\nEvery planet in your birth chart represents a
\ndifferent part of your personality. The Sun represents the Ego, which is why
\npeople say \u201cI\u2019m a Taurus\u201d or whatever may be the case. And whenever there\u2019s
\ndifficulty in the workplace — especially when the boss is involved — it\u2019s
\nlikely the Egos\/Sun signs that are generating the difficulty.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

\nHere are some general examples of how to handle
\nyour boss on a bad day, based on his\/her Sun sign. Imagine for a moment that
\nyou\u2019ve been put in charge of a project, and that it is behind schedule, over

\nFire Sign Bosses (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

\n— Aries<\/b> wants a little personal credit for
\nwhat goes right, and take what goes wrong personally. Use their name, and don\u2019t
\nproject the blame.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n— Leo<\/b> bosses may have more of a reputation
\nfor being egotistical, but that\u2019s just because they are protecting that ego
\nbehind a defensive wall. They take the failures of others more personally than
\nmost.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n— Sagittarius<\/b> bosses tend to be focused
\nmore on the \u201cbig picture\u201d rather than the details, and are best reassured that
\nthings will be fine in the long run. Although all three Fire Sign bosses can
\nhave temper flare-ups, they usually burn out quickly.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

\nwhich work out, but they\u2019ve put thought into them. Finding any silver lining in
\na cloud will give them something positive to focus on.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n— Libra<\/b> bosses tend to feel a little more
\npersonally let down by non-personal failures, and might need a little more
\nemotional reassurance that you (or they) aren\u2019t bad people.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n— Aquarius <\/b>loves to work towards a higher
\ngoal, but don\u2019t often handle disappointment well. Reassure them that the Big
