Depending on your way of perceiving things—glass half-empty or half-full—this week\u2019s energy either provides the shot in the arm you need to shift into high gear, or it\u2019s a needle coming at you for the umpteenth time. <\/p>\n
If you found last month\u2019s events stressful, you may need to do a bit of mental magic in order to re-frame Part Two. Even our most difficult experiences present some kind of opportunity. The trick is to recognize what that might be, and then to focus on its upside, rather than bemoan your fate at being dragged through the mud. And believe me, I\u2019m not minimizing the copious quantities of mud. <\/p>\n
But something\u2019s gotta give—and that\u2019s likely the way you respond to whatever\u2019s going on. One by one, people are really getting the point that you can\u2019t make so-and-so change (whomever that irritant may be); all you can do is adjust your reaction to the trigger. In some cases, that may mean you choose forgiveness over anger. In other cases, you may need to assert yourself enough to define your bottom line so that the bee in your bonnet either buzzes off or chooses a different way to reach you. Remember, even if it looks bitchy, it\u2019s a hidden call for Love—and you\u2019ve got enough of that in your heart, right?<\/p>\n
