\"weeklylove\"<\/a>The tense days of a couple of months ago when we used to complain about the Cardinal Grand Cross may be gone, but there is one peculiar transit in effect all this month (that is very close to exact now, and will be exact next week) that in more subtle ways could be almost as disruptive: Saturn quincunx Uranus. For many, things won’t be as obviously stressed and strained and blow-y up-y as they were in the last couple of months, but trying to make sense of April and May’s leftovers will be darned near impossible. Saturn is still retrograde, but is slowing down to a halt, making it arguably even more powerful. Uranus is slowing down too, preparing to go retrograde. And both planets are at 16\u00b0 of their respective signs: Scorpio and Aries.<\/p>\n

Both those signs are traditionally ruled by Mars. If that has you thinking, “Hey, does that mean that things have the potential to explosively fall apart?” then congratulations, consider yourself an astrologer… or at the very least, consider yourself smart enough about astrology to know why things are going to hell in a handbasket in the next couple of weeks.<\/p>\n

For the record: No, normally I wouldn’t make such a big deal out of a quincunx. It’s normally considered to be a “minor” aspect. But especially when Saturn and Uranus are so prominently involved in one, it’s “minor” in the way that the kid running around upstairs or that fly buzzing around your head keeping you awake half the night is a “minor annoyance.”<\/p>\n

Here’s the gist of it: In a lot of ways this week will probably represent an opportunity for you to clean up one area or another of your life that’s been an annoyance for some time. But at the same time, as you’re bailing water out of one part of your life, it will be leaking in somewhere else. If you look back to where most of the crazy was happening for you in the second half of April, that’s likely to be where the water is coming in. Don’t worry though… if you got through April and may, you’ll get through July.<\/p>\n

With circumstances like that hovering over the week, you could probably stand to get out this weekend and blow off some steam and perhaps fire up some frisky romantic potential. Fortunately, the planets will be providing you some opportunity to do just that.<\/p>\n

An ordinary Full Moon can be pretty exciting,\u00a0but Saturday’s Full Moon involves not just the usual Sun-Moon opposition, but a square from Mars and Uranus, which are opposed to each other. That’s a pretty dynamic combination.<\/p>\n

On Sunday, Mercury enters Cancer, and Venus trine Mars becomes exact. Play into the sensitive, caring nature of Cancer to express your needs, because Venus trine Mars will be filling your needs all weekend long. Deep, sexy needs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
