If (like many people) you had the traditional mildly- to moderately-disappointing Valentine’s Day, there’s potential for compensation this week, as both Venus and Mars enter Aries and are ready to shake off that lack of assertiveness that so often comes with Pisces.
Monday and Tuesday provide nice, constructive energy to get the work week started. Moon in Aquarius likes to find smart solutions to commonly-held problems, and that’s the sort of thinking your workplace could probably need. Get your work done and then have a celebratory pat on the back Tuesday evening as the Moon passes opposite Jupiter and lightens the overall mood considerably.
On the other hand, Moon in Aquarius has a reputation for being a little weird, and never more so than on Wednesday. There is a New Moon that takes place (depending on which source you go by) at either 29° 59’Aquarius or at 0° 0″ Pisces. So: which sign is the New Moon actually in? Prepare to scream in agony, dear Sticklers For Precision: since the cabinet itself is 2 1/2° wide in the sky, you might as well say that The Moon is in BOTH Signs. Either way, it’s still a good time to sit down your intentions for what you want to change in the next month.
On Thursday, Mars enters Aries. The next few weeks should, overall, be a better time than you’ve seen recently for getting new projects initiated. Mars had a relatively sweet temperament while it was in Pisces, and that’s great… but that placement always has a hard time directing its energies properly. Mars in Aries is a lot better at taking the initiative.
On Friday, Venus also enters Aries. This can be a problematic place for the Goddess of Love to be. Venus in Aries is better suited to taking bold romantic steps then just simply lying around and looking good and playing the role of Damsel in Distress. Hey… if Rapunzel had just knotted her bed sheets together, she could’ve probably climbed down from that tower herself. The romantic situation for this weekend might enable you to do much the same for yourself.
Venus and Mars are conjunct in early Aries for the weekend, which stands a good chance to amp up a lot of people’s romantic and sexual impulses. The Moon in Aries on Saturday boosts those urges even more… too bad it’s Void of Course Saturday evening. Plan wisely and (literally or figuratively) use protection. Moon in Taurus on Sunday will cool off the tension a bit while still keeping things plenty romantic.
