Juno in Libra is about balanced relationship agreements. But when she makes a square aspect to the Nodes, something about this agreement is unbalanced and troublesome. South Node is the past or what is culminating, and North Node is what you are moving towards. So you may be stuck at a point where you and another disagree, or relationship rules/commitments (SN issues) feel unfair.
The Capricorn Moon uniting with the SN and squaring Juno could trigger a turning point in this situation. Note that the Moon rules the North Node, so the key is integrating past rules/traditions with a new awareness of needs and emotional expression.
