Overview

Big Words

May 23rd sees an opposition between Mercury (communication, details) in Taurus and Jupiter (ideals, the big picture) Rx in Scorpio.  Normally, this opposition would result in exaggerated thoughts/words, but Jupiter’s Rx motion is working to narrow the field of expansion. So there may be an intensive focus that leads to a big answer/understanding. However, there is still a risk of losing sight of the immediate facts if you don’t maintain your focus. Mercury will go on to trine Pluto Rx on May 25th, which can confirm and intensify the above results. Overall, these energies suggest a positive conclusion with significant weight.

Also on May 23rd, the Gemini Sun (ruled by Mercury) trines Mars in Aquarius, increasing Gemini’s already fast-paced approach to information. Actions will focus on what’s new, and there’s a logical, detached feel to this. Great for powering forward with facts, words and introductions. Combined with the Mercury/Jupiter opposition, this could be the day to hit others with your thoughts, in a big way. Or, move ahead with what you’ve learned.

Dreams and Reality

May 25th brings the second of three trines between Jupiter Rx and Neptune. Jupiter’s intensified focus (or adjustment of growth) will chime with Neptune’s dreams (or fantasies), and the result will be expansion with no limits. Something can slide forward effortlessly, but it’s up to you if this is healthy or not. This is an enabler – you can create, let go or slide into an addiction.

May 26th brings a reality check to balance out the Jupiter/Neptune dream. Venus in Cancer opposes Saturn Rx, which is a result with significant responsibilities. Even if you do achieve something desired, you’ll be well aware of what’s missing.

As I wrote in a previous post:

“…an ending or result that hi-lights what you can’t have, while encouraging you to look after yourself. You’re responsible (Saturn) for what makes you happy. In some cases, this can illustrate a heavy commitment (marriage) with restrictions. There’s a strong adult (Saturn) versus child (Cancer) vibe to this. You may feel like stamping your feet if you’re denied.”

Aries

Mercury in your sector of personal resources opposes Jupiter Rx, indicating an answer or result around finances or security. A key area of growth involving shared finances, psychological exploration or intimacy will be pinpointed – the temptation to share, give or demand too much will be modified by the ongoing demand for increased focus. Sensitive or taboo information that’s uncovered can tell you exactly what you need to know to enhance your security. Mercury’s trine to Pluto solidifies what you discover, while giving you an edge in financial and career discussions.

The Sun in your communication sector trine Mars activates energetic connections with the public – excellent for reaching out to friends, gaining attention for your words, gathering diverse opinions or tuning into something new and exciting.

Jupiter/Neptune can greatly expand intimacy, inner peace/optimism or the desire to merge (with someone or a higher power). This is an enabling influence, which includes healthy and unhealthy habits. Escapism, deep healing or the release of fears are possible. Something’s growing in the shadows – take a close look and ensure that you can swim with it.

Venus in your domestic sector opposes Saturn Rx, bringing you to a personal and professional conclusion. An official career announcement/result, job ending, retirement or consequence will define exactly what you want and have at home. It will also define what you’re missing (including key areas of support) and what you can’t have. External authority will dominate. In contrast to Jupiter/Neptune, this influence will deliver an external reality check.

Taurus

Mercury in your sign opposes Jupiter Rx, bringing a relationship answer, ending or realization. The key area will be growth/expansion/future goals that are being reassessed – you’ll get your answer as to whether or not you and another are on the same page. Mercury’s trine to Pluto Rx suggests certain changes involving travel, education, legal matters, publishing or beliefs will be confirmed. Watch for an intensified sense of understanding as what you learn empowers you.

The Sun in your sector of personal resources trine Mars energizes money and career matters. Your professional efforts will activate additional financial options (new sources of income, more choices for salary, etc) – innovation and flexibility are key.

Jupiter/Neptune can give you more options regarding one-on-one relationships, friendships and public connections. Watch for the growth of ideals, empathetic connections or hope for the future. The key will be your ability to connect with others in a non-judgemental, compassionate manner.

However, Venus in your communication sector opposite Saturn Rx can hi-light a stringent rule, result, official announcement or verbal/written commitment that may not deliver exactly what you were hoping for. Or, you may get what you want along with a pile of obligations. An achievement can make you aware of additional responsibilities, and you could feel judged or unfairly criticized.

Gemini

Mercury in your hidden sector opposes Jupiter Rx. A shift in perspective involving health, daily routine or obligations to others will reveal something secret or unacknowledged. If expansion around work or health issues (including your enthusiasm to do more) has been reigned in, you can focus that enthusiasm and come up with an effective solution for what was previously obscured. However, make sure that you have a firm grip on the reality of the situation – it will be easy to overestimate if you race over the details. However, Mercury’s trine to Pluto Rx should keep you on track if you tune into instinctive knowledge, deeply personal issues or psychological breakthroughs. Sensitive or taboo information will be important.

The Sun in your sign trine Mars gives you energy, initiative and even more curiosity than usual. Excellent for exploring new territory or reaching a wider audience.

Jupiter/Neptune looks good for career, as your approach to work and routines enhances a professional dream, creative approach to business or a business ideal. You can do more and impress others , especially if you’re focusing your energy wisely.

However, Venus in your sector of personal resources opposite Saturn Rx does indicate some financial and security shortfalls. A reality check about debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances, intimacy or personal boundaries can hi-light where you feel most insecure or where you’re lacking something. Consider if the limits you’ve encountered are actually intensifying your desire. In some cases, this aspect can indicate an official result or ending around what you owe or earn.

Cancer

Mercury in your social sector opposes Jupiter Rx, suggesting public announcements,  discussions or results will be driven by creative efforts or romantic issues. Focused expansion of something that’s highly desired (or something you want to show off) will grab public attention, but there is also some risk of exaggerated expectations or statements. Nonetheless, this aspect can mark a social success as your words convince others. Mercury’s trine to Pluto Rx add some one-on-one intensity: even as you reach a large audience, the content of your words will magnetize others on a personal level. Too, the support of a partner can add reassurance.

The Sun in your hidden sector trine Mars energizes things behind the scenes. Secrets, intimate issues or psychological exploration will be activated, and you’ll have the energy and courage to push into uncomfortable territory.

Jupiter/Neptune expands creative and romantic prospects, as possibilities, creativity or foreign markets open up. Also great for pure celebration and indulgence, although there is a risk of going too far (it may feel natural to just keep going).

However, Venus in your sign opposes Saturn Rx, so you’ll also be in for a reality check involving your love life or a specific partner. A result, commitment or ending will emphasize what you can’t have, and parent/child issues in the partnership may be hi-lighted. Even a positive outcome will feel a bit heavy, as you become aware of extra responsibilities or limits. You could also feel less than attractive if you’re denied something. Keep in mind that Saturn’s limits always point out where you have to provide for yourself. And, consider if you’re projecting some of these restrictions, or projecting your authority.

Leo

Mercury in your career sector opposes Jupiter Rx, indicating a professional announcement, result, meeting with management or business launch. This could be a big, bold statement, and your adjustment of domestic priorities will play an important role. Make sure you’re able to keep any promises you make- align your future goals with your personal growth. Mercury’s trine to Pluto Rx can help if you pay attention to routines, corrections and practical applications of daily changes. Efforts in your work or health can empower your professional image, while adding weight and conviction to your words.

The Sun in your social sector trines Mars, powering up one-on-one and group relationships (or friendships). All interactions with others can benefit from your energy and curiosity, although someone else may be the initiator.

Jupiter/Neptune can bring moments of domestic bliss or family comfort. Home finances or a domestic relationship look favourable, as you easily let go of worries and lose yourself in the moment. Enjoy what you’ve got going on at home, but use caution if you’re selling or buying – it will be easy to lose track of your financial reality.

Note that Venus in your hidden sector opposite Saturn Rx will remind you that a fantasy or secret attraction/desire can’t be sustained. Real life (and your daily grind) will trump what you’ve been hiding or avoiding.

Virgo

Mercury in your sector of opportunities opposes Jupiter Rx, suggesting results involving a graduation, travel, legal matter or publishing. What you learn or announce will come from your focus on a particular issue, or your efforts to research/uncover the truth. This can be a successful conclusion if you keep your original goals in mind (don’t get distracted by additional info or opportunities). Mercury’s trine to Pluto Rx adds manifestation potential, especially if a creative project is involved. Much will depend on the intensity of your desire to succeed and how seriously you’ve been taking your talents. Excellent for writing/publishing.

The Sun in your career sector trines Mars, supporting professional goals (or connections with management) by harmonizing your daily work with the bigger picture. The effort you apply to fix, upgrade or simply get it done will drive your professional life forward.

Jupiter/Neptune opens up communication (verbal and non-verbal) between you and a partner. Empathy and idealism will be high, but take a close look at any beautiful promises that are made. Make sure there’s proof to back up future possibilities. Good for forgiving or transcending petty issues.

However, Venus in your social sector opposite Saturn Rx is a reminder that some relationships (or connections with the public) will be limited by certain realities. Your public image may be under scrutiny (keep it clean and professional ) or you may be rejected on some level. The limits you encounter are designed to draw your attention to what you’re responsible for, regarding your talents, special purpose or desire to be appreciated. You may have to work harder, or accept that certain things are not possible. In some cases, a public or social accomplishment can result in extra responsibilities along with the attention.

Libra

Mercury in your sector of shared resources opposes Jupiter Rx, delivering results involving debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances, intimacy or psychological issues. Intense conversations or taking a deep look at what you need and have can pay dividends, especially if you’ve made adjustments to spending, sources of income or bottom-line needs. Watch for a personal discovery or positive growth in an area where you share with someone else. Mercury’s trine to Pluto Rx enables a deeper understanding of your unconscious issues, or intimate dynamics with a partner. You can also gain better control over domestic issues as you look at what’s going on behind the scenes (especially where inherited issues are involved).

The Sun in your sector of opportunities trines Mars, urging you to explore, take a calculated risk or jump into a new adventure. Education, travel, a new attraction or publishing can be areas where you feel a surge of confidence and curiosity.

Jupiter/Neptune can see you profiting (or feeling good) by helping others, or releasing issues/routines that have undermined your health. However, if not handled properly, this aspect can also encourage self-indulgence or overspending -if you’re tempted to let an obligation (to self or others) slide, know that Venus/Saturn will remind you of personal and professional parameters. Your professional image or work relationships will be clearly defined, and there could be consequences. However, if you’ve done the work these energies could deliver a result that gives you more authority or respect (however, you’ll still be strongly aware of the rules you have to live by).

Scorpio

Mercury in your partnership sector opposes Jupiter Rx in your sign, delivering a relationship conclusion, answer or turning point. Discussions will be based on your intensified focus and/or adjustments to an area of growth. There may be tension between your goals versus your partner’s goals, but Mercury’s trine to Pluto Rx should enable cooperation and mutual growth if you both have a common goal (involving change or advancement). Also excellent for a business partnership.

The Sun in your sector of shared resources trines Mars, helping you make progress behind the scenes in the areas of home, family, domestic finances or your partner’s finances. This energy encourages the active exploration of additional options.

Jupiter Rx in your sign trine Neptune in your sector of self-expression can bring beautiful moments of romance, celebration or creativity. You may be awash with attraction, good feelings and optimism. However, if you have a tendency to overdo it in the areas of drugs, alcohol or romanic obsession, this aspect can make it easy to slide past all limits. You may feel there’s no reason to stop.

However, Venus in your sector of opportunities opposite Saturn Rx will remind you of those limits – travel, long-distance romance, education or legal matters will present reasons why you shouldn’t or can’t. The risk will have consequences. In some cases, this energy can symbolize an official result/graduation/answer.

Sagittarius

Mercury in your sector of routine opposes Jupiter Rx, delivering a solution or improvement in the areas of work, health or obligations to others. Behind-the-scenes goals or opportunities may have led to an unexpected loophole, or (in some cases) more work. Make sure your daily reality is aligned with unexpressed expectations. Mercury’s trine to Pluto Rx can keep you on track with reminders of how your particular routines/work can enhance profits and security. Practicality is key – look at the facts around spending, saving and ongoing changes that are impacting your earned money and self-esteem. Do your solutions or approach to self-care align with your values?

The Sun in your partnership sector is energized by a trine to Mars, enabling partnership progress and fast-moving conversations. Co-operation is on tap as actions harmonize with words and you’re able to get it done, together.

Jupiter/Neptune can encourage a dream or unrealized hope, while enabling forgiveness and transcendence of old family issues. Allow yourself to let go and accept what’s coming into being. But in some cases, this energy can make it easy to wander down a path of escapism and illusion.

Venus/Saturn will be your reality check, as finances or relationship issues come to a head. A result will sharply define what you can’t have or don’t have enough of, while also clarifying your responsibilities. Your ability to provide for yourself may be emphasized.

Capricorn

Mercury in your sector of self-expression opposes Jupiter Rx, suggesting an enthusiastic conclusion or result involving an attraction, creative work, performance or public announcement. Even with Jupiter Rx this will be a big statement. You may be responding to events in your social group, or a desire to target a certain audience. This looks to be successful, especially with Mercury trining Pluto Rx in your sign – this will give your words intensity and magnetism. You can impress others and show them that you mean business.

The Sun in your sector of routine trines Mars in your sector of personal resources, creating harmony between your efforts to earn money/enhance your security and your daily environment. Watch for solutions, improvements and tasks that energize you while supporting your ambitions.

Jupiter/Neptune enhances public communication, group ideals and activities. You may tune into a project or issue that increases your empathy. Or, your creative reach can expand.

However, Venus in your partnership sector opposite Saturn Rx in your sign presents you with the realities around one, specific relationship. An ending, result or commitment will be driven by your rules and boundaries. In some cases, your second look at a partnership may intensify certain limits as you take on the role of parent.

Aquarius

Mercury in your domestic sector opposes Jupiter Rx, signalling a conclusion or final answer around a relocation or development in your career/future goals. Big-picture changes that have focused and refined your future expansion have led you to this point – there could be a reward or recognition from someone in authority. Mercury trine Pluto Rx boosts your conviction that you’re on the right track while intensifying your insight and intuition – information from the past (including family secrets) may play a role.

The Sun in your sector of self-expression trine Mars in your sign boosts your desire to celebrate, play, show off or create. This is fun, energetic influence that pumps up your courage and helps you gain an audience.

Jupiter/Neptune suggests that career developments can move in the right direction as goals/expectations flow along a lucrative path. Creativity or your willingness to allow certain opportunities can encourage income and self-esteem, although you may also be tempted to spend more.

However, Venus in your sector of routine opposing Saturn Rx will remind you that certain obligations, health or work matters are restricted by a background issue that others can’t see. While this will be frustrating, it can be a reminder that a specific issue requires your diligent attention. Balance your energies by taking full advantage of the flow of opportunity while obeying the non-negotiable rules.

Pisces

Mercury in your communication sector opposes Jupiter Rx, indicating results around education, travel, legal matters, beliefs or justice. Your answer/decision will be driven by the expansion of a specific issue – you may have learned something important or had your eyes opened to a deeper truth. Mercury trine Pluto Rx adds depth and intensity to the above, as your words or decision involve more than just you.

The Sun in your domestic sector trine Mars suggests background or hidden issues will energize your domestic environment. Behind-the-scenes actions can drive a family discussion or your decisions about a home business, relocation or your immediate environment.

Jupiter trine Neptune in your sign can suggest a dream-come-true opportunity, as future possibilities expand. A distant hope looks encouraging and doable, as long as you’re following the most natural route (events should unfold effortlessly).

Venus in your sector of self-expression opposite Saturn Rx can pinpoint limits around a new attraction, creative work or issue involving children/pregnancy. What you want will be restricted by social rules. Or, this could be a result that brings you to a line that can’t be crossed.

Overview

Uranus into Taurus

May 15th is a huge day. There’s a Taurus New Moon  and Uranus enters Taurus. Talk about new beginnings that will rattle the foundations. Uranus also rules the Aquarius South Node (the past) so this transit will be a crucial part of dealing with detachment, alienation or trauma. In order to step away from the past, you’ll need to crack open the set routines of your comfort zone.

Wondering how Uranus’ seven-year transit of Taurus might impact you? I’ve written an eBook about it, based on your house positions (you need to know your birth time so you can figure out which description in the book applies to you).

On May 16th, Mars into Aquarius triggers Uranus in Taurus with a square – the first changes will hit because of rebellious or unexpected actions. Note that Mars will station Rx in Aquarius on June 9th, and will square Uranus two more times before he exits Aquarius on November 15th. So the first hit on March 16th will not be a one-off. If you feel an impending sense of urgency or craziness, you’re not imagining things.

Venus/Chiron: Vulnerability is the Path to Healing

Venus enters Cancer on May 19th, squaring Chiron in Aries on May 20th. Venus in Cancer is especially sensitive (she craves comfort and the shelter of love) and her square to Chiron will mix love/yearning with pain or vulnerability. What you want will remind you of why it hurts to want/love. You can hide from this, or use it as a prompt to confront the freshly exposed Chiron in Aries’ wounds. Note that Venus in Cancer can retreat inside the shell when hurt, so that’s an option. But shutting down completley would accomplish nohting. You need to protect yourself, but don’t ignore what’s hurting – Chiron is not moving through Aries on a whim. Find that courage and look at where it hurts, why it hurts and how you can deal with it.

The Season of Alternatives

Finally, the Sun enters Gemini on May 20th, kicking off the season of the messenger. New information, choices and layers of possibility will unfold. Keep your ears open for key messages – people or pieces of information can reveal alternate paths and additional complications. It’s not straightforward, but this energy can be helpful if one approach simply isn’t working for you. Gemini says that there’s always another way.

Aries

The New Moon and Uranus into your sector of personal resources kick off a new approach to earned money, values and self-esteem. Uranus’ exit from your sign presents the next layer to changes from the past seven years. Now that the initial burst of freedom/disruption has taken place, you’ll be working on how to ground yourself in this new reality. A new career or financial opportunity is possible.

Mars in your social sector square Uranus can jolt you via external challenges or competition. Now is not the time to coast – you may have to defend yourself or your property, and a financial or career development demands that you stay on your toes.

Venus into your domestic sector square Chiron in your sign can trigger fresh sensitivities regarding family, the past or your current domestic set up. The issue may be rooted in history, but you’ll be experiencing it in a new way. Perhaps a desire for something (security, a sense of belonging) makes you feel more vulnerable, or makes you aware of how you don’t fit the typical profile. That’s ok -you’re not supposed to fit anyone’s profile but your own.

The Sun’s move into your communication sector will activate more incoming and outgoing information. Conversations, brief meetings, fresh ideas and a plethora of choices will keep you hopping.

Taurus

The New Moon and Uranus into your sign will open up a radical new chapter. Appearance, lifestyle, relationships or public identity can all experience a massive update, even if you don’t think an update is necessary. When change arrives, don’t resist. Primary targets will be any habits or attitudes that are keeping you stuck in the past or in an unproductive situation. For some, a simmering background issue will finally go public – this is your new truth.

Mars in your career sector square Uranus in your sign gives you the first clue about what might change – a new job, changes in an existing job or issues involving your relationship with those in authority can rattle you. You may not want to accept the challenge, but it’s coming at you. This energy can motivate you to upgrade: your resume, approach to future goals or approach to success in general is ready for progress.

Venus into your communication sector squares Chiron, suggesting that conversations/understandings will be a painful mix of yearning and insecurity. What you want to hear may not unfold the way you’d hoped. Or, your attempts to connect with another can stir up latent fears about being hurt/unaccepted. These moments are designed to draw your attention to what you’ve been avoiding. There’s also potential for an apology or healing conversation, if you’re courageous enough to confront what’s hidden.

The Sun’s move into your sector of personal resources hi-lights various choices regarding earned money, personal values or security requirements. There’s more than one path to what you want – it’s time to be flexible.

Gemini

The New Moon and Uranus in your hidden sector open your eyes to secret or undeveloped potentials. What you were unaware of, or what you thought was impossible, can suddenly reveal itself to be present and possible. Don’t ignore what’s being revealed, whether it’s positive or negative.

Mars in your sector of opportunities squares Uranus, pushing you via unexpected prompts involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing. You may feel unprepared and vulnerable as challenges impact you in an area that you thought was safely hidden, but it’s time to work with what’s behind the scenes. This could be a dream come true or major exposure.

Venus into your sector of personal resources squares Chiron, triggering issues where you feel a profound lack of security, money or confidence. What you want can hi-light social insecurities. Or, others can make you aware of what you’re missing. The real issue is your overall approach to a friendship, group or public issue.

The Sun into your sign says that it’s your time of the year, once again. While positive and negative issues can be illuminated, your birthday is prime time to take stock of the choices you’ve made and how you can advance or improve those choices in the coming year. The landscape has changed dramatically since last year. While this can mean disruption, it also means a chance to start fresh and try out something new (you excel at this).

Cancer

The New Moon and Uranus in your social sector introduce a new chapter regarding friends, groups or your public image. Watch for new people who will be significant to your future in some way. At the same time, existing friendships/group associations may end or change – this is a reboot of your connection to the public. Who you used to be, on a social level, is a thing of the past. In some cases you may need to innovate or move in a totally different direction if you want to stay relevant.

Mars into sector of shared resources squares Uranus, and the first trigger for the above changes will be sudden action in the areas of debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or intimacy. Private issues will have an immediate public impact, and much of what happens may be out of your hands (triggered by someone else).

Venus into your sign squares Chiron in your career sector. On the one hand, Venus gifts you with extra charm and attraction power. On the other hand, the square to Chiron will emphasize insecurities around a new job, home business, your professional image or your approach to success. You may question if you’re good enough/talented enough. Know that you’ve got what it takes, but you are being asked to confront a vulnerability.

The Sun into your hidden sector can illuminate secrets, undeveloped potentials or private choices that will become public in the future.

Leo

The New Moon and Uranus in your career sector indicate a professional upgrade, be it forced or voluntary. You probably have an idea if your current professional path is fulfilling and vibrant, or stale and limiting. Any situation where you’ve been going through the motions or have gotten too comfortable will be disrupted, and ultimately this will be in your best interests. In some cases, a whole new path could open up as you radically change your professional status.

Uranus rules the South Node in your partnership sector, so part of the changes will involve a romanic or business relationship. A partnership (or your approach to one-on-one relationships) has reached a tipping point and the next stage is here. The future for you and another (or the way you relate to others) will be very different from your current situation. Mars into your relationship sector squares Uranus, suggesting that the first trigger for the above will be someone else’s actions or challenge. Competition or pressure can abruptly jolt you, making you aware that your current goals need to change.

Venus into your hidden sector squares Chiron, stirring up background insecurities or wounds. This could be something you don’t want to look at, or an issue that you want to keep private. Developments involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing will be the trigger.

The Sun into your social sector can keep you busy with new meetings, group activities or a heightened awareness of your interactions with friends. Your exchange of information with the public will increase, as well as your choices around how to respond and who to listen to/talk with.

Virgo

The New Moon and Uranus in your opportunities sector can open up new horizons involving travel, relocation, education, legal matters or publishing. Something you never considered could grab your attention or propel you onto a new path. There’s risk, but these energies harmonize with your sign, so the changes should be fairly easily to handle.

Mars into your sector of routine squares Uranus. Efforts to fix/correct/improve an issue related to work or health may be the initial event that propels you forward. Changes to habits, or your approach to service, can take you further – this is about opening your eyes to greater possibilities. In some cases, an abrupt change in your routine may open new doors.

Venus into your social sector squares Chiron, hi-lighting public doubts or vulnerabilities. Social anxiety could be an issue, or there could be a painful interaction with a friend or group. You may feel that your social image is inadequate or undesirable, but know that the roots for these feelings actually involve the ebb and flow of control and what you share or owe. Hidden psychological wounds can have public consequences, so take the time to delve into what you may not want to confront. Awareness is your best tool and can mitigate any feelings of vulnerability if more is exposed than you’re comfortable with.

The Sun into your career sector hi-lights the choices you make regarding success, future goals and professional relationships. The pace of professional contacts can increase, along with new ideas for a business or work project. You may have more than one option regarding a job search, new angle for your business or dealings with management.

Libra

The New Moon and Uranus in your sector of shared resources can stir up what’s been buried or ignored regarding debts, taxes, your partner’s finances or intimacy. There could be a dramatic shift regarding what you share or owe, with the emphasis on giving up some control, or reclaiming what’s yours. A deeper connection between you and another can stir up vulnerabilities or new levels of trust.

Mars into your sector of self-expression squares Uranus, triggering an abrupt surge of attraction or risky impulses around spending or sharing. Boundaries may be trampled – be careful if you’re the one who’s pushing. If you’re aiming for increased intensity or you’re trying to uncover a secret, you may get more than you bargained for. The initial push can crack open a Pandora’s box of goodies.

Venus into your career sector squares Chiron, hi-lighting relationship insecurities/doubts on a personal and professional level. Professional image can be an issue, along with questions about your ability to connect with the right people or keep your private life separate from your public life. You may be put on the spot in an interview or business meeting – the key is how you connect with others on a one-on-one basis. Finding common ground and expressing empathy can help.

The Sun into your sector of opportunities emphasizes new and expansive potentials in the areas of travel, education, legal matters or publishing. Learning something new, or absorbing multiple pieces of intel, may be key. The pace of info will be fast, and your options will be plentiful.

Scorpio

The New Moon and Uranus in your partnership sector can trigger a new chapter in an existing relationship, or a brand new relationship. Whether there’s a beginning or ending, your partnership values will be upgraded along with your identity as a partner. Old habits involving possessiveness and refusal to let go of the past will be forcefully disrupted. Get used to the concepts of freedom and trust  – you’ll have to learn how to release control. Someone new could be your wake-up call.

Mars into your domestic sector squares Uranus, and the first trigger for the above will involve home, family or actions based in the past. A domestic partnership could go through an upheaval, or your efforts to change things at home could trigger shockwaves in your love life.

Venus into your sector of opportunities squares Chiron, revealing the vulnerability behind the risk. Travel, long-distance romance, education, legal matters or publishing can offer intriguing new opportunities, but your first step into the unknown can raise questions. Are you prepared? Will you be ok? While some caution is advised, know that these vulnerabilities are being triggered for a reason – a personal battle is linked with distant horizons, and you can’t move forward until you confront something in your daily life.

The Sun into your sector of shared resources illuminates what’s in the shadows. Choices/information around debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or intimacy will get your attention, and it can make you uneasy or relieved to know that there’s more than one option. Flexibility is key – keep an open mind when dealing with sensitive issues.

Sagittarius

The New Moon and Uranus in your sector of routine can introduce a sudden change in your work environment, health or daily habits. The goal will be to increase your security (financial and emotional) by upgrading your daily situation. This could mean saying goodbye to undermining exercise or diet issues, work habits or unbalanced approaches to helping others. Change can be within your control (self-care) or beyond your control (changes to your job or medical issues) but either way the goal is to improve your current situation.

Mars into your communication sector squares Uranus and gets the ball rolling on the above via an impulsive or aggressive message/conversation/realization. The first trigger to a whole new lifestyle may be a demand or argument.

Venus into your sector of shared resources squares Chiron, triggering painful vulnerabilities around intimacy, shared finances or psychological issues. On a deep level, you may feel unwanted, unloved or lacking in something essential. The actual issue is about your self-worth and confidence – by putting yourself out there, you’re making yourself vulnerable. This is not a bad thing – when you put your heart or creative efforts on the line, you’re stepping into territory that requires courage. A risk may be painful, but what you learn will be priceless and can commence the process of healing. One caveat – use extra caution when dealing with debts, taxes or your partner’s finances. This is not the best time to take chances with your money.

The Sun into your partnership sector can increase the exchange of information with a partner, or increase your awareness of additional romantic options. In general, the choices you make when connecting with others in a one-on-one capacity will be hi-lighted. Take note of any duality in your relationships – two sides to what you want, or two sides to your partner.

Capricorn

The New Moon (trining Pluto Rx in your sign) and Uranus in your sector of self-expression adds urgency to your desire for something/someone new. Issues involving creative work, new attractions or children can become vital, with a no-time-to-waste vibe. New developments can hit quickly and unexpectedly, although your ongoing efforts to manifest a desired goal will drive what happens. Yes, you manifested this.

Mars into your sector of personal resources squares Uranus, triggering the first stage of events via a surge of ambition. Financially or emotionally you’re ready to push the limits, but use some caution – don’t undermine your security in your eagerness to make something happen.

Venus into your partnership sector squares Chiron, stirring up empathy and vulnerability. Relationship issues can be bittersweet, as love/attraction makes you aware of wounds from the past (based in domestic issues). Old wounds may be triggered but they don’t have to dominate a new relationship.

The Sun into your sector of routine can increase your workload, your energy and the number of solutions or corrections. This can be a busy time, and you may find it difficult to focus on the essentials. Make a list and prioritize, but have a Plan B column just in case.

Aquarius

The New Moon and Uranus into your domestic sector can usher in a surprising new chapter regarding home, family, parents or your current living situation. This will be the ultimate break from the past – relocation is a possibility. Uranus rules the South Node in your sign, so this will also be about bringing a personal matter (involving your identity or image) to fruition. It’s time to move towards the future, and this could mean stepping away from familiar childhood issues.  Mars into your sign squares Uranus, triggering the first tremor  – you’ll be primed and ready to take action, and while this may disrupt things at home, you know on some level that it had to happen.

Venus into your sector of routine squares Chiron, hi-lighting discomfort or weakness around health, your daily routine or work. You efforts to help, improve or correct may be ignored or devalued. You could feel a lack of assistance and support, or even criticism for your efforts. Too, your efforts to speak up can reveal something uncomfortable. Nonetheless, this is about you finding your voice and saying what needs to be said.

The Sun into your sector of self-expression can bring some welcome lightness, as your attention is drawn to reasons to celebrate, flirt or show off. Keep it light, and enjoy the moment for what it is.

Pisces

The New Moon and Uranus in your communication sector can surprise you with an unexpected announcement, discussion or realization. The New Moon will kick things off, and Uranus’ transit will continue the trend with new subjects to learn, new things to say and new ideas/connections that open up your world in odd ways. Brief meetings can be powerful catalysts as fixed ideas are shaken.

Mars into your hidden sector squares Uranus, suggesting that an unconscious or secret impulse will trigger conscious changes. Behind-the-scenes actions can reveal surprising things while clueing you into new/unusual topics.

Venus into your sector of self-expression squares Chiron, triggering doubts about attractiveness, talent and worthiness. A new attraction or desire to create/display your work can stir up these doubts. Rejection may or may not occur, but the pain will still be there. Consider the root of the issue – your right to financial/emotional wholeness and security, and the weak spot that’s challenging you.

The Sun into your domestic sector can spur family discussions or multiple choices around a home business, relocation, decorating or dealing with issues from the past.

Overview

Mercury and Venus Noise

Mercury and Venus are challenged this week.

May 7th sees Mercury in Aries squaring Pluto Rx, then Mars (both in Capricorn) on May 12th. Mercury in Aries is impulsive and hot-tempered, so the square to Pluto can intensify this with manipulative attempts at domination, while Mars triggers outright hostility. All this will come out in words or crisis-driven thoughts. Mercury’s explosive conjunction with Uranus on May 13th wraps it up with a jolting conclusion and shot of clarity, followed by Mercury’s Taurus ingress. The gears shift abruptly as thoughts slow down and focus on immediate resources. The hot words that were being flung around will come down to earth with a crash as sh*t gets real.

Venus in Gemini squares Neptune on May 7th, makes an inconjunct to Jupiter Rx in Scorpio on May 9th and anohter inconjunct to Pluto Rx on May 12th. Neptune will offer seductive and confusing choices involving relationships, money or values. Something may look very good, or you may think you have plenty to choose from. But the reality will be quite different. Venus in Gemini’s flexibility will be distorted, because all choices will seem possible (even if none of them are).

Inconjuncts are always tricky, because they link incompatible energies. Venus/Jupiter can increase a longing for more without clarifying what that “more” consists of, while Venus/Pluto suggests undercurrents of jealousy or fear of losing what you have. The key with any inconjunct is to work with both sides. Decide what you want (Venus in Gemini) then use the Jupiter/Pluto triggers to look at what you feel you’re missing, or are afraid of. Rather than giving in to the fear or craving, consider what it’s telling you about your current situation. What are the facts (Gemini) behind what you want?

Your Real Goal

In the midst of this we have a Sun/Jupiter opposition (discussed in last week’s horoscopes) on May 8th, fortified by a trine between the Taurus Sun and Pluto on May 11th. Here we have the conclusion with a high probability of success. The Sun can illuminate what Jupiter Rx in Scorpio has uncovered – resources, truths or power. Or Shadow issues. But when Jupiter is in play, there’s always a chance that you can turn something difficult (even Shadow stuff) into something fortunate. Pluto adds intensity, strength and the ability to make it happen (manifestation).

The catch? Navigating the Mercury and Venus mess – don’t get sidetracked by delusions or verbal conflicts. Not that you should ignore these issues of course. But there will be a strong temptation to get wrapped up in the messiness, to lose yourself in the fantasy or the mudslinging or the vengeful/paranoid thoughts. Attend to the issues but keep yourself above the fray. The exception to this is the Mercury/Uranus conjunction- it will be an unavoidable, essential truth.

The Sun/Jupiter opposition is your main goal for this week; keep your eyes on the prize. This goes back to Jupiter Rx – what area of expansion are you refining and focusing? Where are you going deeper?

Aries

Aspects to Mercury in your sign (including the conjunction to Uranus) suggest that you may hammer your point across, or your words may be challenged by someone in authority. Communication and information will be jolting and possibly hostile, but you’ll also be strongly motivated to say what needs to be said. The truth can be harsh as power plays and manipulations are unearthed. As Mercury is propelled by Uranus into your sector of personal resources, you’ll take what you’ve discovered and apply it to immediate survival issues. Finances, self-esteem and security will be first on your list.

Aspects to Venus in your communication sector suggest confusing messages, odd flirtations and misunderstandings. It’s absoltuely essential that you confirm the facts in a conversation, meeting or first contact. There’s a chance that you’ll fill in the blanks  with what you’re hoping for, rather than the facts. Watch for niggling feelings of dissatisfaction and suspicion, regarding career, shared finances and intimacy.

Fortunately, aspects to the Sun in your sector of personal resources spell overall success and abundance. Financial and career matters can reach a satisfying conclusion, as long as you’re not thrown off track by the tricky aspects to Mercury and Venus.

Taurus

Aspects to Mercury in your hidden sector indicate the rough reveal of a secret or unacknowledged issue. Whether this is something you’ve been actively hiding, or you simply weren’t aware of what was in your blindspot, the unspoken will come out due to challenges involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing. Too, you may be pushed to speak out as your passion or anger is triggered. Mercury is propelled by Uranus into your sign, suggesting that everything will come out in a rush of truth and clarity.

Aspects to Venus in your sector of personal resources can encourage you to spend, give or sacrifice. Be very cautious with finances or relationships – it will be easy to get distracted by promises and dreams, while also feeling a vague sense of insecurity and emptiness (as if what you have is not quite enough). Partnership issues can leave you wanting more. Take stock of your actual resources and values, and make sure you’re not undermining yourself with yearnings for what’s impossible.

Aspects to the Sun in your sign do promise a successful partnership conclusion with room for future growth and empowerment. You can go far with the right support, as long as the above aspects to Mercury and Venus don’t weaken your grip on reality.

Gemini

Aspects to Mercury in your social sector suggest buried tensions involving debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances, intimacy or psychological issues can trigger public tensions with friends or groups. Use care with public statements – hidden anger/frustration can give your words considerable impact. Too, this could be about the public reveal of a secret. As Mercury conjoins Uranus and then enters your hidden sector, watch for an explosive finale to the above that sees you pulling back to process and gather your thoughts.

Aspects to Venus in your sign see you getting carried away with certain work issues. Something may look very promising, but your perception of what’s achievable will be distorted. Your professional image could be impacted. Watch for the temptation to take on too much, say “Yes” to something inappropriate, or accept a solution that may not be in your best interests. Deeper issues involving suspicion, jealousy or anxiety about losing control can also influence you.

Aspects to the Sun in your hidden sector are hopeful, as a hidden/undeveloped potential   comes to fruition. Your adjustments to work routines, health or dealings with co-workers could pay off, and you’ll find that you also have access to deeper resources (financial or emotional) that empower you. But in order to make the most of these aspects. you’ll need to be very aware of what’s driving you (instincts, anger) while making wise choices regarding your career/professional relationships.

Cancer

Aspects to Mercury in your career sector suggest a partnership or competitor can trigger some edgy professional conversations or statements. It may be difficult to keep your cool and respond in a mature manner, but that’s exactly what you’ll have to do. Don’t allow someone else to pull your strings. Mercury’s conjunction to Uranus, followed by its move into your social sector, suggests this will culminate in a surprising discovery or career announcement. What comes out will immediately turn your attention to its impact on the bigger picture (including your connection to the public). A public launch can take off in an unexpected direction.

Aspects to Venus in your hidden sector can stir up vague longings, illusions about what’s next and manipulations in a relationship. Much will be centred around what you’re not fully aware of, or what you’re denying.  A romantic attraction can be misleading, or your desire for something more can lead you down the wrong path.

Aspects to the Sun in your social sector suggest a successful launch or the growth of a relationship, but much will depend on how you handle what’s going on behind the scenes. You’ll need to differentiate between what’s real and reliable, versus what’s distracting or completely irrational. However, even illusions can be helpful – pay attention to where you’re feeling let down, where you’re craving more, or why you want to escape. These are clues about what needs attention in your life.

Leo

Aspects to Mercury in your sector of opportunities can trigger tense conversations/announcements involving education, travel, legal matters or publishing. Workload may be an issue, or you could be pressured to supply a solution. You may be fired up by a legal or ethical challenge. Too, health matters could challenge big-picture plans. As Mercury conjoins Uranus then enters your career sector, watch for an explosive conclusion to the above, followed by a change in focus- big-picture goals or passionate/angry ideals will now be put firmly into context as you see how your professional life/image is impacted. Too, this could be when you get serious about making impulsive statements real.

Aspects to Venus in your social sector can blur the lines between platonic and romantic, or true friendship versus manipulation a passing acquaintance. Social cues will be challenging to read, or you could be the one who’s sending out mixed messages. Watch for undercurrents of insecurity or restlessness based on issues close to home.

Aspects to the Sun in your career sector suggest a powerful conclusion around a job search, your current professional efforts or future goals (including relocation). Success is a possibility, and this will be due in part to your readjustment of domestic and work/health issues. However, the challenging aspects to Mercury and Venus are a warning to pay close attention to what’s being said (versus what you suspect or hope for) while also ensuring that your communication and intentions are crystal clear.

Virgo

Aspects to Mercury in your sector of shared resources can stir up volatile conversations or insights around debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or intimacy. The subject matter will be sensitive, but this energy is driven by anger, ambition, passion or recklessness. Choose your words carefully and understand that you cannot force a desired response. On the plus side, what’s been buried will come out, especially when Mercury conjoins Uranus. Watch for an explosive reveal or moment of clarity. As Mercury enters your sector of opportunities, the above reveal will open up new perspectives. You may see that there’s more to this than you first thought, or the shock may propel you to forward to learn more/speak out.

Aspects to Venus in your career sector can make professional relationships tricky. A partnership (business or romantic) can be confusing, so make sure the lines between your personal and professional life are clearly drawn. It may seem as if you have multiple choices, but all of them are not viable. Overestimating your reach and falling prey to jealousy/paranoia are also risks – don’t get distracted by thoughts of what might be, or someone else’s success.

Aspects to the Sun in your sector of opportunities suggest an expansive announcement, graduation or public result that’s empowered by your efforts involving creative work, a special purpose or powerful desire. You can take this one much further, as long as you’re aware of the challenging aspects to Mercury and Venus. Your approach to professional matters will be key.

Libra

Aspects to Mercury in your relationship sector can trigger volatile conversations with a partner. Domestic issues may be at the root of any conflicts, or, your efforts to move on from the past will create tension. Mercury’s conjunction to Uranus can abruptly end or accelerate the matter. Harmony will be difficult to achieve, so be open to what’s revealed while ensuring that your voice is heard. As Mercury enters your sector of shared resources, the above tension can open up deeper levels of communication, or get you thinking about the true nature of your relationship.

Aspects to Venus in your sector of opportunities can present some tempting but misleading potentials in the areas of long-distance romance, travel, education, legal matters or publishing. What’s in front of you may be new and exciting, but approach with caution. There’s still much to learn. Feelings of dissatisfaction with what you have, a craving for more and deeper issues of insecurity/control (based in the past) can blur the lines.

Aspects to the Sun in your sector of shared resources suggest promising results for domestic finances, personal abundance or an intimate relationship. You’ll discover, after a  process of refinement and adjustment, that there’s more to work with. But how you handle the challenging aspects to Mercury and Venus will be key.

Scorpio

Aspects to Mercury in your sector of routine suggest difficult conversations involving health, work routines or obligations to others. You may be pressured to fix, deliver or improve. Too, an error may be revealed, and Mercury’s conjunction with Uranus can drop some clarity in the form of an unexpected solution or your realization that current approaches to work/health/service can no longer continue. As Mercury enters your partnership sector, the above clarity will result in a more balanced approach to what you do for others. You’ll be looking at how much others value your work.

Aspects to Venus in your sector of shared resources can make smart choices regarding debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or intimacy difficult. The desire for an ultimate reward or romance can increase spending, illusions or an urge to lose yourself in someone. Inconjuncts to Jupiter Rx (in your sign) and Pluto Rx in your communication sector can stir up paranoia, jealousy or an insatiable craving for a something that’s difficult to pinpoint. Use caution regarding what you share or give.

The Sun in your partnership sector opposite Jupiter Rx in your sign can illuminate a key relationship goal or result. Whether this is an ending or shift to something more substantial, there should be satisfaction with the way things are progressing. The trine to Pluto Rx indicates a commitment or powerful confirmation/agreement. However, success will depend on your approach to Mercury and Venus’ challenging aspects.

Sagittarius

Aspects to Mercury in your sector of self-expression can motivate you to speak out about an attraction, creative work or something you feel passionate about. Your voice will be unmistakable and attention-grabbing, so keep that in mind when you’re expressing yourself. In some cases, these energies can encourage you to take risks based on anger or impatience. Mercury’s conjunction with Uranus can deliver a jolt of truth, inspiration or courage. You may or may not like what you discover (or the responses you get) but Mercury’s move into your sector of routine will focus you on the practical essentials of how deal with what’s unfolded. Solutions will be forthcoming.

Aspects to Venus in your partnership sector suggest that domestic issues, or issues from the past, can undermine relationship choices. Delusion can play a role, and this may not be the best time to count on a firm decision from your partner. Unspoken expectations and anxieties around loss/possessiveness can make things tricky. In some cases, you may be imagining an attraction.

Aspects to the Sun in your sector of routine indicate a grounding influence which can counteract the above confusion. Watch for results involving your immediate routines, approach to work or health. Your efforts to strengthen financial and emotional security can empower these results, but make sure you don’t get distracted by what’s tempting but vague – focus on what you know is real.

Capricorn

Aspects to Mercury in your domestic sector (including the squares to Pluto Rx and Mars in your sign) suggest conflicts involving family discussions, a home business or relocation. Your efforts to encourage (or force) something to happen can crank the tension up, until Mercury’s conjunction with Uranus blows the lid off with an ending, jolting truth or discovery about something from the past. You have a considerable amount of power in your corner  – use it wisely. Mercury’s move into your sector of self-expression speaks to cutting loose and making your voice heard.

Aspects to Venus in your sector of routine can undermine work, health or obligations to others. Vague instructions, mixed messages or difficulty in deciding what you want can make solutions challenging. The inconjunct to Pluto Rx in your sign, and Jupiter Rx in your social sector, suggest an uneasy mix of desire to do more for others combined with undercurrents of manipulation and efforts to control your environment. Your intentions will be unclear, even to yourself.

Jupiter’s opposition to the Sun in your sector of self-expression can bring a pleasing result or celebration in the areas of creative work, performance, a launch, new attraction or children/pregnancy. The trine to Pluto Rx in your sign says that you’ll be the prime source of manifestation  – you could get what you want. However, the challenging aspects to Mercury and Venus are a caution to clarify your desires and pull back a little on the power plays.

Aquarius

Aspects to Mercury in your communication sector suggest volatile arguments, statements or verbal explosions will be driven by hidden anger and power plays. Unexamined motivations will be potent, so pay attention to what’s behind the words. Mercury’s conjunction with Uranus can signal a radical decision, discovery or final-straw outburst. Mercury’s move into your domestic sector indicates that the clarity you gain will be applied to home and family matters. Too, issues from the past may be examined in a new light.

Aspects to Venus in your sector of self-expression can encourage flirtations, fantasies, intense creativity or unwise risks. This energy can go many ways – the choice is yours. Be wary of excessive spending, celebrating or getting caught up in a fantasy that costs you. You can use any feelings of restlessness, passion or longing to fuel creative work or alert you to what you’ve been avoiding/denying.

Aspects to the Sun in your domestic sector suggests a culmination involving career, future goals or your professional image. A shift in perspective regarding these issues, or a more intensive focus on one area, can deliver positive results. A promotion, new job or change in goals will be powered up by a less obvious but potent drive to make it happen. There can be a dream-come-true vibe to this, as you finally align yourself with an ultimate goal. However, much depends on how you handle the challenging aspects to Mercury and Venus – unconscious motivations and conscious expectations can undermine or empower you, depending on your awareness and proper focus.

Pisces

Aspects to Mercury in your sector of personal resources can trigger volatile discussions/decisions that impact your earned money, values or self-esteem. You may be on the defensive and feel like you need to verbally hit back or make demands. Public or social challenges can also motivate you to put yourself first. Mercury’s conjunction with Uranus indicates a surprising conclusion/reveal about money or security, and the force of this revelation can open your eyes to entirely new facts, as Mercury enters your communication sector. This is not the end of the story- you’re starting a whole new chapter.

Aspects to Venus (including the square to Neptune in your sign) in your domestic sector suggest confusion around home and family (including relocation, buying/selling your home or domestic relationships). There may be hopeful illusions, unsatisfied expectations and a touch of paranoia/suspicion. Issues from the past, or current domestic habits, will make it difficult to see things clearly.

Aspects to the Sun in your communication sector can bring a favourable announcement/decision with social support. Your words can have significant public impact. Or, you could learn something valuable that has significant long-range impact. Much depends on how you navigate the challenging aspects to Mercury and Venus. It will be easy to  lose focus – remember what your original goal was.

Overview

Working With Venus in Gemini

On May 1st, Venus in Gemini makes a hard inconjunct to Saturn Rx. An adjustment is needed between rules/limits versus desired choices. “Adjustment” does not mean “No.” You will have to narrow down the options and accept a bit less, or be a bit more serious/formal, but there’s still room for a positive outcome, once you discard what’s no longer available.

May 2nd can deliver your positive outcome, as Venus in Gemini trines the Aquarius South Node and makes a sextile to the Leo North Node. The choices you have left (even if you’re not thrilled with them) can still help you develop something from the past into a creative or romantic result that shines. The key to your success will be working with Saturn’s rules, and carefully making the best possible choice. Maturity will be called for – work with what you have, even if you’re not 100% happy with it.

Jupiter Rx is the Key

May 5th sees Mercury in Aries make an awkward inconjunct to Jupiter Rx in Scorpio. Expansion or hope won’t quite sit right with what you’re trying to say or understand. There can be a rush to answer/announce/understand, as Jupiter activates Mercury in Aries’ impatience. But there can also be doubts about what’s happening, which can result in careless decisions. Go slow and watch the details – adjust Jupiter Rx’s deeper focus with Mercury in Aries’ boldness, by carefully considering the facts, then courageously standing by your decision.

On May 8th, the Taurus Sun opposes Jupiter Rx, delivering results based on your shift in perspective or deeper focus. How you’ve been handling Jupiter Rx is key:

“Use this energy to refine what Jupiter’s brought you – Scorpio is about absolute truth and power that’s based on inner resources. Purge anything that’s not totally honest, essential for your evolution and honourably powerful…

…if there is an intensification, it will happen in one area and that will be your cue to look even deeper and concentrate on that thing….Sometimes Jupiter’s growth means details are overlooked; Jupiter Rx is the time to catch what you missed by peeling back yet another layer of shadow.”

This opposition can illuminate what’s behind that layer of shadow.

By now, most of you are aware that May 15th, 2018 will be a big day – Uranus exits Aries for Taurus. The planet of freedom, risk and surprise enters a sign that’s all about preservation, caution and stability.

What might this odd mix of energies mean for you? Check out my ebook and find out.

Aries

Venus in your communication sector is challenged by Saturn Rx, suggesting enforced decisions that won’t make you happy. Someone in authority, or rules involving career, future goals or your professional image will make you feel shut down or denied. But you may still have a couple of options. Neither one will be perfect, and you’ll have to choose carefully, but it’s important that you make a choice.

However, Venus’ easy aspects to the North and South Nodes suggest you’re still on the right track regarding social contacts or public attention for something you’re creating. Light, friendly communication (perhaps with someone from the past) and creative ideas can take you further. A new romance is possible, or perhaps a receptive audience for your work.

Mercury in your sign makes an inconjunct to Jupiter Rx, suggesting certain enthusiastic ideas, or something you feel you must say, may be exaggerated. Shared finances, intimacy or psychological issues can push you to say too much, too soon. Something is ready to be openly communicated, but you’ll have to dial back the pushiness and carefully consider what you’re going to say. You don’t have to reveal everything. The Sun in your sector of personal resources opposes Jupiter Rx, indicating a culmination around finances or self-sufficiency. More can be revealed, and this can encompass extra resources or debt. Consider what belongs to you, what belong to them, and what’s essential for your survival.

Taurus

Venus in your sector of personal resources is challenged by Saturn Rx, pointing to a shortfall in money or self-esteem. Rules/restrictions involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing can seem especially harsh, as you’re made aware of what you don’t have enough of. However, if you carefully follow the guidelines, you’ll discover that you’re not as locked-in as you thought. Rather than focusing on what’s lacking, consider how you can work with what you have.

Venus’ easy aspects to the North and South Nodes suggest that you can do a lot with what’s available, even if you’re confronted with limits. A career matter may culminate in a favourable way, leading to better options at home.

Mercury in your hidden sector makes an inconjunct to Jupiter Rx, suggesting enthusiastic partnership goals/growth may not be easily understood. One partner may have one thing in mind, while the other decides on something different but doesn’t clearly communicate it. Too, expectations can lead to misguided assumptions. This is the time to clearly state what you’re thinking, and then work with your partner to make it happen. The Sun in your sign opposes Jupiter Rx, suggesting a relationship culmination that features heightened expectations, hopes and future plans. Jupiter’s Rx status means those expectations have been reviewed and focused, and now you’ll see the results.

Gemini

Venus in your sign is challenged by Saturn Rx, putting a damper on your confidence or social efforts. You may feel less attractive/likeable as you’re confronted with limits involving shared finances, intimacy or personal boundaries. The key is to accept whatever limit you’re dealing with (or formalize your boundaries)while looking for the options within those limits. An enforced choice may be necessary.

Venus’ easy aspects to the North and South Nodes suggest that, despite the above restrictions, you’ve still got the charm and wit to get your point across in the best way possible. Something that you’ve been trying to develop (involving education, travel, legal matters, publishing or beliefs) can be put into words and communicated with pride.

Mercury in your social sector makes an inconjunct to Jupiter Rx, suggesting that public statements, or conversations/expectations involving friends/groups may be exaggerated or inaccurate. News/ideas involving health, routine, service or work tasks are legit, but have to be handled carefully – strive for accuracy and don’t rush it. The Sun in your hidden sector opposes Jupiter Rx, suggesting a hidden or background issue may be brought out into the open. This will be a conclusion, based on your efforts to recalibrate expansion in your daily life, or reprioritize duties/routines. As you look beneath the surface of your daily routines, you’ll see what hasn’t been obvious.

Cancer

Venus in your hidden sector is challenged by Saturn Rx, indicating that relationship rules, limits or goals may conflict with a hidden desire or project. The rules can’t be avoided, but if you’re keeping your displeasure hidden, it might be helpful to communicate it. A slight compromise may be possible.

However, Venus’ easy aspects to the North and South Nodes suggest that whatever’s hidden/in the background can pay off for you. This is about moving from dependence to self-sufficiency, or trusting that you’ve got the support/resources to build pride in your accomplishments. Financial issues may be key.

Mercury in your career sector makes an awkward inconjunct to Jupiter Rx, suggesting that conversations with management or work announcements should be handled with care. There’s a big idea that has great potential, but it will easy to disclose too much, or over promise before you have all the details. Part of the rush may be overcompensation – you could have doubts about a talent or creative project. Be selective about what you say (especially if this is a launch or promotion) while still maintaining the core energy of enthusiasm. The Sun in your social sector opposes Jupiter Rx, suggesting a public result or launch that greatly expands your profile and reputation. The key to success will be your careful attention to one creative or romantic area.

Leo

Venus in your social sector is challenged by Saturn Rx. Rules, pressure or restrictions around health, obligations or daily routine can indicate enforced social choices, or limits around a friendship, your public image or a group association. While you may feel restricted socially, know that a bit of compromise on your part, while sticking to the rules, can work in your favour. And, others may return the favour.

Venus’ easy aspects to the South Node in your partnership sector and North Node in your sign suggest the above issues are part of a larger theme involving a specific relationship or your one-on-one relationships in general. New social contacts, or your openness to meeting, greeting and putting yourself out there (with an attitude of light curiosity) can help you gain pride and confidence when it comes to partnerships. A relationship can progress, based on your ability to consider new options.

However, Mercury in your sector of opportunities makes an awkward inconjunct to Jupiter Rx, suggesting that you may need to go a bit slower with the new idea or plan. Before you make the big announcement, or believe the promise, step back and consider what’s been going on with home/family. An area of growth close to home may need to be put into perspective – pay extra attention to relocation plans. As the Sun in your career sector opposes Jupiter Rx, watch for culmination or reward involving career, your professional image or a home business.

Virgo

Venus in your career sector is challenged by Saturn Rx, suggesting that image, work relationships or other career issues will be limited. There may be more work for you to do (in order to get what you want) or your reputation may be on the line. A few careful adjustments (keep it professional, but don’t discard your curiosity or new ideas) are all you need to make.

Venus’ easy aspects to the North and South Node, suggest that your successful handling of these career and/or relationship issues can enable your next step to making a dream real, or breaking away from an outdated routine. Remember that there is more than one path to success.

Mercury in your sector of shared resources makes an awkward inconjunct to Jupiter Rx, suggesting that exaggerated expectations/promises (and worries about not getting what you hoped for) can stir things up in the areas of debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or intimacy. There’s good potential here, but tune into the facts and details, rather than what you’re hoping will happen. Use extra care when discussing finances, and listen to what the other person is saying (or pay attention to details that you’ve uncovered). The Sun in your sector of opportunities opposes Jupiter Rx, suggesting expansive results around travel, education, legal matters or publishing. There could be an official announcement, graduation or finalization of plans that will take you further, all based on your increased focus and commitment to delivering the truth.

Libra

Venus in your sector of opportunities is challenged by Saturn Rx, as domestic rules/responsibilities narrow down your choices in the areas of travel, education, long-distance romance, legal matters or publishing. Something desired is still within your reach, but you’ll have to make adjustments so you can work with what’s happening at home.

Venus’ easy aspects to the North and South Nodes suggest that even with narrowed options, you can still make a favourable impact on the public or the group. Your efforts to  display or launch something that marks your unique talents can still proceed smoothly, via your ability to take a couple of risks and work with something (or someone) brand new.

Mercury in your partnership sector makes an awkward inconjunct to Jupiter Rx, indicating that relationship conversations can be thrown off track by misaligned expectations involving money or emotional security. The answer doesn’t have to be “No” but the conversation will have to take into account revised spending, budgets or self-esteem issues. As the Sun in your sector of shared resources opposes Jupiter Rx, watch for a reward or satisfying conclusion involving finances, money owed, intimacy or security. Your efforts to refine and focus a financial or emotional desire will be key.

Scorpio

Venus in your sector of shared resources is challenge by Saturn Rx, indicating pressure involving boundaries or a forced financial choice/restriction. Debts, taxes, your partner’s finances or intimacy are areas where you’ll have to obey an official rule/demand, or make adjustments due to a strict conversation. Nonetheless, you still have more to work with (just not as much as you’d hoped for). You may need to juggle some options where finances are concerned.

Venus’ easy aspects to the North and South Nodes encourage you to keep aiming high, regarding career, future goals, a job search or home business. If you handle Saturn’s restrictions correctly, you’ll still be in good shape with domestic finances or plans for the future. Outward success depends on what happens behind the scenes.

Mercury in your sector of routine makes an awkward inconjunct to Jupiter Rx in your sign. An area of growth/expansion/optimism must be adjusted to match details involving health, routines or obligations. There will be a temptation to take on more than you should, or ignore the little things in a rush to get something done, but don’t push yourself. You can handle a lot, but be mindful about what you say “Yes” to. The Sun in your partnership sector opposes Jupiter Rx, suggesting a hopeful relationship conclusion/result, that will be directly connected to your efforts to focus and narrow down what you’ve been trying to expand.

Sagittarius

Venus in your partnership sector is challenged by Saturn Rx, indicating relationship tension or limits. Money (or lack of it) or demands for increased self-sufficiency (you’re not getting what you want from another) can narrow your romantic choices. However, if you play by the rules and maintain your budget/boundaries/self-control, you may find that you can still get some of what you were hoping for.

Venus’ easy aspects to the North and South Node suggest that a partner or new attraction will be open to what you’re saying, and to your plans for the future. A specific person ( or your ability to attract the right people) is key to going public, getting published or taking it further.

Mercury in your sector of self-expression makes an awkward inconjunct to Jupiter Rx. Big hopes or plans may not quite match the reality of what you’re trying to express, attract or show off. Your words can swing from overenthusiastic to pushy, as you attempt to get your point across. You may overcompensate due to worries about a plan or hope that’s still undeveloped. Measure your words and try to focus on what you can deliver in the moment, rather than vague plans for the future. Promising a bit less rather than more can be helpful. If you’re worried about what’s not developing, know that the Sun in your sector of routine opposes Jupiter Rx and will illuminate exactly what you’ve got to work with. Watch for successful results involving health, obligations, routines or work tasks.

Capricorn

Venus in your sector of routine is challenged by Saturn Rx in your sign. There may be a need for more discipline in the areas of health, daily routine or work tasks. What you want (including solutions) may be defined and limited by your current responsibilities. Pick the most sensible option that still works for you, and go with that.

Venus’ easy aspects to the North and South Nodes suggest that if you choose correctly, finances, emotional security or a relationship can progress nicely. The right decision applied to your daily life, self-care or approach to work/co-workers can help you progress to a more trusting place that allows you to move beyond limiting habits.

Mercury in your domestic sector makes an awkward inconjunct to Jupiter Rx, making family discussions or domestic documents/decisions tricky. You’ll have to balance external prompts about what’s “best” with the actual facts of your home situation. At the same time, it can be tempting to rush a domestic decision or take on more than you have room for. Use caution regarding relocation, a home business or family changes – you don’t have to do everything all at once, and well-intentioned advice from outsiders may not be the perfect fit for you. The Sun in your sector of self-expression opposes Jupiter Rx, bringing a culmination around a public celebration, your social group or a public launch. Revising certain plans/relationships will deliver the best results.

Aquarius

Venus in your sector of self-expression is challenged by Saturn Rx, as background or hidden fears/guilt/responsibilities put a damper on a celebration, new attraction or creative work. Before you continue having fun or expressing yourself, tune into what’s going on behind the scenes. There is reason to choose carefully and use caution, but you don’t need to completely snuff out your flame. Consider if the restrictions are legit, or if some of what’s holding you back is excessive (not your responsibility).

However, Venus’ easy aspects to the South Node in your sign and North Node in your partnership sector can still help you move forward, especially where a relationship is involved. Your ability to keep it light, move quickly and remain open to multiple choices can help something lively develop. All one-on-one connections can benefit from your curiosity and sparkle.

Mercury in your communication sector makes an awkward inconjunct Jupiter Rx, suggesting that you may be questioning career goals, business developments or future expansion, while also rushing to say “Yes” before you have all the facts. Slow down – it can only benefit you if you pay attention to all the details and deliver your answer/result with care. This also applies if you are thinking of taking on extra work – are you sure you can handle it? The Sun in your domestic sector opposes Jupiter Rx, bringing beneficial results around a professional project, job search or relocation.

Pisces

Venus in your domestic sector is challenged by Saturn Rx, as family/domestic choices are limited by social rules or authority. A home business, family issue or relocation may not go exactly as you’d hoped, due to rules that are bigger than you. However, there’s still room for some favourable developments, after you establish what the limits are.

Venus’ easy aspects to the North and South Nodes suggest that what’s happening at home is part of a larger issue around improving your daily routine or health. An issue from the past (even if it’s a dream or secret) can be confidently developed into something that actually works in your daily lie. The key will be support from family members, or careful selection of domestic options.

Mercury in your sector of personal resources makes an awkward inconjunct to Jupiter Rx, and there is a caution here about making unwise decisions regarding money. Before you rush ahead with the big plan, or or invest in the future, make sure you have all the details nailed down. Insecurity about missing out can result in poorly-timed decisions that end up costing you. The Sun in your communication sector opposes Jupiter Rx, pointing to a favourable announcement or result involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing. Your shift in perspective in one of these areas will have led to this conclusion.

Overview

Venus in Gemini Dances with Chiron and Juno

On April 24th, Venus enters Gemini. Relationship, money and self-esteem issues become lighter, quicker and a bit more complicated. There are always more layers with Gemini – keeping an open mind and having a Plan B is essential. This is a communicative sign, so questions and discussions are the keys to attraction.

Venus makes a harmonious sextile with Chiron in Aries (on April 24th). Juno (partnership agreements) enters Aries on April 28th and conjoins Chiron on April 29th, suggesting new (Aries) partnership issues that trigger wounds. There may be pain/insecurity about fidelity, freedom or assertiveness, and how the written/unwritten understanding between two people encompasses this. A new partnership can also trigger healing, but the painful stuff will have to be confronted, first.

Although Venus will be moving away from Chiron when Juno joins the party, I’ve interpreted the sextile to include Juno. So we have Venus in Gemini to the rescue – wit, charm and a light touch can smooth any rough edges, and assuage hurt feelings. This is not about making a mockery of the situation, but there will be a benefit to adaptation– staying open to more than one option and shifting your approach to maintain harmony.

The Final Mercury/Saturn Square

On April 25th, Mercury in Aries makes its third and final square to Saturn. Mercury first squared Saturn on March 11th, then again (when Mercury was Rx) on April 4th. Now, with Saturn Rx, the final square will confront you with the same frustration, block or argument that’s been limiting your words or decisions. But this is the final square, so you can walk away from this. However, it’s not wise to ignore Saturn’s limits – there is a responsibility or rule that you must obey. The limits are meant to focus your attention on what must be communicated. In some cases, this final square could mark your delivery of work, proof or a pressing answer.

Mars Conjunct Pluto

Mars conjoins Pluto on April 26th, at 21 degrees Capricorn. This aspect unites unconscious impulses and the desire for power with external action and/or anger (Mars). It can be destructive if you’re not aware of what’s driving your actions (for example, repressed anger or violence erupts). It can also be transformative and successful, if you focus your energy in a healthy direction. Capricorn can help with the focus, if you play by the rules even as you surreptitiously change a few parameters or goals. You can accomplish so much with this one, and the changes will be permanent. Mars/Pluto usually involves an active purge, and the “death” leads to a rebirth.

This is a new chapter, and we can map the cycle back to October 19th, 2016 (the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction at 15 degrees Capricorn). What’s happened in the Capricorn area of your chart, between October 2016 and now?

Full Moon in Scorpio

The April 29th Full Moon (9 deg Scorpio) squares the South Node in Aquarius and the North Node in Leo, which conjoins Ceres (nurturing, loss) in Leo on April 30th. A square to the Nodes is a sticky issue that must be resolved before you can progress from the South Node (the past) to the North Node (the future).

On the path from alienation/rebellion/detachment (Aquarius) towards pride/power/caring what others think (Leo) there will be an insatiable need or compulsion (Scorpio). Something you really crave, or want to control/possess. Ceres/North Node (the third and final conjunction) is about nurturing what you’re bringing into the light. It’s time to show that you really care, that you want this. But a Scorpio Moon square Ceres means needs and compulsions can be overwhelming. There may be profound fears about loss, or the compulsive need to cling to something/someone -Scorpio demands more, and a hard Moon/Ceres aspect brings up mother issues.

Before you can create/nurture something in the light, you’ll have to deal with the intense need that’s crouched in the shadow. Don’t get derailed by this. Note that this final conjunction between Ceres and the North Node is a conclusion to what’s been brewing since December 2nd, 2017 (the first conjunction). As described in an earlier post:

“Ceres/North Node is the moment when that special creation or area of confidence/joy can open a door to the future. Maybe you’ve nurtured a project/purpose to the point where you can see the next stage of its growth. Here’s the opportunity to take it further – take it into the spotlight, where you’ve always known it should be. This is the first of three conjunctions: on January 16th, 2018 and April 30th, 2018 you’ll also have an opportunity to spotlight what you’ve been nurturing.”

This conclusion will be coloured by the Scorpio Full Moon.

The Taurus Sun (ruler of the Leo North Node) will make a supportive trine to Saturn Rx – attend to your responsibilities, follow the plan (even if it’s being reviewed due to the Rx) and approach the whole deal with patience. You can stabilize or confirm what you’re trying to create.

Aries

Venus into your communication sector harmonizes with Chiron and Juno, newly into your sign. Juno/Chiron suggests a weakness in an agreement, although this may only be your fear of aligning yourself with someone. You may have to face challenges around partnerships versus independence. But Venus can help, as she encourages verbal or written compromises and harmonious communication. “Compromise”may not be a word that appeals to you, but try listening to what’s being offered. Or, make some flexible suggestions of your own, offering a couple of options to work with. Excellent for forging new agreements that you feel doubtful about, or for patching up a troublesome relationship.

Mercury in your sign makes its third and final square to Saturn, indicating the completion of an ongoing frustration with rules/authority, in the areas of career and future goals. An official document, offer or demand will still involve pressure, but you can turn a corner by accepting the terms or delivering the required proof. Mars/Pluto in your career sector suggests that part of this will involve a forceful expression of power/domination, or an ambitious push that permanently transforms your future prospects. Events may be connected to the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction, on Oct 19th, 2016.

The Full Moon in your sector of shared resources can bring a conclusion involving debts, taxes, loans, psychological issues, your partner’s finances or intimacy. Deep hungers can be stirred up, and you may discover that you wanted something far more than you realized. Your ultimate goal is to create something that makes you proud and helps you shine. Consider how underlying symptoms of control, fear of loss or jealousy are playing into this – don’t allow yourself to be dragged down by shadow issues. The Sun’s trine to Saturn Rx in your career sector offers a stabilizing reality check and reassuring confirmation around career and finances – look closely at what you already have, and consider how you can make the most of it with a mature approach to certain responsibilities.

Taurus

Venus in your sector of personal resources harmonizes with Chiron and Juno in your hidden sector. Juno/Chiron suggests unacknowledged or secret vulnerabilities in an agreement or partnership, which may be secret itself. It’s difficult to deal with issues in your blindspot, or when you don’t have all the information, but Venus suggests you have multiple strategies at your disposal. Keep it light, and be open to different options concerning money or basic wants.

Mercury in your hidden sector makes its third and final square to Saturn, confronting you once more with a hard reality check involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing. But this time, even if the undefined idea or dream is limited, you can move on from this issue knowing that the facts in front of you are final. And these limits may help you make something real, further down the road. Mars/Pluto in your opportunities sector connects to this with a radical and deeply transformative push forward, into the unknown. A legal issue could be involved, or you may be challenged to fight for something you believe in. The use of power (or corrupt power) in the bigger picture could be an issue. Mars/Pluto can be associated with destructive force, so use care if travelling. Events may be connected to the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction, on Oct 19th, 2016.

The Full Moon in your partnership sector suggests an intense conclusion involving a relationship, and the future of your home/family (children could be involved). The path forward consists of nurturing and growing a home/family life that brings you pride, but there may be some relationship issues to deal with, first. Consider how the balance of power between you and another is playing out – does one person want more, or are they unwilling to compromise/let go? Saturn Rx’s trine to the Sun in your sign offers assistance in the form of long-range plans – these plans may be reworked or revisited, but you’re confirming your next steps and cementing a goal.

Gemini

Venus in your sign harmonizes with Chiron and Juno in your social sector. Newly emerging, public doubts or sensitivities regarding a partnership or social agreement can be expertly handled by you. Not only does Venus give you extra charm, your social skills will be at a peak, as you’re able to juggle multiple situations with grace and intelligence. Excellent for addressing public embarrassments or awkward situations. Too, these influences can be about healing and adressing wounds in larger, social context.

However, Mercury in your social sector makes its third and final square to Saturn, so you’ll still be dealing with difficulties involving debts, taxes, your partner’s finances, intimacy or hidden psychological issues around control. What’s private will define public statements, but at this point, you may be able to break through a barrier or move on from a frustration. Mars/Pluto in your sector of shared resources connects to this with profound beginnings or efforts that signal a deep shift in your approach to money, intimacy or power/powerlessness. Events can range from buried trauma being unearthed to your discovery of reservoirs of power and resilience.  Events may be connected to the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction, on Oct 19th, 2016.

The Full Moon in your sector of routine can hi-light results involving health, work tasks, daily routines or obligations. Something hidden or unacknowledged may come out, and you could be dealing with overpowered attempts to fix or correct. Something does need to be corrected, but consider if the request (or demand) you’re dealing with is too much. Ultimately, your goal is to go public with your ideas, or nurture a narrative/contract/agreement that makes you proud. Saturn Rx’s trine to the Sun in your hidden sector offers background stability – you can rely on what’s unseen/unspoken.

Cancer

Venus in your hidden sector harmonizes with Juno and Chiron in your career sector. A professional relationship or business agreement can break new ground – there may be something unusual about it, or something that triggers your vulnerabilities about success and ambition. Tune into your intuitive sense that you’re on the right track with this, or pay attention to less obvious indications of help, support or harmony.

Mercury in your career sector makes its third and final square to Saturn Rx in your partnership sector, as you once again deal with challenges involving lack of compromise, rigid partnership rules or competition that restricts what you can write/say in a professional context. However, this should be the conclusion, and you can walk away with a clear understanding of where things stand. Mars/Pluto in your partnership sector connects to this, via a massive change involving a partner or competitor, as they demonstrate new power, aggression or the desire to overhaul their life. This could be a whole new relationship, as unconscious issues are given form. Consider if some of what is being expressed is actually your projected anger, initiative or desire for change. Events may be connected to the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction, on Oct 19th, 2016.

The Full Moon in your sector of self-expression suggests an intense culmination of creativity, desire (for romance, attention or satisfaction) or open expression. This will involve a push for greater independence and financial/emotional security. But in order to make the leap from dependence to self-sufficiency and pride, you’ll have to watch that you don’t get tripped up by overindulgence or possessiveness. There may be a temptation to grab onto something or someone. Saturn Rx’s trine to the Sun in your social sector is a reminder that relationship solidification and commitment can be part of this, as long as you respect boundaries and mutual independence. Step back and look at the bigger picture, rather than focusing exclusively on what you’re afraid you’re going to lose (you actually have everything to gain).

Leo

Venus in your social sector harmonizes with Juno and Chiron in your sector of opportunities. An agreement/partnership involving travel, education, legal matters, publishing or beliefs may stir up some sensitive issues, but you’ve got public or group support on your side. Good for drawing attention to a cause, or negotiating legal dilemmas in a relationship (keep things light and flexible, aim for more than one option). There may be something groundbreaking about this agreement, as you and another head into unexplored territory.

However, Mercury in your opportunities sector makes its third and final square to to Saturn Rx in your sector of routine, so you’ll still be dealing with frustrating rules involving health, obligations or work. At this point you should arrive at a solution, even if it’s not the ideal one. At the very least, you can close this chapter and move on. Mars/Pluto in your sector of routine connects to this with a major transformation or initiative – there could be a massive push for improvement, an overhaul of your daily life, an operation or other medical event. Mars/Pluto indicates permanent, physical changes with the goal of making things better. Events may be connected to the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction, on Oct 19th, 2016.

The Full Moon in your domestic sector squares Ceres and the North Node in your sign, putting you on notice that domestic results/endings must be navigated before you can achieve the success and recognition that you’re seeking. Issues involving neediness, childhood nurturing (or lack of it) and pronounced emotional sensitivity can be stirred up – a cycle may be ripe for completion, as you leave something behind and focus on the future. The Sun in your career sector trines Saturn Rx, reminding you that a mature, focused approach to daily work and responsibilities (take care of the basics and do what needs to be done) will build the rungs on the ladder that you can climb up.

Virgo

Venus in your career sector harmonizes with Juno and Chiron in your sector of shared resources. The agreements that you make behind the scenes or in intimate moments can feature a mix of pain and vulnerability. A partnership can open up fresh wounds involving dependency and helplessness. Or, a partner might be the key to your healing on a deep level. Venus allows you to approach this heavy subject matter with a light touch, while also keeping your future options open. Trusting someone may be the key to career success – strategic relationships on the surface, with more profound connections underneath.

However, Mercury in your sector of shared resources makes its third and final square to Saturn Rx in your sector of self-expression. One issue involving shared finances, intimacy or boundaries will be discussed again, and the same restrictions will be confronted.  You may not be able to change the reality of what you can’t have, or where you can’t go, but you can move forward with a clear sense of what the parameters are. This aspect can also suggest a breakthrough as you finally unearth or confront a difficult truth. Mars/Pluto in your sector of self-expression connects to this via a surge of confidence, or a display of power as you go after what you want.

Dating from the previous conjunction (Oct 19th, 2016) Mars/Pluto can deliver a stellar or brutal result, depending on what you’ve done with this energy over the past couple of years. You may have pushed something far past the limit (this can include romantic pursuit, partying or risk taking) or you may have focused that energy on creating something that reflects your emerging desires and talents.

The Full Moon in your communication sector can hi-light an intense conversation, decision or answer. Part of the issue will involve your efforts to achieve an ultimate goal, or liberate yourself from old habits, routines or obligations. Hidden fears of loss can influence your answer or decision, even though part of your task is to allow certain things to unfold. Don’t get tripped up by what you haven’t fully acknowledged. The Sun in your sector of opportunities trines Saturn Rx, which can help you make your future goals a reality. Focus on what you know you have to do, in order to manifest that dream. There’s a responsibility or rule you have to abide by – just do the work rather than worrying about what you don’t have full control over.

Libra

Venus in your sector of opportunities harmonizes with Chiron and Juno in your partnership sector. A new relationship agreement, or a new relationship, can stir up painful issues involving fidelity, promises or trust. Consider the bigger picture, and the fact that you have more choices than you think. You’re not locked in, and neither is your partner.

Mercury in your partnership sector makes its third and final square to Saturn Rx in your domestic sector, confronting you (one last time) with disagreements about domestic responsibilities or family pressure. This may be one issue where you and a partner have to agree to disagree, because no one will be completely satisfied with the outcome. At the same time, make sure you honour your boundaries, and don’t agree to something that undermines you. Mars/Pluto in your domestic sector connects to this via a profound change that excavates the past and brings it into the present. A relocation, domestic confrontation or home construction project (literal or metaphorical) will herald a new chapter. Events may be connected to the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction, on Oct 19th, 2016.

The Full Moon in your sector of personal resources suggests a culmination involving ownership, earned money or emotional security. There may be something you feel you must have, or must hang onto. Ultimately, your goal is to move beyond subjective wants and view this issue more objectively. This will allow you to present your talents/creations to the public, while nurturing social connections that put you in the spotlight. But you must be willing to loosen your grip, first. The Sun in your sector of shared resources trines Saturn Rx, helping you stabilize domestic finances and build a firm foundation based on who you trust, or your adherence to domestic obligations. Stay focused on your current obligations, and the rest should fall into place.

Scorpio

Venus in your sector of shared resources harmonizes with Chiron and Juno in your sector of routine. Agreements about an obligation, work task or health issue may be unbalanced, or may emphasize a weakness/error/area where you’re unprepared. But Venus suggests you can make some favourable compromises, or uncover some hidden benefits, if you tune into what’s going on beneath the surface. Shared finances, intimacy or psychological issues (counselling) may be areas that trigger healing and acceptance. Your ability to trust will be important, as will your ability to work with more than one option. There may be multiple approaches that aren’t obvious at first.

However, Mercury in your sector of routine makes its third and final square to Saturn in your communication sector.  One error, diagnosis or area that needs improvement can still be a source of pressure, as you attempt to work within the rules or respond to strict demands. At this point, the task should be almost completed, or you may have arrived at an answer/correction. Mars/Pluto in your communication sector connects to this via a forceful conversation or deep discovery that blows away previous ideas. You may get your point across with power, or someone may challenge your views and you have to respond with aggression. Proceed carefully, because the written or spoken word can be damaging if not handled carefully. Events may be connected to the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction, on Oct 19th, 2016.

The Full Moon in your sign can bring a career or relationship culmination. Your drive for success in the personal or professional sphere will be powered up by a hunger for achievement. That hunger can motivate you to progress to where you want to be, or it can trigger obsessive behaviour that derails you. You’ve got a goal in mind, and it involves nurturing your future, but be wary of feelings that something “must” happen, no matter what. Once you get into all- or- nothing territory, you can alienate the people you’re trying to align yourself with. The Sun in your partnership sector trines Saturn Rx, reminding you that slow and steady is the best approach. A relationship commitment looks likely (or at least you’ll have someone on your side, officially) as long as you abide by certain rules.

Sagittarius

Venus in your partnership sector harmonizes with Juno/Chiron in your sector of self-expression. A new attraction or agreement involving creative work, performance or children can stir up sensitive issues including fear of failure and lack of confidence. You may question if you have what it takes, but Venus suggests a special someone either believes in you, or is willing to take what you’re offering, flaws and all. In some cases, there may be multiple attractions that ease your fears of rejection.

However, Mercury in your sector of self-expression makes its third and final square to Saturn in your sector of personal resources. So you’ll be revisiting issues around not having enough (money, attention, security). There’s still an area where you’ll have to provide for yourself (or accept certain limitations) but you can move on from this knowing that you’re stronger because of the challenge. Mars/Pluto in your sector of personal resources connects to this via an acceleration of ambition or a confrontation that challenges you to stand up for yourself and use the resources at your disposal.  Events may be connected to the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction, on Oct 19th, 2016.

The Full Moon in your hidden sector can illuminate a secret or unacknowledged issue. How you handle this will be crucial to your progress, as you attempt to make something public, travel, explore or stretch your boundaries. Watch for unconscious fears of loss – these can trip you up as they trigger habits that undermine you. The Sun in your sector of routine trines Saturn Rx, reminding you that one of the keys to success involves your disciplined adherence to a plan, involving finances, health or work habits. Certain limits may be more pronounced now, but they can actually stabilize you.

Capricorn

Venus in your sector of routine harmonizes with Chiron/Juno in your domestic sector.  A domestic partnership, or agreement involving home, family, a home business or relocation can trigger vulnerabilities that are rooted in the past. Fortunately, Venus says there’s more than one solution. And, you may have assistance where you need it most.

However, Mercury in your domestic sector makes its third and final square to Saturn Rx in your sign, pinpointing a key area of tension or disagreement at home. As much as you’ve tried to control the outcome, you may have to rethink certain plans. Mars/Pluto in your sign connects to this via a permanent and transformative action on your part. It may be time to walk away from what’s dying, or push forward with a renewed sense of power and urgency. Too, there could be a physical challenge that puts you in a whole new playing field. This is a massively powerful aspect – focus this energy on something that empowers you without damaging others. Events may be connected to the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction, on Oct 19th, 2016.

The Full Moon in your social sector suggests public results involving friends, groups or your connection to the collective. However, a private desire for intimacy, control or abundance can trigger needy/grasping behaviour. Too, fears of loss that haven’t been confronted can trigger some possessive behaviour. Remain conscious of what’s driving you, accept that you can’t control everything, and allow yourself to trust/merge your resources.

Aquarius

Venus in your sector of self-expression harmonizes with Juno/Chiron in your communication sector. An agreement (verbal or written) or partnership discussion may involve some very sensitive issues that have recently emerged. By keeping it light (and a bit playful) you can diffuse the tension and enable further discussion. This does not mean that you should make a joke about it, but try to focus on the upside (yes, there is one) and consider how a bit of charm can make things easier.

However, Mercury in your communication sector makes its third and final square to Saturn in your hidden sector, so you will be revisiting a behind-the-scenes block or limit. What can’t be openly discussed may restrict what you can say in general, or perhaps an unacknowledged sense of guilt/responsibility is weighing on you. The good news is you’re about to turn a corner on this. Mars/Pluto in your hidden sector connects to this via a hidden but profound shift in energy. Actions behind the scenes, or a private change of pace, can set you on a whole new track. Too, secret corruption/manipulation can become an issue. Events may be connected to the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction, on Oct 19th, 2016.

The Full Moon in your career sector delivers results involving your future goals, success or professional image. There may be a compulsion to strive for more, or grab at an opportunity because you’re feeling insecure. Don’t let fear of loss dominate the proceedings. Your ultimate goal is to learn how to relate, balance and partner (perhaps with someone specific). It’s not just about you anymore. The Sun in your domestic sector trines Saturn Rx, suggesting that developments can lead to domestic and/or family stability. A hidden duty, rule or goal can ground you, as long as you don’t allow fear/guilt to control you.

Pisces

Venus in your domestic sector harmonizes with Juno and Chiron in your sector of personal resources. A financial agreement or relationship issue can trigger insecurity and feelings of lack. Venus suggests there’s support and options nearby, in the form of family, a domestic partner or a home business.

However, Mercury in your sector of personal resources makes its third and final square to Saturn in your social sector, hi-lighting an area of tension involving money or personal values. You probably won’t get everything you’re asking for, as you’re challenged by external rules or someone’s disapproval. Fortunately, you won’t have to deal with this particular issue any longer, even if the results aren’t completely to your liking.  Mars/Pluto in your social sector connects to this via aggressive and/or transformative actions involving a friend, group association or your public image. A challenge can have profound repercussions – watch out for potentially destructive power plays. On the plus side, this aspect can signal your intensified initiative to make lasting changes on a public level. What you do will resonate. Events may be connected to the previous Mars/Pluto conjunction, on Oct 19th, 2016.

The Full Moon in your sector of opportunities suggests results in the areas of travel, education, legal matters, publishing or beliefs. The desire to correct or improve  can push you towards the extreme end of the spectrum (fanaticism), especially if this involves faith, or something you believe in very strongly. Your highest goal is to bring something hidden/undeveloped out into the real world, while nurturing yourself and/or others in a way that increases pride and accomplishment. Don’t get sidetracked by issues that don’t directly involve you. The Sun in your communication sector trines Saturn Rx in your social sector, suggesting your words/ideas will be well received by others, as long as you deliver the message with patience and control.

Overview

April 17th is a huge day.

Jupiter Rx in Scorpio will oppose Venus in Taurus, which will also trine Pluto in Capricorn. There’s good stuff here- Jupiter expands what you want (Venus) in visible ways, while Pluto adds significance and staying power. But the key to real success will be what you did with the April 14th Jupiter/Pluto sextile. And, note that Jupiter is retrograde, which means concentrating, refining and shifting perspective on what you’ve been expanding. Depth rather than breadth. Concentrate, question and focus – that’s how you’ll get the most out of this.

Also on April 17th, Wounded Healer Chiron exits Pisces for Aries. I’ll write a more detailed post on this, but for now know that this transit mixes weakness with strength, and courage with wounds. Confronting a vulnerability directly, or boldly going first, even when you know it’s going to hurt. Being brave when you feel weak, and using your weakness as a source of strength. Chiron can reveal what’s unique and magnetic, but courage is needed o make this happen. Chiron will temporarily return to Pisces from September 25th, 2018 to February 18th, 2019.

And again…on April 17th, Saturn stations Rx in Capricorn. A review of the rules/plans, or a temporary cessation of responsibilities will be connected with Chiron’s Aries ingress. So mark April 17th on your calendar, and prepare for a shift on multiple levels.

Pluto also stations Rx in Capricorn on April 22nd, which can concentrate the pace of transformation on one area (digging deeper) or put the transformations on hold. Things in the Capricorn area of your chart will slow down – there may be a stubborn block or fear that requires your extra effort. Or, maybe it’s time for a rest.

On April 18th, the Sun conjoins Uranus in Aries, carrying the April 15th New Moon/Uranus conjunction forward. There may be one more surprise, disruption or break from the past. Also, Uranus rules the South Node and the Sun rules the North Node, so the disruption will enable a fusion of past and future. This means progress. The Sun enters Taurus on April 19th, suggesting that the shock/surprise of Sun/Uranus will give way to immediate concerns about comfort, security and survival. Stability after the change.

On January 12th 2020, Saturn will conjoin Pluto at 22 degrees Capricorn. This will be the start of a new cycle involving authority and power – a deconstruction for some, and an official confirmation for others. For added interest, the Sun, Mercury and Ceres will be nearby. Wondering how this might impact you? Check out my downloadable PDF for a description of these influences by natal house.

Aries

Jupiter and Pluto’s aspects to Venus in your sector of personal resources can suggest a financial and professional coup. Much will depend on what you’re doing with the Jupiter/Pluto sextile, from last week’s horoscopes:

“ The Jupiter/Pluto sextile suggests that success (in the form of career and financial growth) is possible if you tune into deeper areas of transformation. Surface issues involving status or domination are only part of the picture – consider what’s going on behind the scenes. You can become stronger if you work on sharing your resources, accepting help, and pushing past buried control issues.”

You can make gains on one level, in the guise of a financial bonus. But if you take it deeper and really consider what Jupiter Rx is asking you to re-evaluate, regarding debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or psychological growth/resources, you could end up with a career development that pays you more, on a financial and emotional level. The deeper you go, the more you’ll get.

Chiron’s move into your sign will hi-light your vulnerabilities and fighting spirit. You’ll be given a unique opportunity to test yourself as you’re pushed to defend, protect or stand up for what’s vital, even as insecurities or weaknesses are activated. Chiron in your sign will also mark you out as a true pioneer, guiding and inspiring others by example. Get ready to blaze new paths – some will follow, others will point the finger and try to blame you for what’s going wrong. You love a challenge, right?

Saturn’s Rx in your career sector suggests that part of Chiron’s developments will involve certain goals being put on hold, or the questioning of rules and regulations. Authority (yours or theirs) may undergo a process of examination. Pluto Rx in your career sector can see a shift in power dynamics, or a delay in ongoing career transformations. In some cases, you may intensify your efforts to succeed or evolve, but Pluto Rx can also be about digging deeper to expose corruption in your professional environment.

Sun/Uranus in your sign continues developments from the April 15th New Moon, emphasizing the interplay between group dynamics and your drive to stand out. This could be the moment you grab attention for something you’ve been creating. Or, you may be shocked by the public response to something you’ve done. As the Sun moves into your sector of personal resources, you’ll be looking at how you can grow your creation into something long-lasting and lucrative, or how you can stabilize yourself if Sun/Uranus (and the New Moon) disrupted things.

Taurus

Jupiter Rx and Pluto’s aspects to Venus in your sign can pinpoint a reward, regarding a relationship, future goal or area of new expansion/exploration. There can also be some projection between you and your partner, as you each look to the other as the key to hope and happiness. Expectations (and the desire to give) can be exaggerated, and this can be harmless and sweet as long as the eventual reality isn’t too far below what you were hoping for. Consider how you’ve been handling the Jupiter/Pluto sextile, from last week’s horoscopes:

“The Jupiter/Pluto sextile can signal smooth progress in a relationship, if you allow for mutual growth and balanced expectations. Success in the areas of travel, education, legal matters, publishing or exploration is possible via a helpful partner (business or romantic) who supports your big-picture changes and future goals. Just don’t get derailed by what you’re ignoring or avoiding.”

Jupiter Rx is urging you to channel your relationship hopes and visions into one area, and then look deeper – go beneath the surface and consider the true dynamics of the partnership. This will make you uncomfortable, but that’s where the rewards are.

Chiron’s move into your hidden sector can be a relief on one level, as group or public sore spots are finally put to rest (although Chiron will temporarily return to your social sector in September). Chiron may be easy to ignore in your hidden sector, but any secret or unacknowledged wounds can also be activated. Nonetheless, these should be private, rather than public.

Saturn’s Rx in your sector of opportunities connects Chiron’s move to delays around travel, education, legal matters or publishing. Rules may be revised, and the limits that have been laid down about how far you can go may shift. Pluto Rx in this sector can slow the tide of transformation in the areas of travel, education, legal matters, publishing or faith. An ongoing search for new truths, or new territory/wisdom, may intensify in one area, or temporarily stop as you consider what you’ve learned so far. In some cases, laws may be re-evaluated as corruption is exposed.

Sun/Uranus in your hidden sector continues developments from the April 15th New Moon, as past and future, career and personal life reach a turning point. This could be a sudden but secret exposure of a domestic issue, or realization about your domestic goals.  As the Sun moves into your sign, you’ll be jolted into action, perhaps taking something public.

Gemini

Jupiter Rx and Pluto’s aspects to Venus in your hidden sector can amplify a background desire, attraction or potential. Hidden benefits can come to light, especially involving shared finances, intimacy or your personal ability to heal and regenerate.

Your approach to the Jupiter/Pluto sextile from last week’s horoscopes is important:

“…the Jupiter/Pluto sextile suggests an area of improvement or change (regarding daily routine, work tasks, co-workers or health) will be empowered by your ability to make use of hidden resources, shared finances or a behind-the-scenes connections. This favours self-improvement and a stronger psychological foundation. However, the key to success will be your willingness to confront deeper fears, control issues or unpleasant topics that you’ve been avoiding. You can make these things work for you, if you use the opportunity to transform yourself on a deep level and in your daily life.”

Jupiter Rx is a call to reprioritize work tasks or health issues, so you focus on what’s most important. This area is ripe for improvement and success.

Chiron’s move into your social sector can hi-light insecurities around friendships or your connection to the public. You may feel exposed, as you’re challenged to work through embarrassing issues or vulnerabilities in front of others. Too, a friendship or acquaintance can be the trigger. However, Chiron can also ignite your desire to fight for others who need your help, or identify you as someone with special skills that others can turn to. Watch for a key person to appear in the guise of a teacher, healer or guide.

Saturn Rx in your sector of shared resources connects Chiron’s developments with a re-evaluation of financial and emotional boundaries and rules. Meanwhile, Pluto Rx in this sector can push you to dig even deeper, regarding shared finances, intimacy or psychological issues. While you may think you’ve hit bottom, or peered as far as you can into an uncomfortable issue, Pluto Rx says that further transformation is on hold until you realize that there’s more to uncover or purge.

Sun/Uranus in your social sector continues developments from the April 15th New Moon. There could be a very public about -face or sudden development that surprises everyone. Putting your ideals into words or making your voice public will be themes, although the Sun’s move into your hidden sector suggests you may pull back (to evaluate) after the initial reveal.

Cancer

Jupiter Rx and Pluto’s aspects to Venus in your social sector can up the intensity of a relationship, or signal the turning point from attraction to relationship. Too, a public performance, celebration or display of something you’ve created can make a large and lucrative impact. Consider what the Jupiter/Pluto sextile, from last week’s horoscopes. brought you:

“…the Jupiter/Pluto sextile indicates that… a partnership (or even a rivalry) can move in the right direction. Something about this one-on-one connection is undergoing a profound transformation – if you accept that change, your role in it, and then approach events from a place of optimism rather than fear, you can gain recognition while feeling more empowered to simply be yourself. The other person may be a key to your professional and creative success.”

Jupiter Rx is encouraging you to focus on one specific thing you’re trying to create, or one aspect of your drive for attention/appreciation. Rather than reaching for more, concentrate on what you’ve developed so far, and take that as far as it will go.

Chiron’s move into your career sector can bring up insecurities about success, competition or making a name for yourself in your professional field. You may encounter situations where you’re unprepared, unmotivated or ready to quit. These are the moments when you’ll be challenged to fight for what you want to happen. Do you want to get ahead, become independent or compete like you’re a force to be reckoned with? Chiron is asking you to use those insecurities as motivation. In the process, you can be noticed for something unique that contributes to your success.

Saturn Rx in your partnership sector connects Chiron’s move to a shift in a relationship (romantic, business, or competitor). Rules, commitments or future goals will be questioned and re-evaluated, while Pluto Rx can intensify an ongoing transformation by concentrating events on one issue – an issue from the past may need some serious work before it can be released. This can include a past relationship, or your identity as a partner/competitor.

Sun/Uranus in your career sector continues developments from the April 15th New Moon. A crazy/innovative new idea, a sudden change in your professional status or a burst of inspiration can set you on a fresh track. Rather than resist what’s happening, know that this is part of the move towards your increased financial and emotional security. You may be pushed to do something that no one else is doing – this could be your chance to blaze a new trail. As the Sun enters your social sector, you’ll be able to evaluate the impact this change will have on your relationship with the public.

Leo

Jupiter Rx and Pluto’s aspects to Venus in your career sector can bring a win, professionally or personally. Recognition for your work, a lucrative promotion or personal event that enhances your status are possibilities. Much will depend on how you handled the Jupiter/Pluto sextile, from last week’s horoscopes:

“Routines, work tasks or medical challenges can be addressed via the Jupiter/Pluto sextile – steady growth, rather than an exaggerated rush that sees you taking on more than you can handle. Expansion at home/with family can be empowered by your careful attention to certain obligations or a pressing lifestyle change.”

Jupiter Rx in your domestic sector is drawing your attention to a particular home or family issue. Put the expansion on hold and attend to what’s already been added to your home environment.

Chiron’s move into your sector of opportunities can trigger a painful issue, or remind you of a vulnerability, involving travel, education, legal matters, publishing or faith. Fear of the unknown could be activated, along with the need to stride forward into unknown territory. This is a pioneering influence, with all the risks and doubts that go along with it. But part of your journey consists of a necessary confrontation with what you fear, or where you feel vulnerable. Chiron is a teaching archetype (once the wound has been confronted) so this could be about your new path as a teacher, or your introduction to a teacher who lights a fire within you.

Saturn Rx in your sector of routine will connect to the above, via a pause in a health issue, health regime, work routine or obligation. Existing responsibilities are up for a second look. Or, if you’ve been avoiding what needs to be done, certain responsibilities will become unavoidable. Pluto Rx in this sector can pinpoint an area that needs intensified cleansing, healing or improvement. You may need to tighten up certain efforts, while ridding yourself of stubborn habits. Too, this could be about removing certain responsibilities that just aren’t yours to take on.

Sun/Uranus in your opportunities sector continues developments from the April 15th New Moon. It also unites the ruler of the North Node in your sign, with the ruler of the South Node in your partnership sector. There may be a wild breakthrough – a completely unforeseen development that flips a situation on its head, or opens a door into brand new territory that you didn’t even know existed. This will involve a major shift in how you relate to others, in a one-on-one capacity. It can be about taking pride in who you are in relationships, or declaring your special purpose, even if it sets you apart and not everyone loves you. In some cases, a new relationship can open your eyes to amazing new possibilities. As the Sun enters your career sector, you’ll see how these new possibilities can be made real, and how they’ll impact your future.

Virgo

Jupiter Rx and Pluto’s aspects to Venus in your sector of opportunities suggests success  in the areas of travel, education, long-distance romance, legal matters or publishing. What you receive will be in direct proportion to how far you’ve stepped outside your comfort zone. There could be some very good news, or favourable results from something you’ve learned or announced. Consider how you’ve been handling the Jupiter/Pluto sextile, from last week’s horoscopes:

“But the Jupiter/Pluto sextile suggests you can achieve a favourable outcome, if you follow the prompts that have been urging you to radically transform your approach to creative efforts, self-expression or new romance. Optimistic ideas and big plans can power you forward, but you’ll have to step away from how you used to approach these things and get serious about what you’re trying to manifest. This aspect can help you shine and impress, or it may simply indicate a moment of celebration.”

Jupiter Rx in your communication sector is about focusing on one area of knowledge, or one expansive idea. For the moment, pause in your gathering of information and consider applying what you’ve learned. Or, you may need to look more deeply into something, thereby discovering a reward.

Chiron’s move into your sector of shared resources can see you confronting some deep wounds regarding intimacy, lack of control, or shared finances. Being dependent on someone, or dealing with issues of violation, addiction or buried fears can make you feel vulnerable, but this transit is about accessing deep initiative, via those wounds. At the same time, you can begin the process of healing on a core level, which will unearth new and unshakable sources of courage. Your approach to intimacy, sharing and trust can be completely transformed.

Saturn Rx in your sector of self-expression connects to Chiron’s move via a pause and reconsideration of what makes you special, and how much work you’re willing to put into something you really want. Attraction, creativity or making the most of your special talent is serious business for you right now, and the weight of responsibility (or the challenges in the way of success) can feel overwhelming. Yes, it’s slow going, and it’s going to be even slower for awhile. Pluto Rx in this sector will add to the intensity, pushing you to concentrate on one issue, or one aspect of the issue that may be stubbornly resisting transformation. Maybe you haven’t been taking your potential seriously enough.

Sun/Uranus in your sector of shared resources continues developments from the April 15th New Moon. Watch for a profound realization, or flash of clarity. This may be delivered via a surprise that rattles you on a financial or emotional level, but here are the seeds for something new and liberating. As you’re shaken out of complacency or denial, you’ll also see an opportunity to realize an ultimate dream, and break away from any habits/routines (health or work) that have been undermining you. As the Sun enters your sector of opportunities, you’ll be able to take what’s been revealed and apply it to the bigger picture – take it further and broaden your reach.

Libra

Jupiter Rx and Pluto’s aspects to Venus in your sector of shared resources suggests favourable results in the areas of debts, taxes, home finances or intimacy. There can be more of what you share with another, or perhaps some financial assistance. Consider how you’ve been handling the Jupiter/Pluto sextile from last week’s horoscopes:

“The Jupiter/Pluto sextile hints at growth and security for you, regarding finances and domestic matters, but this will require your careful re-evaluation of what you spend or earn. Refining your priorities regarding what you own/earn can support ongoing domestic transformations, and your ability to make the necessary changes to your home environment can empower your security. This favours home finances, a relocation, home improvements or a home business.”

Jupiter Rx in your sector of personal resources is about making the most of what you already have (rather than racing for more) or carefully examining current expenses/spending habits. This can reveal hidden resources and benefits, including more love with your partner.

Chiron’s move into your partnership sector can reveal doubts and vulnerabilities involving all one-on-one connections. This includes what you project onto others, and who you attract. This transit is your call to address issues of co-dependence and passivity in your relationships- you may encounter people who push you to stand up for yourself and become more direct in expressing your wants and needs. An existing partnership may have issues of healing emphasized, via one partner’s increased weakness. This transit can also bring a partner (or competitor) who acts as a teacher.

Saturn Rx in your domestic sector connects to Chiron’s transit as family and domestic rules/responsibilities are paused or re-worked. One particular limit or obligation may become heavier – treat this as a way of focusing your attention on what’s most essential. Plans for renovation or relocation may be delayed. Pluto Rx in this sector digs deeper into issues from the past (family history, your history) in order to get to the heart of what needs to be purged and transformed.

Sun/Uranus in your partnership sector continues developments from the April 15th New Moon. A relationship can abruptly turn a corner, or a new relationship can accelerate unexpectedly. Personal goals can meet social issues here, and it’s possible that a partnership issue could go public. As the Sun enters your sector of shared resources, you’ll be focusing on what’s behind the surface events. Intimacy and shared resources (as well as deeper psychological issues) will become important.

Scorpio

Jupiter Rx (in your sign) and Pluto’s aspects to Venus in your partnership sector suggest favourable messages, agreements or developments in a relationship. Solid manifestations of love, cooperation and attraction are possible, but much depends on what you’ve been doing with the Jupiter/Pluto sextile, from last week’s horoscopes:

“…the Jupiter/Pluto sextile suggests you’re on the right track. Pull back a bit and focus on one area of expansion (a new project or personal goal). Something there needs to be adjusted (or reprioritized) and with some fine-tuning, you can achieve the success you’re hoping for. Your core idea will support and empower you. Excellent for selling your concept, convincing others or adding persuasion to your words. Too, this aspect can suggest an intensive course of learning that opens your mind to something valuable.”

Jupiter Rx in your sign is about focusing on what’s already expanded, rather than continuous growth. Take stock of what’s developed so far and appreciate any gifts that have come you way (there will time for more expansion when Jupiter goes direct).

Chiron’s move into your sector of routine can hi-light vulnerabilities in the areas of health, daily routine, obligations or work. There may be a crucial error or weakness that needs attending to. Now is the time to take the initiative and look after yourself and your health. Too, you could be challenged to step up your game regarding service to others, or your approach work. While you’ll be dealing with where you feel most unprepared, disorganized or weak, ultimately this can be a strengthening influence.

Saturn Rx in your communication sector connects to Chiron’s move via intensified focus on a rule, request or official document. You may experience increased pressure to follow certain guidelines. But in some cases, that pressure can temporarily ease off, and if this is the case, use the time to attend to new challenges, or gather the proof/information you need. Pluto Rx in this sector can see you delving into an area of investigation or research.

Sun/Uranus in your sector of routine continues developments from the April 15th New Moon. Watch for a sudden change or breakthrough regarding health, work or obligations. There can be a surge of energy, or a disruption in your existing routine. The change can assist you in achieving a better balance between work and home life, or it can be part of your attempts to advance/gain recognition on the job. As the Sun enters your partnership sector, the theme of balance will be intensified, as you weigh new developments against what someone else wants or can give you.

Sagittarius

Jupiter Rx and Pluto’s aspects to Venus in your sector of routine suggest positive developments in the areas of daily work, health or obligations. Your careful reappraisal of a background or hidden issue can reveal an upside to a struggle, or spot of assistance/support. Too, you could find yourself feeling more comfortable and in control of your health or work routine. How you’ve handled with Jupiter/Pluto sextile (from last week’s horoscopes) will be key:

“…the Jupiter/Pluto sextile does favour an increase in finances and emotional security. The key will be your ability to change your approach to these things – this may require an overhaul of how you spend, what you earn or how you approach what you own. Tuning into intuitive or background sources of help can provide a lucrative boost, as long as you’re focusing on one area. This means not adopting a sky’s-the-limit approach. There’s room for significant expansion, as long as it’s concentrated.”

Chiron’s move into your sector of self-expression can emphasize insecurities about your talents, special purpose or feelings of attractiveness, but within this challenge lies the seeds of an opportunity to truly stand out. You can discover what’s special about you, that no one else can touch. Or, a new attraction can fire you up with promises of healing and risks of pain. This is your time to be courageous as you stand up for what makes you stand out, even if it feels uncomfortable.

Saturn Rx in your sector of personal resources connects to Chiron’s move through an intensive reworking of financial responsibilities, boundaries and self-esteem. You may have to be become more disciplined and more self-sufficient, and Pluto Rx in this sector reminds you that there’s more at stake than what you see on the surface. Pluto Rx deepens the push to overhaul your approach to security, ownership and values. In the end, you’ll be stronger and savvier.

Sun/Uranus in your sector of self-expression continues developments from the April 15th New Moon. A sudden burst of attention, or your push for attention, may be featured. A risk may work out or trigger unexpected consequences – this will involve your attempts to explore, expand or activate future possibilities that used to be out of reach. As the Sun enters your sector of routine, you’ll be focused on the practical basics of how to make the above happen.

Capricorn

Jupiter Rx and Pluto (in your sign) aspect Venus in your sector of self-expression, urging you to expect more and aim for more. You can attract more too, in the areas of creative work, new romance, children or celebration. There can be a reward or significant achievement, all based on your power and focus – this is what you wanted, and you’ll get what you put effort into. Consider how you’ve been using the Jupiter/Pluto sextile, from last week’s horoscopes:

“The Jupiter/Pluto sextile encourages social/public success, as others recognize and support your power or recent changes. Your public profile can receive a boost, and this will involve your more intensive look at whatever social opportunities you’ve discovered. You may need to narrow your scope or concentrate your expansion on one area. Excellent for a targeted public launch or promotion of your work. “

Jupiter Rx in your social sector encourages a readjustment of social expansion, or a change in your perspective regarding a friendship or your social group.

Chiron’s move into your domestic sector can bring old family wounds, or current insecurities, to light. You’re pushing for some major changes on the domestic level, and in the process you may stir up deeper wounds, or fresh ones. This influence is about you finding the courage to face old history or new doubts, as you boldly upgrade your roots.

Saturn Rx in your sign will connect to Chiron’s move via a second look at your responsibilities and authority. Some rules may need to be reworked, or you might find it helpful if you temporarily back off and loosen your grip. Pluto Rx in your sign intensifies your efforts for power, or a search for the truth, in one area.

Sun/Uranus in your domestic sector continues developments from the April 15th New Moon. A sudden change in domestic priorities, a relocation, family surprise or break from the past may be featured, and this can be part of your efforts to deepen a relationship or invite trust. You’re letting go of old, controlling tendencies/suspicions while inviting new strength into your life. As the Sun enters your sector of self-expression, you’ll see how these changes can help you manifest more of what makes you happy.

Aquarius

Jupiter Rx and Pluto’s aspects to Venus in your domestic sector suggest significant growth on a personal and professional level. Your adjustment of growth/expansion at work can make home a happier place – cutting back can lead to abundance in other areas. Consider how you’ve been handling the Jupiter/Pluto sextile, from last week’s horoscopes:

“The Jupiter/Pluto sextile suggests these background changes can be harnessed to power up a new career goal, or plans for the future. You can manifest something you’ve been hoping for, but the key will be your willingness to reevaluate your big dream – it needs to be refined, or, a previous opportunity needs to be reconsidered.”

Chiron’s move into your communication sector can open your eyes to some painful truths or groundbreaking ideas – probably a bit of both. Speaking out will be part of the program, along with fears about being misheard, or not being listened to at all. This is about fighting to assert yourself through what you say and write.

Saturn Rx in your hidden sector will connect to Chiron’s move as you reconsider an ending, or work harder to sever ties from the past. Too, there may be intensified efforts to define or control what’s not under your control – remember that certain things just happen, whether or not you intervene. Pluto Rx in this sector is about the deeper work of manifesting a long-held dream, or digging for an obscure truth.

Sun/Uranus in your communication sector continues developments from the April 15th New Moon. Watch for a sudden announcement, decision or surprising conversation. This will involve the union of the South Node ruler (in your sign) and the North Node ruler in your partnership sector, and could involve you and a partner, as you realize a startling truth, or join forces with someone who inspires you. As the Sun moves into your domestic sector, you’ll see how words manifest in the real world, via direct changes in your personal life.

Pisces

Jupiter Rx and Pluto’s aspects to Venus in your communication sector suggest a piece of good news, a rewarding idea or supportive/hopeful conversation. Jupiter Rx in your opportunities sector can deliver the goods if you narrow your focus and set your sights on what you’ve accomplished so far, rather than continuing to reach out. Consider what you’ve done with the Jupiter/Pluto sextile, from last week’s horoscopes:

“The Jupiter/Pluto sextile can support future growth in the areas of travel, education, legal matters, exploration or publishing. Changes to your social group, or your place in society, will empower your efforts to go further. Just remember that Jupiter Rx is about going back over a past opportunity, or refining/focusing the expansion that’s happened so far.”

Chiron’s exit from your sign into your sector of personal resources can bring some relief, as the pressure is finally take off primary wounds or weaknesses. Note that Chiron will temporarily return to your sign in September. For now, you’ll be tackling insecurities related to money, self-esteem and personal values – are you ready to fight for what you want? Chiron will urge you to get tough about your survival essentials. Use what you’ve learned from Chiron’s transit through your sign.

Saturn Rx in your social sector connects to Chiron’s move via a reappraisal of a friendship, group association or your public image. Your public responsibilities can intensify in one area, or you may find that things ease up (temporarily).  Pluto Rx in this sector can accelerate the transformation of one friendship, or one area of your connection the public. However, the transformation itself may be hidden or beneath the surface.

Sun/Uranus in your sector of personal resources continues developments from the April 15th New Moon. An abrupt change of income, your approach to money/security, or a new source of income will involve bringing something hidden or undeveloped out into the open. Making the dream real, or motivating yourself to upgrade/improve can be part of this change to your habitual behaviour. As the Sun enters your sector of communication, these changes will manifest new, solid ideas that you can work with.

Overview

April 11th brings a hard square from Pluto in Capricorn to the Aries Sun, as well as an inconjunct from Jupiter Rx in Scorpio to the Sun. Sun square Pluto is about challenges involving power, hostility or unwelcome transformations. But the transformation will be necessary – the challenges are meant to unearth what’s outlived it’s usefulness. Pluto is the Shadow, and here we have something brewing in the shadow behind the Sun – half-glimpsed issues of competition, fears and domination. The surface aggression or charge into battle will only be half of the story.

At the same time, the inconjunct to Jupiter Rx can exaggerate things, while also demanding adjustment  – Jupiter Rx is about going back over a previous opportunity or narrowing the scope of expansion. The reprioritized area of growth is then adjusted to fit with what the Sun in Aries indicates – a new initiative or surge of energy.

There are benefits to the above, and they become clear as the second of three Jupiter/Pluto sextiles becomes exact on April 14th. Jupiter expands and Pluto intensifies, and in harmonious aspect, this is often about success. Jupiter’s Rx status will be key- there are some important revisions to consider. Also, expansion and expectation must be powered by your commitment to transformation in a certain area of your life. If you’re ignoring the call for deep change, you’ll get nothing from this aspect.

Here are the three Jupiter/Pluto sextiles:

  • January 15th, 2018: 19 deg
  • April 14th, 2018: 21 deg
  • September 12th, 2018: 18 deg

More good things have the potential to manifest, with Venus in Taurus’ trine to Mars in Capricorn, on April 11th. Deliberate, cautiously ambitious actions will harmonize with solid results in the areas of money, relationships or self-esteem. Venus makes a sextile to Neptune on April 12th, and Mars does the same on April 14th. Neptune adds a note of selflessness and healing – this will be about more than what you can grab for yourself.

Mercury stations direct in Aries on April 15th, the same day as the New Moon (which conjoins Uranus).  The sudden, surprising new beginning will involve an end to delays/questions that have been around since Mercury stationed Rx (March 22nd). This is your leap forward, which could propel you in a brand new direction, or take you much further than you imagined. Pay attention to the Sun/Pluto square – this will be the trigger for New Moon developments.

Aries

Discordant aspects to the Sun in your sign (from Jupiter and Pluto) can pump up your confidence, aggression and drive to succeed. Career, dealings with those in authority and shared finances may be areas where you’re motivated to push for more, but the tension of these aspects can easily trigger a power struggle, as you overcompensate, overspend or overestimate. If you feel like forcing the issue, take one step back. Taking a closer at debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or intimacy issues can shift your perspective in the right direction.

The Jupiter/Pluto sextile suggests that success (in the form of career and financial growth) is possible if you tune into deeper areas of transformation. Surface issues involving status or domination are only part of the picture – consider what’s going on behind the scenes. You can become stronger if you work on sharing your resources, accepting help, and pushing past buried control issues.

Venus in your sector of personal resources trines Mars, and both harmonize with Neptune. Here’s more evidence of potential financial and career success, as focused actions that drive you forward support your earned money and emotional security. Watch for a potential raise, lucrative line of income or recognition (with rewards) for your work. Neptune can take some of the competitive and material edge off, making this about more than just getting what you want – is there a larger goal that transcends your immediate security? That will be supported as well.

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your sign can electrify you with a surge of new potential, clarity and urgency. Events will be driven by the hard Pluto aspect to your Sun. A new chapter regarding lifestyle, career, relationships or public identity will start immediately. Focus on moving ahead, rather than getting back at someone or proving you’re dominant. Delays since March 22nd should be surpassed. Mercury direct will take you through those issues one last time, but you’ll have forward momentum on your side now.

Taurus

Hard aspects to the Sun in your hidden sector (from Jupiter and Pluto) can trigger unbalanced situations between you and a partner. The enthusiasm to move forward/explore will be high, but expectations may be exaggerated. Take a closer look at the big hope/plan, and adjust this so it aligns with what you sense on a deeper level.  Watch for unacknowledged tension involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing- there’s more going on behind the scenes that you might want to admit.

The Jupiter/Pluto sextile can signal smooth progress in a relationship, if you allow for mutual growth and balanced expectations. Success in the areas of travel, education, legal matters, publishing or exploration is possible via a helpful partner (business or romantic) who supports your big-picture changes and future goals. Just don’t get derailed by what you’re ignoring or avoiding.

Venus in your sign trines Mars in your sector of opportunities, and both harmonize with Neptune. This strongly suggests you will move ahead in the above areas, as your actions manifest what you want. Excellent for gaining more attention for your public image, safely and smoothly exploring new areas or achieving favourable results in education or legal matters. Aspects to Neptune suggest this will also be about touching a wide audience or connecting with others (via a social cause).

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your hidden sector can spark a background potential while clarifying a secret or undeveloped issue. Now you know, and your instincts should be telling you it’s go time. There may be a goodbye, or inner resolution to break away from the past. Events will be driven by the earlier hard Pluto aspect to the Sun.

Gemini

Challenging aspects from Jupiter and Pluto to the Sun (in your social sector) suggest power plays  that originate from a hidden source. Buried matters involving shared finances, intimacy or psychological issues will trigger public tension, but also an ambitious grab for power or transformation. This will be exaggerated by a work or health issue – one area of expansion in these areas needs to be reprioritized and adjusted with your social goals or connections.

There is room for positive growth here, as you make a significant impact on the public, friends or groups. And the Jupiter/Pluto sextile suggests an area of improvement or change (regarding daily routine, work tasks, co-workers or health) will be empowered by your ability to make use of hidden resources, shared finances or a behind-the-scenes connections. This favours self-improvement and a stronger psychological foundation. However, the key to success will be your willingness to confront deeper fears, control issues or unpleasant topics that you’ve been avoiding. You can make these things work for you, if you use the opportunity to transform yourself on a deep level and in your daily life. Don’t get tripped up by social distractions.

Venus in your hidden sector trines Mars in your sector of shared resources, and both sextile Neptune. This adds to the above positive potential with background, secret or instinctive opportunities bolstered by your efforts to get things in order, financially and/or on an intimate relationship. The work you do behind the scenes will be most important, and Neptune suggests this can lead to expansion in your career (perhaps the realization of an ideal) as long as your goal transcends personal gain.

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your social sector will trigger a burst of clarity regarding a friendship, social cause, group association or your connections to the public. Events will be driven by the hard Pluto aspect to the Sun. Old relationships/connections may be disrupted and completely transformed, or a new, significant connection can blast its way into your life. Your eyes will be opened to certain social truths. This influence also favours a public launch, speech or activity, especially if you’re looking to grab people’s attention with something unusual.

Cancer

The Sun in your career sector makes difficult aspects Jupiter and Pluto, suggesting an enthusiastic but unbalanced surge of ambition. You may be driven by competition, fear of losing power and the desire for more attention. A partner or rival may push you, although this won’t be overt. Dealings with those in authority can be difficult as you navigate issues of control and domination, and you’ll need to adjust your expectations about success/attention with certain career goals.

However, the Jupiter/Pluto sextile indicates that if you handle this correctly, a partnership (or even a rivalry) can move in the right direction. Something about this one-on-one connection is undergoing a profound transformation – if you accept that change, your role in it, and then approach events from a place of optimism rather than fear, you can gain recognition while feeling more empowered to simply be yourself. The other person may be a key to your professional and creative success.

Venus in your social sector trines Mars in your partnership sector, and both sextile Neptune. This bodes well for all relationships – one-on-one and group. Your public connections will be boosted by your actions in a partnership. There’s work to be done in a one-on-one context, and this will lead to favourable results as you attract what you want in a public forum. Neptune adds room for the expansion of an ideal or dream, in the areas of travel, education, legal matters or publishing.

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your career sector will deliver the results of Pluto’s earlier hard aspect to the Sun. Watch for fast (and unexpected) progress regarding your professional image, dealings with management or a business launch. There could be a dramatic change in your job, a new job or job loss.  This new chapter could take you in a totally different direction, regarding your career and future goals. Mercury direct suggests ongoing conversations, ideas or plans will now accelerate – it’s time to step forward to greet your future, even if it looks different from a few days ago.

Leo

The Sun in your sector of opportunities makes difficult aspects to Jupiter and Pluto. Matters involving travel, foreign affairs, relocation, education, legal issues or publishing can be challenged by work or health issues, although there will also be an enthusiastic push to move forward. However, before you leap ahead, take note of what needs to be corrected or transformed, in your daily life. Routines, work tasks or medical challenges can be addressed via the Jupiter/Pluto sextile – steady growth, rather than an exaggerated rush that sees you taking on more than you can handle. Expansion at home/with family can be empowered by your careful attention to certain obligations or a pressing lifestyle change.

Venus in your career sector trines Mars in your sector of routine, and both harmonize with Neptune. Favourable career goals/strategic relationships will be supported by your hard work, attention to detail and determined efforts to do what needs to be done. Neptune hints that this can contribute to something deeper – surface success can encourage a quiet release, sense of peace/compassion or unexpected growth. What happens beneath the surface will have little to do with material goals/success.

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your opportunities sector will be connected to Pluto’s earlier hard aspect to the Sun. Tension and challenges can lead to a sudden burst of progress, as plans/decisions involving  travel, foreign affairs, relocation, education, legal issues or publishing surge ahead. You may be thrown into something brand new, with no time to plan. While it may feel completely unknown, this has been building since Mercury stationed Rx (March 22nd). This could be a brilliant chance to liberate yourself, expand your horizons or start an adventure.

Virgo

The Sun in your sector of shared resources is challenged by Jupiter and Pluto, suggesting hidden power struggles, fears of loss or jealousy. The drive for attention, satisfaction or emotional/financial security can be exaggerated by big ideas/promises, but this situation is not all about you. Someone else will have a say in what’s shared or owed – consider if your expectations are aligned with what the other person is offering.

But the Jupiter/Pluto sextile suggests you can achieve a favourable outcome, if you follow the prompts that have been urging you to radically transform your approach to creative efforts, self-expression or new romance. Optimistic ideas and big plans can power you forward, but you’ll have to step away from how you used to approach these things and get serious about what you’re trying to manifest. This aspect can help you shine and impress, or it may simply indicate a moment of celebration.

Venus in your sector of opportunities trines Mars in your sector of self-expression, continuing Jupiter/Pluto’s positive trend. Travel, long-distance romance, education, legal matters, publishing or exploration will be driven by your determined efforts to create and succeed. Do the work, and not only can you get what you want, you can broaden your possibilities. This is a confidence-building influence. Aspects to Neptune suggest a partnership can expand as a side effect. Or, a partner’s gentle support and faith will give you just what you need to keep moving forward.

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your sector of shared resources will deliver results from Pluto’s earlier challenging aspect to the Sun. Watch for a psychological breakthrough, rush of clarity (regarding what’s been hidden) or an abrupt new chapter involving shared finances or intimacy. Ongoing investigations, intimate discussions or close examination of uncomfortable topics will trigger a profound and surprising understanding of what’s really going on, or how the power balance works between you and another.

Libra

The Sun in your partnership sector receives hard aspects from Jupiter and Pluto, suggesting an imbalance of power between you and your partner. One person may try to control the other, or force their agenda, and this can be amplified by the drive for security and money. Overspending and domestic/family issues may be at the root of this, with adjustments required between your expectations versus what your partner has in mind.

The Jupiter/Pluto sextile hints at growth and security for you, regarding finances and domestic matters, but this will require your careful re-evaluation of what you spend or earn. Refining your priorities regarding what you own/earn can support ongoing domestic transformations, and your ability to make the necessary changes to your home environment can empower your security. This favours home finances, a relocation, home improvements or a home business.

Venus in your sector of shared resources trine Mars in your domestic sector also speaks to benefits, this time in the areas of debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or intimacy. Your concerted efforts to make things happen at home can lead to benefits for you and a partner, if you’re willing to cooperate in the areas of sharing, trust and mutual support. Aspects to Neptune indicate this will also be healing for you, or at least give you a sense of ease in your daily routines.

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your partnership sector will be connected to the earlier hard aspect from Pluto to the Sun. A relationship can accelerate abruptly as a decision is made, or information is clarified. Your partner’s next move can throw you off balance. Or, this sudden change may be just what the relationship needs to regain its equilibrium.

Scorpio

The Sun in your sector of routine receives a hard square from Pluto, and an awkward inconjunct from Jupiter Rx in your sign. Issues involving work, health, daily routine or service to others can leave you feeling overwhelmed, even though you may have enthusiastically said “Yes.” The drive to improve, fix or begin a new personal regime will be challenged, and amplified, by demanding ideas/conversations. Someone may be pushing you to do more, or you may be pushing yourself. A key area of growth needs to be adjusted with the reality of your daily routine – you can only do so much.

However, the Jupiter/Pluto sextile suggests you’re on the right track. Too, this aspect can suggest an intensive course of learning that opens your mind to something valuable.

Venus in your partnership sector trine Mars in your communication sector adds more flow to your communication. Your ideas put into action will harmonize with what a partner wants. Aspects to Neptune add compassion and a touch of romance or creativity. Excellent for reaching out to someone or making the first move. Also good for a business partnership.

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your sector of routine can jumpstart your efforts to work, serve or overhaul your personal routine. The key will be what Mercury direct clarifies or triggers – delays or second thoughts in these areas will end, and you can approach lingering problems with new enthusiasm. Too, you may abruptly decide to change your approach to helping certain people. These energies can also indicate a sudden job change.

Sagittarius

The Sun in your sector of self-expression is challenged by hard aspects from Jupiter and Pluto, triggering a powerful drive for appreciation, attention or attraction. There may be something big that you want. But unacknowledged expectations can exaggerate what you think you’re getting, what you’re capable of, or the efforts you make to get attention. Look at what you’re not fully admitting (a secret hope or hidden potential) – it needs to be adjusted with what’s actually happening.

Having said this, the Jupiter/Pluto sextile does favour an increase in finances and emotional security. There’s room for significant expansion, as long as it’s concentrated.

Venus in your sector of routine trine Mars in your sector of personal resources can also boost your income/security, but practical efforts will be crucial for this to work. Something about your daily routines/work tasks/health can fall into place nicely, if you’ve been working on improvements and grounding yourself in the present. Neptune’s gentle aspects to Mars/Venus suggest healing/relief involving family and home affairs can also increase.

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your sector of self-expression will deliver sudden results connected to Pluto’s hard square to the Sun. A burst of motivation, public attention or a surge of creativity can power you forward, as delays and questions end. What happens may be very different from what you were planning, and there could be some risk involved. However, there should also be a feeling that you’re free and ready to step out with bold honesty. If you’re celebrating, indulging or spending, use caution- Uranus can surprise you with some crazy developments.

Capricorn

Hard aspects to the Sun in your domestic sector from Pluto in your sign, and Jupiter Rx in your social sector, suggest you may be pushing for certain developments regarding family, a home business, relocation or home repairs. New opportunities/hopes involving friends, groups or your relationship to the public will factor into this, but exaggerated expectations may encourage you to push for more than is wise. Adjust public influences with private matters, and keep in mind that you can’t force certain changes. What does look positive is the potential for you to turn a corner on the past and bury some old family history for good.

The Jupiter/Pluto sextile encourages social/public success, as others recognize and support your power or recent changes. Your public profile can receive a boost, and this will involve your more intensive look at whatever social opportunities you’ve discovered. You may need to narrow your scope or concentrate your expansion on one area. Excellent for a targeted public launch or promotion of your work.

Venus in your sector of self-expression trines Mars in your sign, further boosting your social life as your actions lead to a desired outcome in the areas of new romance or creative work. Also nice if you’re in charge of a celebration, or if you want to enjoy the rewards from recent efforts. Venus/Mars’ sextile to Neptune will broaden your awareness, so this won’t be all about you.

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your domestic sector tap into developments from Sun square Pluto (in your sign). Whatever you pushed for will now explode, snap or jump forward, with perhaps more speed than you anticipated. A family conversation, domestic documents or digging into the past can yield sharp clarity, and any delays or second thoughts will be over. There can be a surprising move, either physically or regarding the direction a family member takes. Too, you may find that you’ve reached your limit and decide that it’s time to free yourself from part of your history that’s been holding you back.

Aquarius

Hard aspects from from Pluto and Jupiter to the Sun in your communication sector can trigger intense words with undercurrents of hostility or domination. While unbalanced expectations or growth (that needs to be reappraised) in the areas of career/future goals may appear to be the trigger, the bigger cause is background transformation or ending that’s been brewing for awhile. Consider what’s going on behind the scenes, and take the time to adjust big-picture goals with the immediate facts.

The Jupiter/Pluto sextile suggests these background changes can be harnessed to power up a new career goal, or plans for the future. You can manifest something you’ve been hoping for, but the key will be your willingness to reevaluate your big dream – it needs to be refined, or, a previous opportunity needs to be reconsidered.

Venus in your domestic sector trines Mars in your hidden sector, suggesting that private efforts can blend nicely with domestic abundance and stability. This could be a time to spend on your own as you make your home environment more nurturing, or time spent with a special someone/family member. Sextiles to Neptune support an increase in security, but this will be more about your sense of peace and fulfillment, rather than money or material items.

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your communication sector can bring a shocking answer, blast of clarity or sudden decision. This will be based on the hard aspect from Pluto to the Sun, and may open your eyes to something new.

Pisces

Hard aspects to the Sun in your sector of personal resources (from Jupiter Rx and Pluto) suggest a grab for money, security or emotional satisfaction. The intensity will be based on fears of losing (competitiveness) or power plays from a friend/acquaintance. Watch for inflated hopes/plans about a big journey or leap forward- the plans are valid, but you may need to scale back and adjust growth with existing resources.

The Jupiter/Pluto sextile can support future growth in the areas of travel, education, legal matters, exploration or publishing. Changes to your social group, or your place in society, will empower your efforts to go further. Just remember that Jupiter Rx is about going back over a past opportunity, or refining/focusing the expansion that’s happened so far.

Venus in your communication sector trines Mars in your social sector, supporting all social efforts, conversations and activities. Actions harmonize with words, and your social appeal should be high. Sextiles to Neptune in your sign enable you to reach many people with your ideas (if you want). Or, this could be about you appreciating who you have in your life.

Mercury direct and the New Moon/Uranus in your sector of personal resources can deliver an abrupt new start, based on the hard square from Pluto to the Sun. A new source of income, sudden changes to your income flow or a surprising expense can shake your security, but also trigger innovation and independence, regarding how you approach your finances. The same can be said for your self-esteem and security – an abrupt realization could push you away from habits that have been holding you back or limiting your independence.

Overview

The April 1st conjunction between the Sun and Mercury Rx can reveal some essential info. This will be connected to the March 31st Full Moon, and also marks the halfway point of Mercury’s Rx cycle. Now you should see the purpose for the delays or reviews.

The Sun trines the Leo North Node (which it rules) on April 2nd – what the Mercury/Sun conjunction reveals will also point the way towards the future. But Mercury Rx’s square to Mars (on April 4th) and Saturn (on April 5th) in Capricorn will also illuminate the blocks, limits or extra work you have to deal with. A plan or conversation could grind to a halt – despite your increased knowledge, it’s not time to surge ahead just yet. Yes, you still have to be patient while responding in a measured way to anger, repression or controlling words. Mars/Saturn is about the steady application of effort, the consequences of actions, or a bitter mix of anger and control.

Mercury in Aries is squaring Saturn three times: March 11th, April 5th and April 25th. This point of frustration is an ongoing issue, but it will be most intense now.

The Mars/Saturn conjunction (exact on April 2nd) marks the end of a chapter that began on August 24th, 2016, when the two planets first conjoined at 9 degrees Sagittarius. That previous conjunction can be viewed as a “New Moon” followed by the culmination or “Full Moon” when Mars at 25 deg Gemini opposed Saturn in Sag, on May 29th, 2017. Now you arrive at the ending of that cycle, and a simultaneous new beginning.

The Mars/Saturn cycle is about how far you’ve climbed – where are you at now? It tests you, demanding your persistence, maturity and acceptance of the limits. Fortunately, there’s help available as Venus in steady Taurus trines Saturn on April 7th (and she’s applying to a trine with Mars on April 11th). Venus/Saturn is the confirmation of what you want. It will be quiet and reassuring, rather than big or flashy. But this will only happen if you work with Saturn’s rules – your patience and maturity will be rewarded.

Aries

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in your sign. Watch for a clarifying moment where you find the right words, or what you need to know emerges in front of you. The Sun’s trine to the North Node says this is progress for a creative or romantic goal, although Mercury Rx’s square to Mars/Saturn can keep you locked in placed due to pressure from authority. Your own ambitions/responsibilities may curtail your freedom, but you know that you have to put in the extra work if this is important to you. You’re climbing upwards, but you’ve hit a patch that requires patience and determination. Mars/Saturn describes your professional limits, or shifting your ambition into a lower gear in order to get ahead.

Mars/Saturn finalizes what began on August 24th, 2016, with a previous conjunction in your sector of opportunities. Rules, extra work and limits involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing have led you to this moment in your career. What’s manifested since that time?

Venus in your sector of personal resources trine Saturn offers quiet assistance by confirming a financial resource/salary issue or integrating your desire for security with a professional goal. If you’re prepared to take on more responsibility and play by the rules, you’ll experience this influence as gently stabilizing and reassuring.

Taurus

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in your hidden sector. A private matter can be acknowledged, or a secret/gut feeing confirmed. You may get the inside scoop on something few are aware of, and the Sun’s trine to the North Node suggests that what you uncover can be applied to a family or domestic matter. Perhaps some family secrets are coming to light.

Mercury Rx’s square to Mars/Saturn will remind you that rules/limits involving travel, education, long-range plans, legal matters or publishing continue to be a source of frustration. No matter what you know behind the scenes, external blocks or pressured actions can keep things at a standstill. Now is not the time to go public with what you know. Mars/Saturn suggests an enforced change of course (this is as far as you can go) or an intensified focus on something you’re fighting for.

On August 24th, 2016 Mars conjoined Saturn in your sector of shared resources. A confrontation regarding intimacy or shared finances began a cycle of intensified work around what you owe/share, or where you’re most vulnerable. This cycle is now complete – consider how it’s impacting your long-term goals.

Fortunately, Venus in your sign trines Saturn, so those same rules/limits can actually be part of a financial, lifestyle or relationship foundation you’re attempting to build. Work within the rules/the law, and accept the slower pace – the aspect will make the most of your desire for something that lasts. This influence favours a commitment (to self or someone else) or a confirmation that a distant goal will eventually be yours.

Gemini

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in your social sector. A repeat conversation with a friend, a public announcement or result of your reviews will illuminate what you need to know about a social issue, or the details of a friendship. You could be speaking publicly about a past issue. The Sun’s trine to the North Node indicates that this is an important part of your efforts to make your voice public or develop your ideas.

But Mercury Rx’s square to Mars/Saturn suggests you’ll run into some hard restrictions in the form of debts, tax issues, an intimate relationship or your partner’s finances. Too, this could be about buried anger around what you can’t reveal. Private matters will define your public connections. Mars/Saturn indicates a private boundary that can’t be crossed, or a new boundary being put into place. Refer back to August 24th, 2016, when Mars conjoined Saturn in your partnership sector – relationship goals, responsibilities or pressure will be concluded on a deeper level. This could mean a deeper commitment, or confrontation with buried issues.

Venus in your hidden sector trine Saturn says that you’ve got a handle on this, despite any blocks or limits. Behind-the-scenes issues can stabilize if you dig deeper and follow your intuition- you’re on the right path if it feels right. A secret or undeveloped potential can be confirmed, despite any delays.

Cancer

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in your career sector. A job opportunity/contact from the past can reveal something crucial, or you could uncover valuable insight by reviewing your business details or a conversation with management. The Sun’s trine to the North Node reminds you that this is all part your quest to increase your financial and emotional abundance – a review of salary, or money-making strategies, could be beneficial.

But Mercury’s square to Mars/Saturn suggests you’ll also be contending with a partner’s rules/goals that challenge your plans. Or, increased competition/challenges (that feel unfair) may be just what you need to take a second look at your career plan. Mars/Saturn can indicate a relationship ending, or a limit that’s surpassed, and this will be connected to what began on August 24th, 2016, when Mars conjoined Saturn in your sector of routine. Unbalanced or excessive responsibilities (involving illness or a heavy workload) will now culminate, and the results should lead to something more balanced (even if there’s an ending).

No matter what happens, Venus in your social sector trine Saturn indicates that all relationships can achieve some stability. Social contacts (or support) can be reassuring, and one-on-one rules/goals can blend nicely with social issues. Friendships and partnerships function together, if you acknowledge your relationship responsibilities, limits and realities.

Leo

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in your sector of opportunities. A closer examination, review or revisal of issues involving education, travel, legal matters or publishing can reveal important information. The Sun’s trine to the North Node in your sign suggests this will be in your best interests, as it helps you develop a future potential.

But Mercury Rx’s square to Mars/Saturn indicates that limits/pressure involving medical issues, work routines or service to others will narrow your options and keep you focused on an error or reality check. Mars/Saturn can be about reaching a limit in a work or health situation, or the increased need for more effort and discipline. This will refer back to August 24th, 2016, when Mars conjoined Saturn in your sector of self-expression- what you were striving for or trying to express/create is now being completed.

Venus in your career sector quietly insists that, despite the excess work/pressure, you can move ahead, gain favour with authority or cement your professional reputation. Nothing flashy about this – your hard work and dedication to getting it right will get you noticed, even if you don’t realize it’s happening.

Virgo

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in your sector of shared resources. A deeper examination of, or questions about debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or intimacy can unearth something valuable. The Sun’s trine to the North Node suggests this can open up additional layers of understanding/intuition, or secrets.

Mercury Rx’s square to Mars/Saturn suggests external blocks/frustrations around a creative project, new attraction or your efforts to display your talents can trigger hidden insecurities, or doubts about what you share/owe. There may be a key financial or emotional doubt that needs to be worked through. Mars/Saturn will either demand more effort (to get what you want) or will indicate a reality about what you can’t have. Think back to August 24th, 2016 when Mars last conjoined Saturn in your domestic sector. A domestic responsibility, stalemate, construction project or concentrated effort is now reaching a conclusion, and could manifest as an ending or hard-won achievement regarding something you want.

But Venus in your opportunities sector trine Saturn suggests that no matter what the outcome, there’s still room for forward movement. You may not get exactly the results you want, but your hard work and acknowledgment of your responsibilities can slowly but surely broaden your reach. Watch for encouraging developments involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing. Too, this can be about you choosing you move on and explore new territory.

Libra

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in your partnership sector. Going back over old relationship issues, or your partner’s change of heart, can reveal valuable information about the relationship. Too, this could be about a blunt conversation between the two of you that gets to the heart of the matter.  The Sun’s trine to the North Node suggests this will support social opportunities or a wider perspective – intensified partnership talks or thoughts will point you in the right direction.

Mercury Rx’s square to Mars/Saturn indicates a key point of disagreement/frustration involving family or domestic issues. Mars/Saturn suggests a domestic responsibility or barrier to overcome regarding relocation, home construction or family rules.

On August 24th, 2016 Mars conjoined Saturn in your communication sector, kicking off the cycle that’s ending with this current Mars/Saturn conjunction. A hard decision, announcement or conversation has led you to where you are today.

Venus in your sector of shared resources, trine Saturn, suggests that things may flow more smoothly behind the scenes. Issues around debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or intimacy will actually be supported by the rules at home. The key will be how you handle family responsibilities, extra work or a family member’s authority. Patience along with a willingness to work on the uncomfortable stuff (while trusting that you’ll be ok) can keep you and/or your partner stable, as you deal with these obstacles. Venus/Saturn favours domestic finances and building something deeply rooted and permanent.

Scorpio

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in your sector of routine. Analysis, reviewing tasks, questioning work methods or going back over the details can uncover a significant error or lead to a diagnosis. The Sun’s trine to the North Node indicates this will have a positive impact on your career, professional recognition, dealings with those in authority or your future goals. Pay attention to the small stuff now, and receive your payoff in the future.

However, Mercury Rx’s square to Mars/Saturn will emphasize a key decision, responsibility or error that slows you down or increases the pressure. Mars/Saturn can represent an order, rule or tough conversation that demands extra time and patience – you may not be able to deliver everything or fix this right away. Slow down and focus on the essentials, while taking it one step at a time.

This Mars/Saturn conjunction ends a chapter that began on August 24th, 2016 when Mars met Saturn in your sector of personal resources. Back then, you were facing stringent demands on your finances and emotional security – you had to toughen up. Consider how far you’ve come since then, and how those events are informing your current mindset.

Venus in your partnership sector trines Saturn, suggesting that your focus on rules/responsibility can stabilize a relationship. Perhaps part of your work involves a commitment; even as you’re getting a headache from the daily tasks/essentials, you can strengthen and deepen a close connection. Venus/Saturn can indicate an official commitment, or a shared vision of future goals.

Sagittarius

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in your sector of self-expression. A second look at an attraction, your efforts to gain attention or promote something you created can clue you into some vital intel. Watch for ideas about what you need to do next, or where you may need to refocus your energies.

The Sun’s trine to the North Node says that you can take this further…much further. It won’t happen immediately, but this piece of information/understanding is your key to reaching a wider audience or exploring brand new territory. Your next step may involve travel, education, legal matters or publishing.

However, Mercury Rx’s square to Mars/Saturn suggests that first you’ll have to deal with a financial shortfall or emotional insecurity. The limits of what you don’t have will be very clear. Mars/Saturn encourages you to keep building your resources, while honouring your financial limits and working hard to stabilize your security.

On August 24th, 2016, Mars conjoined Saturn in your sign. That may have been a heavy responsibility or physical burden/barrier. It was the start of a cycle that’s now winding down. As you close that chapter, consider where you’re at financially, and regarding your self-esteem, values and self-sufficiency. Can you look after yourself?

Venus in your sector of routine trine Saturn can help. Events can unfold nicely in the areas of daily work, routine or health, aligning themselves with your efforts to stabilize and secure yourself. Your attention to detail, obligations or self-care can support your finances and self-sufficiency, although this is not about a huge windfall. Watch out for and appreciate the small, steady gains.

Capricorn

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in your domestic sector. Rehashing a family issue, delving into the past or going over home documents can deliver some insight, and the Sun’s trine to the North Node in your sector of shared resources suggests this can also take you a step deeper, regarding an intimate relationship, psychological issue or shared finances. This could be about learning to trust, or opening up a more profound level of discussion and understanding regarding your family and relationships.

However, Mercury Rx’s square to Mars/Saturn in your sign indicates that you’ll be pushing for a result, or hammering your point home (repeatedly). Slow, steady pressure will work better than brute force. And, remember that Mercury is still Rx, so don’t expect to jump ahead just yet.

Mars/Saturn in your sign wraps up what began on August 24th, 2016 when Mars conjoined Saturn in your hidden sector – what was brewing in the background has emerged, and could manifest as a hard-won accomplishment, a definite ending or one more barrier that you have to surmount.

Venus in your sector of self-expression trines Saturn in your sign, suggesting that you can make significant gains from the discipline you’re applying. An issue involving creativity, children, new romance or performance will be enhanced by your single-minded focus and maturity. You know exactly what you want, and you’re working towards it with determination.

Aquarius

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in in your communication sector. A contact from the past, repeat conversation, blunt question or closer analysis can open your eyes to important information. The Sun’s trine to the North Node hooks this into a developing relationship or your growing awareness of how you express yourself in one-on-one contacts.

But Mercury Rx’s square to Mars/Saturn says you’ll have to deal with hidden or background limits/anger-the intensified conversation or examination can show you how to get past this, or make it clear that this is a limit you’ll have to accept. Understand that some things about this block may be out of your control. Mars/Saturn in your hidden sector completes what began in your social sector, around August 24th, 2016. Public rules, frustrations or heavy responsibilities have led to these background issues – something is being completed or wrestled with in private.

Venus in your domestic sector trines Saturn, indicating that the above limits may not be all bad. Watch for a gradual stabilization of home and family matters, or a sense of security/comfort about certain endings. Venus/Saturn can support a home business, domestic relationship or commitment to a family member (perhaps a family member’s illness triggers a mix of love and guilt, obligation and resentment).

Pisces

Influences from the Libra Full Moon continue with the Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction in your sector of personal resources. Questions, second thoughts or deeper analysis of a financial or emotional security issue can clarify what you need to know, and the Sun’s trine to the North Node says that this is all part of empowering your daily work and health routines. This could be about getting more value out of what you do, or taking better care of yourself.

Mercury Rx’s square to Mars/Saturn will confront you with a rule or ending around a friendship, group association or your connection with the public. This can pinpoint what you’re lacking, or where you feel less-than, but it will also clarify what you can manifest (via hard work) on a public scale. Your reputation could be an issue. Mars/Saturn will refer back to the last conjunction (in your career sector) on August 24th, 2016- issues with authority, work responsibilities or your professional reputation have now reached a conclusion.

Venus in your communication sector trine Saturn suggests that, despite any limits, you can still have a productive (even pleasant and reassuring) conversation. Something that you want can be confirmed, as long as you’re able to approach matters with patience and agreeableness.

Overview

Venus conjoins Uranus in Aries on March 28th for an event that will be sizzling, risky, jarring, or all three. This aspect is about the liberation of relationship, money and self-esteem issues. There will be a rapid acceleration that detaches you from what was, while encouraging the independent expression of what you want. This could be the hot new attraction, impulse buy or sudden revelation about what really makes you happy.

This is the red-hot cherry on top of an intense sundae: last weeks’ aspects from Pluto and Jupiter to Venus amplified desires, expectations and obsessions. Now we have the resulting shock. And this shock will resonate into the Venus-ruled Libra Full Moon (March 31st) which squares Mars/Saturn in Capricorn and opposes Mercury Rx in Aries. Consequences could be hard to take, as Mars/Saturn enforces a temporary stop. Mercury Rx says it’s all up for review anyway, so it’s not time to move forward (just yet). The Sun/Mercury Rx conjunction on April 1st (the midpoint of this retrograde) can illuminate an answer.

This Moon’s trine to the Uranus-ruled Aquarius South Node encourages you to use this pause as a way to wrap up a past issue. What did Venus/Uranus reveal about what you want or love? Even an ending can be a valuable reveal.

Venus’ Taurus ingress takes place on the same day as this Moon, so you can ground yourself in the present by developing the results into something that supports your happiness and self-sufficiency. No matter what challenging results were delivered, Venus in slow-moving, earthy Taurus can help you make the most of what you have in front of you, while reminding you that good things take time and patience. Maybe Mars/Saturn is slowing you down for a reason.

Aries

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects (to Venus in your sign) concludes with an abrupt conjunction to Uranus. What’s been building (regarding personal image, money, a job, relationship or values) can suddenly snap, as you decide that freedom is most important. This can be a last hurrah, or a burning of bridges. In some cases, a new attraction can explode. This could be about success, love or recognition on your terms.

But after the above fast-moving energy, things come to a halt during the Full Moon in your partnership sector. A relationship ending, turing point or result will accelerate then abruptly stop, as this Venus-ruled Moon squares Mars/Saturn. Your initial burst of rebellion/enthusiasm will be challenged by the rules or someone with control. You could feel trapped and pressured.

Mercury Rx in your sign says that you’re in the process of reviewing or analyzing, so you you already knew that it wasn’t time for a forward charge. There may be a key conversation or detail (from the past) that you need to look at in order to rebalance things between you and another, and the answer may be revealed during the Full Moon, or on April 1st.

The Moon’s trine to the Uranus-ruled South Node in your social sector also pulls in issues around a friendship, group or your social image. Maybe your unexpected meeting with a friend from the past makes you question a current relationship. Or, an abrupt development with your social image forces you to take a closer look at your professional image and how you relate to others. This Moon’s themes of projection, reflection and comparison can raise your awareness of what others see when they interact with you.

Venus’ move into your sector of personal resources encourages you to place that crazy/rebellious declaration about love/values/money/self-esteem in the context of your immediate security. Now you’re looking at how you can balance your freedom with the existing rules. There are some restrictions you can’t get around -what does this mean for your financial and emotional survival?

Taurus

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects (to Venus in your hidden sector) will peak with a hidden burst of fire, as Venus conjoins Uranus. A secret attraction, private desire or unacknowledged want can heat up. If you’ve been ignoring prompts for change, this influence will remind you that everything cannot stay the same. This is about what you really want, and that may have changed from what it used to be. Uranus will be entering your sign as of this May, which will be huge for you – your life will be forcibly upgraded. The Venus/Uranus conjunction could be a hint about what’s coming up.

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in your sector of health and routine takes that hidden issue and urges you to look at it. It’s time to get practical – how does this issue impact your daily life? What might happen if you exposed what’s undeveloped to the light of day? The Moon’s trine to the Uranus-ruled South Node in your career sector suggests this is a work issue – old habits related to success, professional image or future goals may need to be updated. Professional results or endings will be key.

The square to Mars/Saturn will ensure that you factor in long-range goals/initiatives involving travel, education, legal matters or publishing. You won’t be able to move forward with those goals until you balance fantasy with reality, or what’s hidden with what’s part of your daily routine. Too, a barrier or consequence can push you to look at what you’ve been denying.

Mercury Rx in your hidden sector says that you’ve already been in the process of re-examining what you haven’t openly discussed. The events of this Moon (from March 31st to April 1st) will help you gain clarity- watch for flashes of intuition, a dream or repeat message from an odd source that helps it all fall into place.

Venus’ move into your sign (on the same day as this Moon) takes the background issue and makes it public. You’re owning it, and there’s no better way to do this than with Venus at her most powerful (since she rules your sign). This Moon’s prompts to take a practical approach to the immediate realities of your situation will enable you to grow your security and self-esteem. Will those hidden issues come out in glorious burst of success? Maybe, maybe not. But with Venus in your corner, you can attract what you want, if you ground yourself in what never fails – your solid sense of who you are. Sure, that’s about to change, courtesy of Uranus. But there’s still a core sense of where you stand, even if some of the landscape is going to be altered.

Gemini

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects to Venus in your social sector has led up to the Venus/Uranus conjunction, which can deliver a surprising/disruptive introduction, public result or attraction. You may decide to show your true colours (no matter what others think) or find that your social expectations are abruptly upended. Some people may disapprove. This influence can also clue you into a social opportunity that’s odd/risky but impossible to ignore.

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in your sector of self-expression will deliver results connected to the above, and the results will be public and frustrating. This could involve a performance, launch or public event. Or, it could be about you agitating to be yourself on the public stage. Consider what you project versus what others see. The Moon’s trine to the Uranus-ruled South Node in your sector of opportunities suggests this also involves the development of travel, education, legal matters or publishing. It could be time to conclude something in these areas, or break it down into plans/ideas that are immediately doable.

The square to Mars/Saturn will be the frustrating part, as private limits involving intimacy or shared finances remind you that there’s more at stake and work to be done. Blocks or responsibilities involving a partner, debts or psychological issues will ensure that you slow down and reconsider what’s happening on a social level. There are two layers here – what everyone can see and what only you (and possibly another) are privy to. Mercury Rx indicates that you’re already in the process of questioning or analyzing , and March 31st to April 1st can deliver clarity regarding a friendship, group discussion or what you’ve been trying to launch publicly.

Venus’ move into your hidden sector (on the same day as this Moon) suggests your immediate response to all of the above may be to pull back. What was public will now go private, or will push you to reconsider what you really want (in private). This could also be about a healing retreat that allows you to re-stabilize while taking stock of your secret  resources.

Cancer

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects to Venus in your career sector deliver results in the form of the Venus/Uranus conjunction. A professional relationship, job opportunity or something involving your professional image can hit you with a surge of inspiration or shock. This could be about you as a trailblazer/rule-breaker in your field, or having your professional expectations rattled. Too, you may suddenly realize that it’s time to update your professional values or approach to others you work with.

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in your domestic sector brings the results home, as your family or private life are impacted. What happened out there will surely resonate inside, and the Moon’s trine to the Uranus-ruled South Node (in your sector of shared resources) says this is also about rebalancing what you share, or how you trust, with your own survival and financial resources. An unexpected change in your professional status, or the status of your partner, could be involved.

The square to Mars/Saturn indicates that partnership restrictions/goals, or your partner’s insistence on doing things their way, will cause frustration. Challenging actions  could slow you down, as you balance what you want with what your partner is striving for. Mercury Rx indicates  this will be part of an existing process of re-evaluation of your career/future goals/professional image, and March 31st-April 1st could provide the information you need to plan your next step. Too, Mercury Rx suggests that a conversation with management is up for review. This could be about professional conduct, and the results. Another’s challenging rules will cause you to take a second look at what you’re communicating.

Venus’ move into your social sector indicates that your next step may involve taking stock of your social resources. How does the Venus/Uranus surprise impact your relationship to the group/public? How do your new professional values translate to your social connections? You can attract favourable energy from others, despite whatever restrictions this Moon illuminated, by recognizing who (amongst friends or public connections) adds value to your life, and who is compromising your self-esteem.

Leo

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects to Venus in your sector of opportunities culminate with the Venus/Uranus conjunction. Long-distance romance, education, travel, legal matters or publishing might be areas where you take a leap into the unknown or are shocked by a development. What’s new can be intriguing and/or unnerving. This could be about you taking that big risk in order to get something you want. Or, something you want can develop in unforeseen ways.

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in your communication sector will delver results around the above, via an answer, conversation, decision or understanding. The Mars/Saturn square suggests you’ll be struggling with frustrating work or health rules – what you need to deliver, correct or work on can feel like an insurmountable task. Consider how your responses/ideas can be balanced with the actions you have to take (or the actions that are limited). Mercury Rx indicates  this will also involve a closer look at what you believe, learned, are teaching or writing, and there could be an “a ha” moment from March 31st to April 1st. Work and responsibilities in your immediate reality will factor into your review of big-picture goals.

Fortunately, the Moon’s trine to the South Node (and the Sun’s trine to the North Node in your sign) indicates this is part of a process that should be progressing naturally – a relationship issue can advance to a place where you feel empowered, if you carefully consider certain nonnegotiable duties. A key theme may be unbalanced service. What needs to be corrected?

Venus’ move into your career sector bodes well for you, as you immediately look at nurturing a strategic partnership, your professional image or a job opportunity. Mercury Rx may have put certain issues on pause, but you’re still working on those future goals. Venus can help you attract lucrative opportunities based on your patience and solid sense of your professional gifts.

Virgo

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects to Venus in your sector of shared resources leads to the Venus/Uranus conjunction -an abrupt development involving debts, taxes, loans, your partner’s finances or intimacy. What happens will be clarifying, but can also make you feel out of control. There could be a surprising ending, or gift/reveal that opens you up on a deeper level. Too, you may be tempted to make an impulsive investment or large purchase.

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in your sector of personal resources triggers results involving your earned money, self-esteem and security. You may need to rebalance what you have with what you owe, or what you want with what someone else has. Your resources versus their resources will be key, and the square to Mars/Saturn suggests a crucial area of desire/accomplishment will be the point of frustration – what you want to create, or the appreciation you’d like, will be limited. You may have to put in more effort, or accept that this particular goal may be undermining your security. How much is it worth to you? Mercury Rx suggests a key financial or intimate discussion will be featured, with some hard questions being asked. Too, you may have to take an unblinking look at your own fears, compulsions or addictions. Not getting everything you want will give you time to seriously consider the deeper issues. March 31st to April 1st can deliver an uncomfortable but profoundly honest answer.

The Moon’s trine to the South Node in your sector of routine indicates that this is also about your daily habits, health or work – you may be confronting some limits about what you can do and what you have to do. Consider your current reality, and if it’s time to liberate yourself from unproductive routines. An ultimate goal and area of pride/power lies ahead, but you have to confront certain facts about your daily habits.

Venus’ move into your sector of opportunities sees you looking towards the future, despite Mercury Rx’s pause. There’s more out there, and with your slow, steady exploration, you can attract something of value. Despite the frustrations, this is part of the process of moving into newer, richer territory. Venus can attract favourable opportunities in travel, education, legal matters, publishing or long-distance romance.

Libra

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects to Venus in your relationship sector have led you to the abrupt Venus/Uranus conjunction. A relationship can suddenly begin, or turn a sharp corner. A new relationship may have rapidly progressed through all the stages, and the finale hits you when you east expect it.

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in your sign ensures that emotions will be at a peak as you attempt to process what’s happening. Projection will be a powerful theme – consider if surprising developments with someone else are a symptom of unavoidable change in your life. The square to Mars/Saturn suggests domestic/family responsibilities or arguments will provide pressure, as you attempt to balance those commitments with what’s happening in your love life. This is a time of patience and inner strength, as you struggle to arrive at a compromise, or move forward with your life.

Mercury Rx indicates that a previous relationship issue (or a past relationship) will be part of the equation. Some time apart may be called for, as you and your partner take a breather. If your partner has changed their mind about something, it can be difficult to wait, but know that you can’t force the issue. Even if things come to a standstill, know that Mercury Rx (from March 31st to April 1st) can deliver a clarifying message or decision.

The Moon’s trine to the Uranus-ruled South Node in your sector of self-expression indicates that this will involve the development or completion of a new attraction, issues with children, or your desire for greater appreciation and recognition. These things can be yours, if you pay attention to the message Mercury Rx is delivering. And, if you use this pressured pause to consider what needs to be rebalanced, regarding relationship expectations. This could be about you speaking up, rather than waiting for the other person to say what you’re feeling.

Venus’ move into your sector of shared resources gets you looking at deeper issues involving finances or intimacy. Whatever’s happening on the surface of your relationship, know that you can immediately turn your attention to enhancing security and inner resources, regarding what you share or owe. It may be time to turn inwards and consider what really belongs to you.

Scorpio

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects (including Jupiter in your sign) to Venus in your sector of routine culminates with the Venus/Uranus conjunction. Watch for abrupt developments involving work, daily routines or health, as you experience a breakthrough or shock regarding something you wanted. Assistance can suddenly appear, or be yanked away. Too, your willingness to help someone may do a 180, as you make an impulsive yes or no decision.

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in your hidden sector ties this in to the reveal of something secret or unacknowledged. What you’ve been ignoring, or what’s been in your blindspot, can now be made clear, and the square to Mars/Saturn indicates that you’ll have to stop and consider the implications. Instructions or discussions involving a diagnosis, work task or obligation can add pressure, as you’re pushed to deliver or correct. Mercury Rx says that this is not the final answer, but this is a point of clarification or reveal of an error – developments can extend to April 1st. Now that you know what you know, you can start planning.

The Moon’s trine to the Uranus-ruled South Node in your domestic sector indicates that issues with family or your past will be part of this. You’re attempting to grow your career, future goals or status, and this Moon’s developments will help you do just that if you work with what it’s revealed.

Venus’ move into your partnership sector suggests developments can assist you in nurturing a more balanced, secure partnership, even if things seem edgy at the moment. Consider what values you and your partner share, and where there needs to be adjustments. If you’re single, this can be about making some much-needed improvements in your daily life, and then seeing what this manifests for you. Others can be attracted to your assurance that you know exactly what you want, and what’s best for you. Consider if you’re waiting for someone else to provide abundance and stability, or if these are things you can develop on your own.

Sagittarius

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects to Venus in your sector of self-expression culminate with the attention- grabbing Venus/Uranus conjunction. You may take a risk regarding love or a creative project – there’s a powerful urge to flaunt your talents or gifts. This energy encourages impulsive flirtations or lightening-bolt attractions. Too, there could be unpredictable events involving children, a new (uncommitted) romance or celebrations. If you’re partying or cutting loose, use caution.

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in your social sector is about you in the spotlight, and this will be based on events from the Venus/Uranus conjunction. That attention you wanted will be coming at you, as events with friends, groups or the public come to a head. The square to Mars/Saturn will add insecurities or tough consequences, so all the attention may not be welcome. You could be confronted with a financial or emotional shortfall, as you discover there’s not enough. Judgements from others can feel unfair – not everyone may approve of how you express yourself or what you’re creating.

Mercury Rx is already taking you through a process of revision regarding attraction, creativity or open self-expression. The drive to be you in all your glory will not be a quick journey – you may have to reconsider the public message you’re putting out. Does what’s reflected out there accurately represent who you really are? Too, an initial flirtation/attraction may require more questions or time. March 31st-April 1st can deliver some clarity.

The Moon’s trine to the South Node in your communication sector can help, because this is a chance to advance an idea or plan- consider how much further you can take what you’re thinking, once you sort out the details and rebalance your personal goals with your public contacts.

Venus’ move into your sector of routine insists that it’s time to get serious about the above. Even though Mercury is still Rx, you can focus on your immediate health and/or work routines – what do you have going for you in those areas (that can be nurtured) and what do you need to improve? Venus can ground you in solid approaches to self-care, while drawing your attention to any imbalances around what you do for others and what they do for you.

Capricorn

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects (including Pluto in your sign) to Venus in your domestic sector will result in the disruptive yet liberating Venus/Uranus conjunction. A desired objective regarding family, relocation, a domestic partnership or home renovation can hit you with an unexpected benefit or minus. Either way, this is likely to be quite different from what you’ve been planning, and will signal a break from the past.

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in your career sector adds results regarding future goals and/or career. The balance between home and professional life may be tricky, and the square from Mars/Saturn in your sign sees you hammering away at events as you attempt to keep everything under control. However, even you can’t make it all fall into place, although your extra effort will be demanded. Rather than trying to control everything, take stock of what’s worked so far, what needs more work, and what needs to be discarded. Take new developments in stride – a Plan B will be helpful. Mercury Rx suggests you’ll be revisiting a family discussion, reconsidering domestic details or digging into family history to get at the truth. March 31st-April 1st can reveal something substantial, which will help you adjust your future path.

The Moon’s trine to the Uranus-ruled South Node in your sector of personal resources suggests the above events are part of the lessons about learning to trust, share or pool your resources. At the moment, you can gain power by aligning yourself with someone and building trust, or looking beneath the surface of this situation. Rather than undermining your security, this will add to it, even as you confront what you’d rather ignore. You may have discovered (to your shock) that your personal security/happiness is going to unfold very differently than originally planned. Home finances may be an issue.

As Venus moves into your sector of self-expression, you’ll be focusing on you, or something you’re trying to create. Now that Venus/Uranus has opened your eyes to new developments in love, money or personal values, you can concentrate on solidifying what will make you happiest, even as you deal with the frustrations of the Full Moon. You may not have even realized you wanted this, until now.

Aquarius

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects to Venus in your communication sector have led to the Venus/Uranus conjunction. Watch for an answer, realization or piece of information that shocks you with its burst of clarity/excitement. This could be an unexpected piece of good news, or a flirtatious comment that takes you aback. Too, you may blurt something out because you can’t hold it in any longer. It may be time to rip the bandage off, or declare your true desires.

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in your opportunities sector takes the above developments and projects them onto a wider screen. Results involving travel, education, legal matters, publishing or beliefs will be involved, and the square to Mars/Saturn suggests hidden or unacknowledged limits/responsibilities will slow you down. What’s revealed on the surface will be impacted by behind-the-scenes frustrations. What you can’t do, or what you have to do, will not be obvious to everyone, but these issues will see you reconsidering what you know, or what you have to deliver. Mercury Rx indicates a repeat conversation, corrections to what was said, or second thoughts about what’s being publicly announced. Use this pause (as frustrating as it is) to reconsider the information in front of you, and look carefully at what you’re communicating to others. You may need to adjust your dialogue to take background restrictions into consideration. March 31st – April 1st can clarify the information that’s been up for review.

The Moon’s trine to the South Node in your sign says that this pause is actually part of your journey forward – what you’re working through will allow you to leave behind old issues of mistrust/alienation, while developing your one-on-one relationships (or your ability to balance your needs with another) more fully. If you’re in a relationship, this can be an important turning point -keep talking it through.

As Venus moves into your domestic sector, you’ll also be looking at how the above issues will impact the security of your home or family. Venus can help you bring more beauty, happiness and stability to your immediate surroundings, as you consider where you feel at home, or where you feel uncomfortable/alienated. The key will be grounding yourself in what works right now. If home/family doesn’t feel welcoming, the events of this Moon  can help you figure out what needs to change.

Pisces

Last week’s intense Jupiter/Pluto aspects to Venus in your sector of personal resources have led to the Venus/Uranus conjunction. A sudden change in finances or personal values might disrupt your security – more or less of what you want can be unnerving. Watch for sudden urges to spend or put yourself in a position that impacts your self-esteem. Is it worth the risk?

The Venus-ruled Full Moon in your sector of shared resources indicates that these results will impact the intimate side of your relationship, or your shared finances (debts, taxes, your partner’s finances). Imbalances between your security versus what you share/owe can be hi-lighted, and the square to Mars/Saturn will trigger reminders of what you don’t have enough of(financially or emotionally). You may be confronted by significant  debts or psychological pressure, as a social prompt or rule delivers consequences. You may need to deal with your social responsibilities in order to rebalance personal financial or emotional issues. Mercury Rx is already taking you through a revision process regarding earned money, personal values and self-esteem- use these developments to look closely at what needs to change in these areas.

The Moon’s trine to the South Node in your hidden sector indicates that this is all part of going behind the curtain and confronting the shadow stuff. What’s hidden or unacknowledged (or undeveloped) needs a reality check. What do you need to get real about? This Moon will help you do just that.

Venus’ move into your communication sector helps you put these things into words, as new ideas and conversations grow from your desire to enhance your wellbeing. Give it a name and start thinking about how you can make it real – you attract what you put out.

Horoscopes for March 18th, 2018 to March 25th, 2018

Overview

Ceres in Leo stations direct on March 19th, triggering the next stage in a chapter of nurturing or endings. Ceres’ association with the entire cycle of nurturing and loss always combines themes of letting go with hanging onto what’s precious. There’s a season for growth, but that season can’t continue indefinitely. You may be creating something powerful now, or accepting that it’s time to say goodbye.

March 20th brings a conjunction between Mercury and Venus in Aries – sizzling words/information will definitely sound good when attraction unites with communication. Followed by the Sun’s Aries ingress (the Spring Equinox) this starts things off on a vibrant note – new life, new attraction, new potential. But Mercury will station Rx on on March 22nd, so what you learn/communicate will not be straightforward. Mercury Rx means more questions, reviews and changes of heart. The initial spark (regarding a financial, creative or emotional issue) will need to be examined more closely. Mercury stations direct on April 15th, so full progress may be delayed until then.

There was a previous Mercury/Venus conjunction on March 4th (in Pisces) so these two dates may be connected. Mercury/Venus in Pisces was the romantic promise or dreamy idea. Now it’s struggling to emerge in the new-born fire of Aries.

March 23rd to 25th sees a square from Pluto and an inconjunct from Jupiter to Venus. Pluto will pump up Venus in Aries’ I-want-it-now desires, but the trigger will be complicated themes of power and fear of losing control. Pluto turns it into a survival issue, where what’s wanted feels like life or death. The discordant inconjunct from Jupiter (expansion) in Pluto-ruled Scorpio will exaggerate this. Keep your cravings in check, and keep your eye on the power plays of others. How much do you want this, and how is your happiness going to be impacted?

A square from Mars in Capricorn to the Mars-ruled Aries Sun on March 24th boosts urgency around the above. Sun/Mars is pure motivation, but the square is tense. If you’re not careful, you can push too fast/too soon. There’s so much energy here, but keep in mind that complete progress is not likely until Mercury stations direct. Focus on doing what you can – there will be some obstacles you can plough through. But accept that certain details will not be wrapped up immediately. You’ll be asked to exercise patience in impatient times.

Aries

Ceres direct in your sector of self-expression signals progress around an issue involving children, a creative project or something special that you’ve been nurturing. This could be a final chapter (ending) or a time to move forward with the next stage of what you’re creating. Watch for an increased sense of pride, confidence or release.

Mercury/Venus in your sign, and the Sun’s entrance to your sign kicks off a powerful new chapter. A desired potential/bright idea (involving romance, money, self-esteem or a creative project) can grab your attention, but Mercury Rx cautions that there’s more to consider. Expect delays or a change of heart/mind -it’s still valid, but the process won’t be quick or straightforward. Consider how the current Mercury/Venus conjunction connects to the March 4th conjunction in your hidden sector. Has something been revealed?

Meanwhile, aspects to Venus in your sign from Pluto and Jupiter can trigger cravings for success, status, money or control. A professional/financial goal, or new attraction, can devolve into struggles for power. Watch for manipulation from those in authority, and use caution if you feel compelled to push past certain boundaries to get what you want. Unconscious issues can exaggerate things, so you end up spending/expecting more than is reasonable. Mars’ square to the Sun in your sign will boost your professional ambition, but make sure you’re prepared for the consequences if you trigger someone’s defensiveness.
