Feel free to play along &amp; set your own new monthly goals!<\/span><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>Gemini New Moon occurs on June 12<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_0\">th<\/span>, 2010.  My friend Kathy Rose <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=lBAF6NW86LA&amp;feature=digest\">says<\/a> this would be an ideal month for doing some affirmations (Gemini being the sign of thoughts &amp; communication), so I decided to dedicate this month to finding and practicing good affirmations.<\/p>\n<p>Affirmations are especially helpful when we try to change existing limiting thought patterns &#8211; it can be spoken, written down, and\/or sung with emotion.  If you feel challenged in any area of your life, this upcoming new moon might just be the right opportunity to start a new thinking habit, by choosing &amp; practicing the appropriate affirmation.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some positive affirmations for each of the 12 houses (many of them have been pulled from Louise Hay&#8217;s book &#8220;You Can Heal Your Life&#8221;):<\/p>\n<p>1st House (Body, Self Image)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I love myself, therefore  I take good care of my body by exercising and eating nourishing food.<\/li>\n<li>I am beautiful and attractive.  I take good care of my appearance.<\/li>\n<li>I love and accept myself.  <\/li>\n<li>I now discover how wonderful I am.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_1\">nd<\/span> House (Money, Self Worth)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I am enough.<\/li>\n<li>I love and bless my current salary (or anything else you appreciate.)<\/li>\n<li>My strong points are ____________ (list them.)<\/li>\n<li>I deserve to prosper.  There is plenty for everyone, including me.<\/li>\n<li>I deserve to have and enjoy nice things.  I am a magnet for divine prosperity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3rd House (Mindset, Communication)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I voice only love.<\/li>\n<li>It is safe to speak.<\/li>\n<li>I am safe.  I trust the process of life.<\/li>\n<li>Divine Intelligence gives me all the ideas I can use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_2\">th<\/span> House (Home, Past or Present Family, New Start)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>My home is safe.  I am safe.<\/li>\n<li>Family comes first.<\/li>\n<li>I have the perfect living space.<\/li>\n<li>I love myself; therefore, I forgive and totally release the past and all past experiences, and I am free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_3\">th<\/span> House (Children, Play, Sexual Identity)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> This child is divinely protected and surrounded by love.<\/li>\n<li>I decide to be me.  I approve of myself as I am.  I am wonderful.<\/li>\n<li>I lovingly and joyously accept my sexuality and its expression.  I accept only thoughts that support me and make me feel good.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_4\">th<\/span> House (Service, Work Relationship)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I always work for wonderful bosses.<\/li>\n<li>I work with and for people whom I love, and who love and respect me, in a wonderful location and earning good money.<\/li>\n<li>My boss is generous and easy to work for.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_5\">th<\/span> House (Relationships)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I love myself; therefore, I behave and think in a loving way to all people for I know that which I give out returns to me multiplied.<\/li>\n<li>I only attract loving people in my world, for they are a mirror of who I am.<\/li>\n<li>All my relationships are harmonious.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>8<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_6\">th<\/span> House (Other People&#8217;s Money and Well Being.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I rejoice in others&#8217; good fortune. I respond with a genuine &#8220;thank you&#8221; when someone compliments me.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>9<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_7\">th<\/span> House (International Travel, Religion, Higher Education, Publishing, Law.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I experience love wherever I go.<\/li>\n<li>God loves me.<\/li>\n<li>I attract the right teachers that can help me grow &amp; learn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>10<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_8\">th<\/span> House (Career)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Everything I touch is a success.<\/li>\n<li>Golden Opportunities are everywhere for me.<\/li>\n<li>There are plenty of customers for my services.<\/li>\n<li>I establish a new awareness of success.  I move into the Winning Circle.<\/li>\n<li>I love what I do.  I am able to express my authentic self through work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>11<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_9\">th<\/span> House (Friends.  Love Received From Others.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Love is everywhere.  I am open and receptive to love.<\/li>\n<li>I am lovable.<\/li>\n<li>Others only reflect the good feelings I have about myself. Spirituality.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Every hand that touches me in the hospital is a healing hand and expresses only love.<\/li>\n<li>Everyday I feel better and better.<\/li>\n<li>I am willing to release the pattern in my consciousness that has created this condition.<\/li>\n<li>I am healing rapidly, comfortably, and perfectly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Conclusion<\/span><br \/>With practice, affirmation could help us develop a new, empowering thought pattern to replace the old, limiting beliefs.
