Third Quarter Square between the Virgo Moon and Sagittarius Sun (26 deg)
Mercury in Sagittarius sextile Juno in Libra (14 deg)
The Last Quarter Square raises questions via troublesome details and corrections in a story, promise or ideal. The vision of what might be is enthusiastic and grand, but the little facts that don’t quite add up need to be examined. The questions are a buzzkill, but ignoring them will leave you feeling restless and unsatisfied.
Mercury (ruler of Virgo) can offer some help with a harmonious connection to Juno (partnership agreements). Remain open-minded about compromises and assume that the other person wants a fair resolution just as much as you do.

Cancer Moon opposite Saturn in Capricorn (19 deg)
Cancer Moon opposite Pluto in Capricorn (21 deg)
Waning Inconjunct between the Cancer Moon and Sagittarius Sun (22 deg)
Cancer Moon opposite Venus in Capricorn (23 deg)
Moon Void of Course in Cancer at 10:56 AM EST
Moon enters Leo at 10:55 PM EST
The sensitive Cancer Moon is hit with some difficult oppositions as Saturn suggests an impassable wall or ending, and Pluto indicates forced transformation. The vibe is heavy, with unavoidable challenges that push you to look after your own needs (this is not a warm and nurturing moment). Parental dynamics will be strong, whether you’re recalling unpleasant moments from childhood, dealing with a current tradition or struggling to parent yourself.
The Waning Inconjunct can make honouring those needs awkward but necessary. The sense that you should just “relax” or not take things so personally will be strong, and indeed there will be reason to maintain your perspective. But what you’re feeling on a personal level is valid and cannot be ignored.
The last aspect before the Moon goes VOC is an opposition to Venus: the tension between wants versus needs can make a relationship, financial or self-esteem issue seem impossible. Wants will be intensified along with the rift between between status versus comfort and success versus self-protection. Use the VOC period to contemplate what holds priority in your heart.
As the Moon enters Leo, watch for a welcome shift in the energy as confidence and the urge to make the most of who you are/what you have returns. What’s most important? You are.

Capricorn Moon sextile Neptune in Pisces (15°)
Capricorn Moon sextile Mercury in Scorpio (17°)
Capricorn Moon conjunct Saturn (17°)
Capricorn Moon conjunct Pluto (21°)
Moon Void of Course in Capricorn (10:56 PM EST)
The Moon starts off with some gentle aspects to Neptune and Mercury: intense, emotional and idealistic words are grounded with focused energy. It’s time to get a real about what might otherwise sweep you away.
And the reality intensifies with the Moon’s conjunction to Saturn. Parental issues, authority and boundaries come into sharp focus. There is a limit that cannot be avoided.
The Moon’s last aspect before she goes VOC is a conjunction with Pluto that indicates the “death” and complete transformation of the above. Here you’re confronted with the real issues that lie beneath the tradition. Pluto is ruler of Scorpio, so you may find that those initially gentle but serious words (Mercury in Scorpio) had a much deeper impact than anticipated. Truths will be unearthed, and this is not a bad thing. Excellent for mining the full benefits from an apparently rigid situation. In some cases, true power can be accessed.
The Moon enters Aquarius and VOC ends on November 30th at 3:13 PM EST.

Capricorn Moon square Juno in Libra (8°)
Capricorn Moon conjunct the South Node (8°)
Juno in Libra square the Capricorn South Node/Cancer North Node (8°)
Mercury in Scorpio trine Neptune in Pisces (15°)
Mercury in Scorpio opposite Vesta RX in Taurus (15°)
Venus in Capricorn trine Uranus RX in Taurus (3°)
The Moon and Juno
Juno in Libra is about balanced relationship agreements. But when she makes a square aspect to the Nodes, something about this agreement is unbalanced and troublesome. South Node is the past or what is culminating, and North Node is what you are moving towards. So you may be stuck at a point where you and another disagree, or relationship rules/commitments (SN issues) feel unfair.
The Capricorn Moon uniting with the SN and squaring Juno could trigger a turning point in this situation. Note that the Moon rules the North Node, so the key is integrating past rules/traditions with a new awareness of needs and emotional expression. Until this integration happens the partnership agreement will remain stuck and crisis-ridden. Parental dynamics will be a major theme.
Mercury
Mercury triggers the last of three aspects to Vesta and Neptune. Due to Mercury’s previous RX, the opposition and trine first occurred from October 15-23rd. Back then, you were introduced to taboo, secret or intense words/ideas that challenged a focus (Vesta) on material security and habits. But the trine to Neptune encouraged that flow of information as you explored deeper levels.
These aspects reoccurred from November 10-13th, when Mercury was RX-more questions were asked or investigations burrowed beneath the surface.
Today, the issue that began in October is wrapping up. The challenge to a material focus or fixed routine is still there, but now there is a conclusion based on what you have learned. Deeper truths, or an understanding of psychological issues can help you move forward or have a compassionate conversation about money, fear of change or sacred boundaries.
The November 27th post about Neptune sextile Vesta is also connected to this: consider how an integration of the physical and spiritual can deepen your understanding of what is valuable to you.
Venus
Venus’ harmonious aspect to Uranus can help you deal with changes to relationships, values, security or self-esteem. You can incorporate those changes gradually, within an existing structure (Capricorn). You’re not breaking any rules about what you want or love, but you are making some changes. The definition of what’s considered valuable or attractive will shift.
Venus is the common energy in all of the above (Venus rules Libra and Taurus). So the overarching theme is addressing unbalanced relationships and a shift in values. Taurus is about subjective, “me first” Venus and Libra is about objective “what about you” Venus.

Deviant Art The Sagittarius New Moon occurs on November 26th marking the beginning of Sagittarius season. Sagittarius times tend to be more lighthearted and hopeful than periods dominated by, say, Scorpio, which we have been going through over the past few weeks. Two planets still linger in Scorpio, but the Full Moon in […]
