Good day friend! Sun (ego, identity) and Mercury (thoughts, communications, short journeys) will both bid farewell from grounded Taurus on Tuesday May 21, to enter curious Gemini. Rather than feel stuck or remain immobile, we’ll take a deep breath; trying a different way that will lead us toward a better change with Sun/Mercury in Gemini. And […]

Immovable Opinions
Good day! In our attempt to rebuild what holds value for us, Mercury will exit from spontaneous Aries on Monday afternoon May 6, to enter stubborn Taurus. In the next three weeks, our focus moves from unstoppable to immovable with Mercury in Taurus – which can stall or slow down thoughts, communications and short travels. […]
ReBuilding Our Value
Where we’ve been investing our energy will begin to slow down considerably, or possibly come to a complete pause under the next four-and-a-half months as Taskmaster Saturn stations retrograde on Monday April 29. As insecurities, responsibilities and fears start to rise beneath the big boss Saturn, we can either renegotiate, restructure, and rebuild… or re-experience […]

3rd Quarter Square between the Aquarius Moon and Taurus Sun (6 deg)
Mercury in Aries trine Ceres Rx in Sagittarius (13 deg)
Uranus in Taurus sextile Juno in Cancer (2 deg)
3rd Quarter Square
The crisis between what’s new and what’s established can push you to question what you want. Current definitions of security may be getting stale – something is urging you to step back and look at what you have in a different light. This process can feel uncomfortable, because you may not want to question what’s worked so far. But it’s time to shake things up and if you’re being honest you’ll admit that what’s in front of you feels a bit stifling.
Mercury/Ceres
Mercury in Aries is not usually considered nurturing, but this aspect suggests bold words can fuel the care and feeding of an adventure or area of learning. Fresh ideas and assertive speech will support what you’re exploring. Or, maybe you’re asserting your intentions to look after someone. Nurturing in this context may require courage, as you venture into a new area.
Uranus/Juno
Juno in Cancer is the “safe” agreement- a partnership contract that features protection, comfort and parental roles. But what’s safe needs to change a bit and the sextile to Uranus suggests a gentle hint of movement into a new area. The relationship itself may encompass some new facets that still work with the original commitment. Or, there may be an agreement to look after each other in a new way that’s still stable. Watch for an emerging definition of resources.

April 25th, 2019: Permanent Endings

Moon in Capricorn sextile Neptune in Pisces (17 deg)
Moon in Capricorn conjunct Saturn and the South Node (20 deg)
Moon in Capricorn conjunct Pluto Rx (23 deg)
Moon Void of Course in Capricorn at 3:47 pm EDT
Moon enters Aquarius and VOC ends (April 26th 5:27 am EDT)
The Capricorn Moon makes some heavy aspects as it crosses Saturn and the South Node – a permanent ending is highlighted, along with the need for control and strict boundaries. This is about a door closing that can never be re-opened. You may briefly revisit something from the past but ultimately you’re encouraged to move on. Watch for a reminder of responsibility.
The Moon’s sextile to Neptune won’t do much to lighten the mood- there may be a gentle reminder that compassion or sacrifice are involved but overall the energy is quite focused on what must be left behind.
The Moon’s final aspect before it goes VOC is a conjunction with Pluto Rx – the death of old traditions/structures or the part of the ending process that allows you to toss out the garbage. Pluto purges and Moon/Pluto can be seen as the purge of outdated needs and attachments.
The Moon is Void for the remainder of the day, allowing you to process the above. As the Moon enters Aquarius the next day, watch for increased clarity, detachment and lightness as you accelerate towards the future.

April 18th, 2019: Aries Sun Sextile Black Moon Lilith

Aries Sun sextile Black Moon Lilith in Aquarius (28 deg)
Lilith’s dangerous woman/outsider is given a boost. Subjective ego and purpose are integrated with fringe expressions of women’s sexuality/power. A social issue may be illuminated, or you may feel that it’s time to express a part of yourself that people object to.
It takes courage to own taboo energy- to step forward from detachment and make it purely personal. To say “This is who I am.” This harmonious aspect allows you to do this in a way that’s effortless, but the energy of the sextile is so effortless that you could miss it.. Watch for the moment when you feel a slight nudge to step forward and declare what’s uncomfortable or forbidden – something that breaks the rules about how a woman “should” be.
