Normally when these planets are energized by major aspects, we can expect movement in a lot of people’s romances. But remember that “energized” and “comfortable” are sometimes two different things, and this week’s romantic outlook may be as comfortable as a toddler cranked up on energy drinks. Mars conjunct Pluto<\/b> can be insistent and demanding, amplifying both sex drives and tempers. That kind of energy can be put to good use, but you’ve got to be careful with where and how you apply it. Meanwhile, Venus conjunct Saturn<\/b> offers us some stability… perhaps too much stability. There could be an emotional tendency to dig in your heels and not give an inch. If you like drama in your personal life, this could be the week to get some.<\/p>\n

Mars conjunct Pluto is in effect throughout the week. Urges and temperaments maybe more explosive, heightened, or uncontrollable because of this aspect. Unless it’s making a specific aspect to something in your chart, there’s no reason to be in a panic about it… just be aware of the increased chance of blowups with the people around you.<\/p>\n

Venus conjunct Saturn is in effect throughout the week as well. To many of you that will sound like a particularly chilly combination, and you’d have a point. However there is this small bit of consolation: in Vedic astrology, the planets Venus and Saturn are considered to be “great friends.” Yes, shiny and loving Venus and cold and distant Saturn sound like the oddest of odd couples. Keep in mind that, for all her charms, Venus needs solid grounding and a strong backbone to get anywhere. Both Venus and Saturn have a certain rulership over the material comforts of life, so although this combination may not bode particularly well for exciting new romance, it’s good for shoring up your defenses, straightening things out, and patching leaks in both your love life and your financial picture. Besides, if you want excitement, that’s what Mars conjunct Pluto is for.<\/p>\n

On the weekend, Mercury sextile Pluto<\/b> will give you the opportunity to communicate your needs and your intentions more clearly and with greater effect. Neptune stations and turns direct on Sunday<\/b>, making it a particularly powerful time to put your dreams into action.<\/p>\n
