She’s not even 21 yet, but little miss country singer-turned-pop sensation Taylor Swift is on quite a roll. No, we’re not talking about her prolific songwriting career (although, incidentallly, she did just release her THIRD album Speak Now in stores this week). We’re referring to her recently developed penchant for older men.
Although she used to hang with guys her age, like Joe Jonas and Taylor Lautner, things took a turn for the cradle-robbing when she got with Cory Monteith, then John Mayer and now … Jake Gyllenhaal? Speaking of having a type, Jake’s all over the place in terms of age range, but he does have a thing for blondes (see Kirsten Dunst and Reese Witherspoon).
Jake and Taylor were spotted taking in an SNL taping, a casual hipster brunch double-date in Brooklyn and a romantic stroll in the park (hand in hand!) this past weekend.
Given that Taylor’s ex-fling John Mayer was allegedly the heartbreaking inspiration for her hot new single Dear John, we’re looking to see if Jake’s just being used as inspiration for Taylor’s next album, or if there’s something really goin’ down here.
