Overview 

The December 13th Full Moon in Gemini delivers a Moon/Saturn opposition, and a Jupiter in Libra/Uranus Rx in Aries opposition (with Ceres – fiery rebirth). These stressful aspects are connected with harmonious aspects, creating a unique mix of pressure and flow, limits and freedom (technically known as a Mystic Rectangle). Saturn will pinpoint one issue and essential reality. If you’re blocked, Jupiter/Uranus can present a loophole. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by any surprises that Jupiter/Uranus dish up, Saturn can keep you steady and focused on what needs to be done. 

Chiron in Pisces squares this Moon, and makes an awkward inconjunct to Jupiter. Overview

December 6th connects Mars in Aquarius and Uranus Rx in Aries with a harmonious sextile, which is given more power by the planets’ mutual reception (they are in each other’s signs). This mutual understanding between action and liberation creates perfect timing for initiatives, forward movement and change in general. Excitement and energy increase, but it’s all manageable. These developments are a continuation of December 1st’s Mars/Jupiter trine. Something positive is building – all you have to do is act on it. 

Venus enters Aquarius on December 7th, giving money, relationships, self-esteem and values a shot of new possibility. Change is in the air, and it looks good. Venus in this sign encourages individuality around values and relationships. If things haven’t been rosy, this transit can also encourage you to look ahead for something more promising. 

On December 8th, Mercury in Capricorn trines the Virgo North Node (which it rules) and makes a sextile to the Pisces South Node, and a sextile to Neptune (on December 10th). An important piece of information, an observation, message or conversation will be the real deal – it will provide a solid guide/solution that helps you manifest a future potential. Mercury in Capricorn grounds the Pisces longing/wish and translates it into reality (if you’re paying attention). December 9th brings a sextile between the Sagittarius Sun and Jupiter in Libra, and the Sun conjoins Saturn on December 10th. The Sun is also building to a trine with Uranus in Aries, exact on December 12th. A confirmation, commitment or rule will be illuminated. This is your reality. Get used to it, because it’s the solid foundation that Jupiter/Uranus’ change and growth are based on.

The Sun will also square Chiron in Pisces on December 12th, so there will be some doubts (Chiron) about the future (Uranus). The reality that’s illuminated may be uncomfortable. Nonetheless, positive aspects outweigh the square. There’s still a ton of potential to work with, and if some sore spots are revealed in the process, know that you’ve got the tools to deal with them.
