\nTo want things that are out of your reach
\nThen, you have Permission to release the wanting, so you can feel peace<\/p>\n
\nTo no longer do what you have done, be who you have been
\nYou have Permission to no longer want what you once wanted<\/p>\n
\nOver and over and over, so many No’s, you lose count
\nUntil all that is left is one stark desire, your YES<\/p>\n
\nWhat was tethered to that former desire, self, life has to be let go, too
\nBecause you understand growth also means saying goodbye,
\nYou have Permission to own this full-bodied wisdom of light and dark, bitter and sweet
\nTo feel your life\u2019s complexity entirely, to feel it all<\/p>\n
\nTo keep looking for something more than this
\nTo wonder why you still feel this way, after so many weeks\/months\/years
\nTo not understand \u201cwhy?\u201d
\nTo wonder, “If I’ll ever…”
\nTo not know the overarching plan, purpose or meaning for your life
\nTo still want answers that you cannot give yourself
\nYou have Permission to be in the dark<\/p>\n
\nor not enough,
\nor wrong,
\nfor all of these things are truly out of your hands
\n-including your Soul’s unfolding, happening in its own pace and time-<\/em>
\nYou have Permission to not take responsibility for what you cannot control<\/p>\n
\nTo stop believing yourself to be broken
\nYou have Permission to stop believing that changing yourself will change anything at all
\nYou have Permission to set it down
\nPermission to\u00a0give yourself space to breathe<\/p>\n
\nOne step toward self-kindness, and joy
\nYou have Permission to follow your tentative impulse to reach for pleasure, relaxation, ease
\nTo Trust only in this: what feels Right to you in this moment
\nWithout knowing whether it will lead to anything beyond the feeling it gives you right now<\/p>\n
\nTo empty yourself out, Permission to let go entirely
\nTo center yourself in the spacious awareness of I Am<\/p>\n
\nTo be okay within your swirling thoughts and feelings
\nTo be okay within all you cannot control- change, time, the World, Consciousness Itself<\/p>\n
\n…And to give yourself unimaginable levels of Permission, anyhow
\nTo seize every opportunity for joy, self-kindness, beauty, tenderness
