  • Scorpio Moon square Mercury Rx in Leo (4 deg)

  • Scorpio Moon square Mars in Leo ( 5 deg)

  • Scorpio Moon opposite Uranus in Taurus (6 deg)

  • Scorpio Moon trine Black Moon Lilith in Pisces (7 deg)

  • Scorpio Moon trine Venus in Cancer (9 deg)

  • Scorpio Moon square Juno in Leo ( 9 deg)

An intensely jagged day as the Scorpio Moon goes through the paces.

The squares to Mercury/Mars can trigger volatile arguments and verbal explosions, rooted in unconscious issues/secrets. Scorpio is about what’s uncomfortably intense/frightening, so a lot of repressed garbage will be stirred up. The opposition to Uranus adds a sudden jolt- what was hidden will emerge suddenly and spectacularly.

Things should ease up as the Moon forms a Grand Water trine with Venus and BML – after the eruption, the release will follow a smooth path that incorporates love/affection and empathy for truly taboo or objectionable subjects. Once the secrets are exposed to the light of day, there should be relief. Dark, powerful female energy is prominent here.

But Moon square Juno will present one final bit of discord as deeper sources of power/powerlessness/compulsions challenge the surface shine of a relationship agreement. There could be stubborn showdown between pride versus raw truths.

July 6th, 2019: Making It Better With The Virgo Moon

  • Virgo Moon square Ceres Rx in Sagittarius (0 deg)

  • Virgo Moon sextile Venus in Cancer (3 deg)

  • Virgo Moon trine Uranus in Taurus ( 6 deg)

  • Virgo Moon opposite Black Moon Lilith in Pisces (7 deg)

  • Virgo Moon trine Vesta in Taurus (10 deg)

Ceres Rx in Sag is the revisitation of big ideals or the growth of new territory – enthusiastic nurturing gestures, or growth via exploration. The questions that are raised by these reviews will trigger a crisis of details (Virgo). Little aspects of the grand nurturing gestures will need to be fixed. This could result in smothering or excessive care as efforts are made to get it just right.

Things can smooth out with the Moon’s easy aspects to Venus and Uranus – attend to the details with love but go with the flow of change. Allow new prompts to move you forward rather than obsessing about perfection.

But moving forward, the Moon will be directly opposed to BML – opening your eyes to new improvements/details will illuminate a taboo or controversial area of women’s sexuality/victimization/sacrifice. Does Lilith really need to be “fixed?” Conversely, is the use of certain female energy/sexuality undermining your attempts at improvement? Moon in Virgo reveals the truth about the BML and BML in Pisces reminds us where Virgo needs to loosen up. Virgo’s fixation on purity opposes Pisces’ surrender.

The final trine to Vesta can cement a newly emerging resource, area of security or self-esteem. The absolute focus on certain details can confirm what you know is good for you.

Eclipse season begins: the solar eclipse at the Cancer New Moon

artist unknown – if you know who created this please let me know. The first eclipse of the summer (there are two this month) occurs July 2nd at the New Moon in Cancer.  In a solar eclipse, which is always at a New Moon, the light of the Sun is obscured by the Moon.  The […]

Becoming Self-Sufficient | Starcana Cosmic Dirt

Vibrations shift this week as Mars (energy, desires) moves from passive Cancer, into brave-heart Leo on Monday, July 1. Behavior that seemed defensive or tame during the past few weeks, becomes raw, roaring and reactive for what we’re starving for over the next six weeks. We’re hungry, and we’re not backing down from the chase […]

The 2019 Sagittarius Full Moon and the Galactic Center

The Galactic Center, currently at 27 degrees Sagittarius, is the rotational center of our galaxy – like the Sun, which is the center of our solar system and the major astrological factor of personal significance, the Galactic Center is the force that binds the galaxy together.  Astrologically and symbolically, the Galactic Center is the heart of […]

Letting Go Isn’t Easy

Variety is the spice of life, and we’re starving for some movement and/or change under the social Gemini New Moon on Monday morning, June 3.
