Pallas’ Transit of Leo

Pallas enters Leo on July 11th, 2018. Her strategies and patterns are dramatic in this sign- the exciting solution or the showy creation.

This is the transit of bold, public strategies – the masterstroke designed to impress. Look how I’ve saved the day! The goal is to blow others away, and the impact is just as important as the effectiveness of the solution. Ditto for creative work – applause is the final goal and designs are meant to grab attention. The joy that went into creating something will be evident, and creations will bring joy. This is a celebration of what’s bright and beautiful.

If you’re planning, creating, designing or addressing a problem, this transit suggests your efforts will be shinier than usual. Play to the audience and use people’s reactions as an indicator of how successful you’ve been. This is not the moment to hide your work.

Pallas will exit Leo for Virgo on September 4th, 2018.

Pallas’ Transit of Cancer

Pallas (strategies, wisdom, seeing patterns) enters Cancer on May 21st. Cancer’s protectiveness and empathy (towards family and loved ones) mix with Pallas’ wisdom and concern with justice (Pallas is named after Pallas Athena, the warrior goddess of wisdom). Patterns are based on what feels safe and looks comfortable, BUT, this can also be a time when you see a family pattern of abuse or addiction or any negative inheritance. Pallas connects the dots and she can do so creatively (home decorating, home business) or on a deeper level.

Home, family and mother/child issues become the focus for strategies. This is a good transit if you need to dig into the past, tackle a family problem or figure out the best way to cook for/nurture others. Excellent for family counselling. Intuition is heightened – if you’re stuck, pay attention to your gut.

Juno’s Transit of Aries: Brave New Partnership

Juno enters Aries on April 28th, 2018 at 3:44 AM EDT. This could be about a brand new partnership or issues of independence/pushiness/courage in a relationship. Whether a new or existing partnership is involved, the mutual handling of anger and independence will be key. Do you both have the courage to enter new territory together?

Juno in Aries describes two individuals in a relationship. There is no merging, just an agreement to respect each other’s autonomy. Neediness or efforts to control/restrict will trigger difficulties.

Since Aries is the first sign, this transit could indicate an entirely new facet of a partnership, or a newborn contract that’s full of passion and excitement for the future. Forward movement is key now – the agreement must encourage mutual progress. Problems can arise when one partner doesn’t want to advance.

As noted in this weeks’s horoscopes, Juno conjoins Chiron on April 29th. New agreement, new partnership, new wound. Right out of the gate, you’ll be confronting Chiron in Aries issues – perhaps you and another are fighting to be together in the face of disapproval. Or one partner’s urge for freedom raises fears of infidelity and abandonment. One partner may be ready to confront the wound but the other is not.

Juno/Chiron suggests a union with a maverick quality – others are offended or challenged by it. What do you do in the face of those challenges, when they hurt? Ideally, you join forces and are stronger because of it.

Juno will exit Aries for Taurus on July 1st, 2018.

Pallas’ Transit Of Taurus: Solid Strategies

pexels-photo-207205.jpeg

Pallas has come ’round to Taurus again, entering this sign on January 19th at 9:29 PM EST. I posted about her Taurus transit last year, and the same themes apply – strategies are grounded in the moment. Plans/solutions are simple and based on essentials.

Last year, Pallas stationed Rx in Taurus, but this year she moves through fairly quickly, entering Gemini on March 29th, 2018. But her transit will still be significant, thanks to a square with the Sun that marks the start of Aquarius season. There will be a challenge in planning for now versus the future. Do you need to make sense of what you have in front of you, or do you need a more detached perspective? This will be about innovation versus what you know.

Either way, Pallas in Taurus is about making the strategy real. It’s no longer theoretical. You must be able to touch the pattern you’re visualizing. And, it has to grow. Taurus is Fixed (supposedly unmoving), but it’s a fertile Earth sign- this will result in an eventual harvest.

December 16th, 2017: Going Back, Moving Forward

  • Sun in Sagittarius trine Pallas Rx in Aries: 25 deg
  • Sun in Sagittarius trine Uranus Rx in Aries: 24 deg
  • Mercury Rx in Sagittarius trine the Leo North Node: 16 deg
  • Ceres stations Rx: 18 deg Leo

Lots of retrograde activity today, as you redo in order to reignite hope, courage and pride. Rx is also about pausing and looking within – the internal journey that enables you to mine precious gold. Allow yourself to be still, and see what emerges.

Sun trine Pallas/Uranus energizes bold, slightly crazy strategies. Sagittarius urges you to look further and think bigger, while the Sun illuminates a pattern whose time has come. Pallas and Uranus are both Rx, so this won’t be a new strategy, but it is time to take it further.

Mercury and the North Node say that asking again, looking again or reviewing the story is the way to develop it. In order to hook yourself into the future, you’ll have to look back.

This is a repeat aspect:

  • Nov 19th, 2017: Mercury direct trine the North Node (18 deg)
  • Dec 29th, 2017: Mercury direct trine the North Node (15 deg)

You’ll be revisiting a conversation or idea that has strong future potential, but it won’t develop instantly.

Ceres Rx  urges you to go back over a creation/point of pride that you’ve been nurturing. Maybe it’s not quite ready to be displayed. Or, this could be a second chance bring life to something.
