Let the veils part; Scorpio season is officially here, courtesy of a bangin’ New Moon in Scorpio. People of the Scorpio tribe: this Moon’s got your magnetism written all over it. Set your intentions and visualize manifestation. Even if you’re not a Scorp, get with the program and turn over a fresh leaf. Whether it’s greater intimacy or more financial security, focus in and believe.

Still, you can’t make a new start, nor can you expect more, until you drop your baggage. At the rate we’re moving now, you really can’t take it with you. You will simply stay where you are, for better or worse, until you ditch the psychological patterns that hold you hostage. Go deep if you want to move ahead. It’s a bit like bobbing for apples at a Halloween Fair. You never know what you’re going to get—and yet there’s a palpable thrill mixed in with the horror of possibly getting a worm with your apple.

Allow me to suggest that you are the apple that’s afraid of encountering your inner worm. Yet worms serve a vital purpose: they aerate the earth’s soil, for instance. The stuff we most fear encountering is the stuff we must bravely look at. Maybe this New Moon will encourage you to drop the fear and go within, in search of truth and treasure. You’re likely to feel quite strongly about the stuff you find. The question is: what will you do with the new awareness you gain?
