<\/p>\n
“There are two sides to every story” is a popular phrase,
\nbut it easily diminishes, or makes fuzzy logic from, our Inner Knowing.<\/p>\n
The fact is:
\nTruth doesn’t take sides, or have a side at all.
\nIt simply is.
\nLike a circle, or the Sun,
\nthere are no edges, or sides, to the Truth.<\/p>\n
Others may attempt to convince you otherwise, so they can stay in their story.<\/p>\n
You may even tell yourself: How can I insist that I am Right? Perhaps I’m being arrogant?
\n(when, actually, they are the one who is being arrogant by denying the Truth)<\/p>\n
Let’s get underneath all of this,
\ncut to the chase,
\nand get right to the bone-feeling of Truth.<\/p>\n
Truth has a feeling to it:
\nneutral,
\nclear,
\ncalm,
\npeaceful,
\nwhen a light knowing-ness moves through you,
\nas clear as a pristine mountain spring,
\nthat’s how you know you are in it.<\/p>\n
When you FEEL this way,
\nyou are in a deep state of Inner Knowing,
\nyou are in TRUTH.<\/p>\n
That’s not arrogance.
\nThat’s not a story,
\nor \u201cone of many different perspectives.\u201d<\/p>\n
That is how Truth feels inside your very being.<\/p>\n
Others will have their response,
\nthey may argue with you.
\nBut argue yourself out of this,
\nand you argue with your own Truth –
\nwhich, like a mouse arguing with a cat, is pointless and stressful.<\/p>\n
They say there are two sides to every story.
\nI say: That’s how you know you’re in a story.<\/p>\n
Stop trying to consider all the perspectives.
\nInstead, aim for the Truth.
\nBecause the Truth has no sides.
\nLike the noonday Sun, it shines –
\npure, clear, and without shadow.<\/p>\n
