Fixed Star Facies
The fixed star Facies is actually a very faint cluster of stars (M22) in the constellation Sagittarius. Currently (2012) positioned at 08°28′ Capricorn, it sits in front of the face of the Archer. Astrologers have generally considered Facies to have an unfortunate influence, associated with eye problems, accidents and violence. There is some evidence to support these interpretations but it is not the whole story at all. Being in the constellation Sagittarius, Facies has a Jupiter nature giving interest in religion, politics, philosophy, travel, and expressing the self through publishing or producing something, literature or film.
