adventure?
This is an exceptional day on the planet, considering the rough ride that many have been weathering for months on end. All is remarkably calm, thanks to today’s easy planetary aspects. The one exception is a jangling square between Moon in Virgo and Mars in Sagittarius. This energy is all about the search for information, as well as how it gets processed and communicated. You’ll bump up against some who want to focus solely on the nitty gritty details, or alternately you’ll deal with others who want to focus only on the overall picture. Not much of a conflict really; it’s about being able to shift perspectives depending on the situation. Now, if that proves challenging then there may be hissy fits. After all, Moon in Virgo can go insane looking for the proverbial needle in a haystack, while Mars in Sagittarius is ready and willing to burn the haystack, if only to pursue something more upbeat. Understand that both of these modes are waiting to be expressed by you. (And yes, I am speaking in metaphor, so please don’t resort to arson to get your inner critic off your back.)
The occasional flared nostrils aside, most people should feel fairly even-tempered today. The Moon in Virgo tends to reflect meticulous behavior, with a focus on decorum. Thanks to an abundance of Scorpio energy, penetrating insight is available to those who are curious about what’s really going on underneath the layers of pleasantry (or hostility, if that’s the unfortunate case). The Moon will contact Sun, Mercury and Venus in Scorpio over the next 36 hours, affording laser vision, as well as regeneration for those who actively work the energy. This is all intensified by the Moon’s trine to Pluto in Capricorn.
