Venus enters Leo on Tuesday, which is traditionally a time when astrologers start talking about “drama” in relation to people’s love lives. The Moon is both conjunct and occult Uranus on Thursday, triggering the Saturn-Uranus quincunx. Since Mercury is unaspected in the last degree of Leo that day, pay special attention to avoiding needless conflicts and speaking before thinking.
Speaking of which: Mercury enters Virgo on Friday. Personally, I’d like to think this would make everyone a little smarter and a little more detail-oriented, but the truth is Mercury in Virgo can just as easily apply its talents to the ancient art of “death by 1000 nitpicks.” You have the power to choose your words more wisely, so use it.
Despite all of the action in two of the Zodiac’s Fixed Signs this week — Leo and Scorpio — you might be best off planning small moves rather than bold strokes. The overall mood will be big and brassy anyway, and sometimes keeping your head while other are losing theirs is your best strategy.
If you’ve been feeling a distinct emotional pinch in one department of your life or another in the last two or three weeks, odds are good that is because of the Saturn-Uranus quincunx.
