So: you had enough yet? Ready to make some changes? Well if so, I have some good news for you this week. Not one, not two, not even three… four different opportunities for you to start making some serious changes in your life are coming your way. Take advantage of them!
The Sun enters Libra on Monday. This literally marks a change in seasons, and any time the Sun moves to a new Sign there is always a subtle shift of tone. I won’t belabor the usual points about how Libra is all about “balance” and “harmony” — because Libras can be just as maniacal as anyone else if they put their minds to it — but it does seem as if “playing well with others” is both a little easier and more expected of us at this time of year.
Monday’s also the day that Pluto comes off of its long retrograde. I spoke of “serious changes” earlier, and Pluto rules serious change. It’s time once more to begin to expect the foundations to start shaking, as the Uranus-Pluto square is once more coming into play. Even though it doesn’t reach its next peak until December, it’s always there just beneath the surface like a shark. Be aware of it.
The New Moon in Libra late Tuesday evening/early Wednesday morning is also an important opportunity for you to reboot your life. If you’re big on making New Moon affirmations (and if not, I recommend it), you’ll have a chance to reassess your relationship with others and with money and material things.
Finally, the entire week features Jupiter trine Uranus, which reaches a peak on Thursday. Jupiter is not just the Good Time Charlie of the Solar System. It also represents the deep-down satisfaction that comes when your life and your desires line up with your own deepest inner truths and philosophy. Uranus brings the wild-eyed eccentric energy that it sometimes takes to get things done in this world. When the two are joined in a trine, sometimes amazing things can happen. If your life needs an Amazing Thing, now might be the time to make it so.
Finally, if your communications could stand a little more seriousness, Mercury enters Scorpio on Saturday… just in time for Date Night. Want to get serious about someone? Now just might be the time to tell them that. And since the Moon is also in Scorpio Friday and Saturday, take a long slow breath and look that Certain Someone right in the eye while you’re delivering that message. That’s the Scorpio Way, and you’d be surprised how well that could work.
