A day for radical female energy.

Venus/Uranus (in Venus-ruled Taurus) is the disruption of secure or habitual expressions of attraction/values/ resources. What you thought was beautiful and worthy of attention will be upended. There can be anxiety combined with an irresistible urge to express a disruptive side of your love life/values/appearance. Will others accept and admire? Some will not, but some will be magnetized by the electric surge of individuality.

This is an aspect that pushes you to question what’s admirable or creative. There can also be a strong urge to take major risks, because the drive to break free and just be yourself/get what you want will be overpowering. Remember that any burned bridges cannot be rebuilt.

Sun/BML illuminates the tension between fame/pride/recognition versus a more subversive, less defined female energy. What you’re proud to display will have to be tempered with what most people don’t want to acknowledge (BML is the witch/prostitute/other woman/outsider). Her influence seeps into Leo’s bright glow and reminds you that there’s more going on underneath. Beneath the glamour is a current of cool, transcendent female energy that cannot be contained or defined. Your audience won’t approve, but that’s ok – this is how you draw public attention to Lilith’s issues.

The trick is not allowing BML’s energy to undermine your power. If she’s mishandled or ignored, she can really do a number on your ego. Treat her with respect but don’t allow her anger at being an outsider to dominate.

Mars/Neptune shows the incompatibility between actions motivated by pride versus selfless impulses. You may be torn between wanting to push for attention when there’s a niggling suspicion that this isn’t quite enough. This can result in actions that are weakened or based in fantasy (you achieve recognition in your dreams but do nothing in the real world).

As with all inconjuncts, adjustment is key – act in the real world (in a passionate, public way) but don’t ignore the whisper of spirituality/belief. Channeled correctly, this energy is extremely creative, leading to some beautiful efforts that can trigger admiration for you, but also resonate on a purely artistic or spiritual level.

Vesta’s sextile to Neptune can help with the above, as Neptune’s impossible dream is grounded by focus (Vesta) on immediate realities: money, security, preservation. This is about reaching towards the fantasy and integrating it into your life. Vesta is the sacred flame, and Neptune elevates this – basic, physical issues (the body, your money) can become matters of divine focus (your temple) if you sanctify them with your devotion. Liberation and clarity can either give you a burst of courage so you really express yourself (in a daring way) or your pride will be seriously shaken: where you thought you were exceptional turns out to be way off the mark. Suddenly, recognition does not matter.

Uranus rules Leo’s opposite sign, so this aspect is about being at the centre in an unusual way, or questioning the value of being at the centre. The outcast celebrity. The king/queen who breaks the rules. Spotlight on eccentricities.

Whichever way this pans out, know that the expected definitions of power will be disrupted. There could be an urge to do something risky as a grab for appreciation. Or, egos could be shaken by radical truths. What you thought was “the best” will be displaced and updated.

Don’t cling to what was – detach (Uranus) from your ego and make room for dramatic new energy. This can aspect can be quite volatile, so others could make bizarrely extreme gestures. Understand that the root is their craving for appreciation and attention, because their old values are collapsing.

If you get the urge to act out, take a minute and consider if you really need to go that far to get attention. Is this a “no going back” scenario? Or, is it time to toss a bomb into the works and see what happens?
