\"\"After a week of relative astrological inactivity as regards love and romance (just in time for Valentine’s Day!), this week looks to be a lot more action-packed. It’s a good thing that you got all your business out of the way in the last couple of weeks so you could focus on romantic pursuits. Wait, you didn’t<\/em> pay attention when I was warning you about Mercury retrograde<\/strong>? Well, it starts Monday<\/strong>, and you’re going to have to put up with it until March 10th, just like everyone else. I did try to warn you, though.<\/p>\n

There are three major aspects influencing the entire week that can have a major effect on your relationship situation. First of all, one of the biggest aspects of the year is exact on Thursday. Jupiter sextile Neptune<\/strong> is almost a little too big to cover within the context of a weekly forecast. Just keep in mind that in many ways this can be a great time to cement a committed relationship or to bring a new level of dreaminess into one. This is also exactly the kind of aspect that has people getting drunk in Las Vegas and waking up in the morning married to a stranger, so let’s use a little discretion out there.<\/p>\n

Friday brings us Mars trine Uranus<\/strong>. This aspect makes the entire week, well\u2026 I’ll be honest\u2026 more aroused<\/em> than usual. There’s nothing wrong with that in and of itself of course, but let’s be honest here. Ever notice all the poor decisions you make grocery shopping when you do it while you’re starving? Apply the same reasoning to your dating life. Having said that, if you are in a relationship already, or really don’t care about the consequences, knock yourself out. <\/p>\n

The week ends with two major aspects that have an influence on both the entire week and on the month beyond. First of all, on Sunday we have the New Moon in Pisces<\/strong>. A New Moon is always a great time to kick off a new initiative, and the New Moon in Pisces is particularly good for spiritual or creative pursuits.<\/p>\n

Finally on Sunday (but again influencing the entire week), Venus square Jupiter<\/strong> is exact. If you think pouring a little extra love and affection on your personal life is going to get you good results, then this is a sign from the stars for you to cut loose. Just make sure you’re thinking carefully before you do that, though. Venus square Jupiter can be a time when, like a diabetic who can’t resist one more slice of cake, your urge for sweetness can lead you astray.
