Yes it’s true, Venus is no longer retrograde and it’s in Libra. That should be all fine and well as far as your love life, except that Venus is still in what is called “the shadow period” of its retrograde, so things may not be functioning as well as they should be as far as romance and finance. That, and Mercury being retrograde at this time is not going to help much.<\/p>\n

If Mercury (your words and your intellect) and Venus (your romance and affection) aren’t functioning that smoothly, you might be tempted to lean more on Mars (the sex drive) to take the lead. You will have to be careful where you apply that, though. Mars square Jupiter<\/strong> is exact on Monday and is in effect for the entire week. That will certainly turn up the libido for many, but the square aspect can be an unruly one. As Shakespeare once said, “Don’t let the little head do all the thinking for the big head.” Or maybe it was my Dad who said that. Either way, a little discernment is called for.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, the Sun enters Sagittarius<\/strong>. This will affect different people differently based on the details of their birth chart, but you can probably expect your Sagittarius buddy who takes a paragraph longer than necessary to explain something to take a couple more paragraphs than usual. Some Sagittarians might even go so far as to throw in two extra completely unnecessary sentences just to pad out a weekly forecast to make its word count. Hey, it could happen!<\/p>\n

If you add all of this up, it sounds like there’s a lot of potential for some fun but reckless adventure this weekend, doesn’t it? Don’t expect the Moon to be of any help with controlling that, because this Friday features a Full Moon in the first degree of Gemini<\/strong>, and it is closely opposite Jupiter<\/strong>.
